The line moves quick and the food is pretty good! I was here last week with my coworkers and even though the line was super long it moved fairy quickly and we ordered and got our food in 15 mins. The place is small and even though they've done a good job of arranging the tables to accommodate a decent amount of people, this is more of get your food and go eat at your desk kind of place. I got the lamb shish kabob salad and it was really good! The quantity is just insane and one of my coworkers told me her leftovers lasted her another meal. My lamb was a teeny bit overcooked but the rest of my salad was amazing! I think I'll try the chicken next time and I'm glad there are more casual lunch places around me! read more

Okay first of all literally 90+ degrees inside at 6:15pm. No direction from the staff either to order at the counter or at the table. Three tables in the entire place. They apparently can only handle one order at a time. I had the No. 9 Gyro Plate, nothing to write home about. The Gyro slices were literally nickel size, first time experiencing that. I came in with my husband for lunch yesterday and though there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly. The food was delicious! I had a falafel sandwich (definitely one of the best falafel sandwiches in Seattle) and fries, and my husband got "The Combo," which was lamb, chicken, and beef with turmeric rice, tzatziki, and veggies. We split a chocolate drizzle baklava which was a perfectly sweet end to the meal. Everyone working there was super friendly, and since I live in the neighborhood, I'm really excited to see that it'll be open on weekends when most food places in SLU are closed. One of my favorite quick bites in the area. The food is extremely solid, and a good deal for your money. I'm a huge fan of the spicy oil they have - don't forget to add some to your meal! I've tried a lot from their menu, but in general you can't go wrong with the Lamb and Beef Gyro! Probably isn't gonna go down as the best meal you've ever eaten, but it's great comfort food. Came here for lunch while I was in SLU, the food was decent but what struck me is that they served me a cold samosa directly from the front case. So long I am torn about this place - I enjoy it for MealPal lunches as the portions are huge and the taste is pretty good, but there is always a huge lineup and wait to get my meal. One of the perks of MealPal is the lack of wait time but this place just hasn't figured it out. A new place in SLU and a great option for a hearty lunch. Their portions are large, meat is well seasoned and tasty, and of much greater value than Berliner Doner Kebab a few blocks away. Seattle doesn't have many Middle Eastern places, but this was good! I'm giving it a 5star based on my donar kebab experience alone. The donar kebab has always been great the few times I've had it, and bacalava was a nice end to the meal. The bacalava was less honey forward as others, but I enjoyed it. For a quick, no frills Mediterranean meal this was very decent. We got the chicken shawarma sandwich (which was very good), a Greek salad, and a falafel salad. Their falafel was really great and the salads had a lot of veggies, but the dressing for the Greek salad was an Italian dressing which I didn't love for a Greek salad. This is my favorite gyro spot in town and my go to if I don't feel like cooking dinner. Tonight I had the lamb and beef gyro. It's got the perfect balance of meat, sauce, and veggies. I also had some delicious balaclava.. I could eat this stuff for every meal. My wife had the chicken shishkabob salad and it was packed with toppings + protein. Being allergic to wheat her options can be limited some times but we never have to worry about this place. Always fresh and she never gets sick. OK, so I absolutely love this place. In the 4 times I've been there in the past month, I have gotten the beef/lamb gyro, Greek fries, stuffed grape leaves, baklava, and samosas! Everything tastes so fresh, and the portions are actually huge for the price. I always finish my lunch feeling super satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was the stuffed grape leaves, but I think that's just a preference thing on my part. The place itself is a little small, and it has started to get fairly busy around 11:30AM so I actually go around 11AM nowadays and take my lunch back to work. The order system is slightly unorganized because when it was busy the first 2 times I went, they got orders confused... but I think it'll work itself out in time. Even then, the staff there are super nice and helpful so not a huge issue. One suggestion: maybe put bags out for customers to bag their own food themselves if they need to take it to go. Usually, the people making the food will directly hand over the to-go boxes and one time, I had like 4 boxes but no bag to put it in. I had to request a bag and then the cashier literally came out from behind the counter to help me bag everything. This gesture was extremely nice, but it was super busy and I felt bad holding service up. Anyways, I think the small negatives are due to being new and are definitely fixable. The positives heavily outweigh these so 5 stars from me for delicious, well-priced, great portions of food and friendly service! read more

First off the food is incredible!!! Very few places hit the spices and the falafel the way these guys do it. If you want a really amazing gyro or falafel this is your place to be. It doesn't hurt that the staff are just incredibly friendly and are there to make your experience amazing. Seriously get in here and give it a try... don't take my word for it, just be slightly adventurous. As SLU continues to expand we need more business Owners and restaurants that offer quality in both the food and the service, so happy to spend money on where it counts.
