Good Mediterranean food! I had their lamb/beef gyro and it was pretty good! The meat was cooked well and very flavorful. The veggies were fresh and the sauce was good. My only complaint for it was that the bread got kind of soggy too fast and it was breaking apart. The Greek fries were good, as it was pretty crispy. However, I thought that there was too much cheese on it and I was disappointed that there was no herbs on it. The service was very good. The owner was very friendly and the food didn't take long to make. The ambiance of the restaurant is good. I liked the art that they had on the wall. Came around 2:30 PM on a weekday. There were about 5 people in the shop which is smaller and has a very casual vibe, but no line. My order was taken, and I asked for food to go. My sandwich was ready in around 5 min, and it was hot. It tasted quite good, flavorful, and the hummus and pita were great. Because I didn't eat there, I didn't get to try their house hot sauce, but I did add my own personal hot sauce for some more flavor. Went here after a run to have a quick bite to eat. I wasn't super hungry so I decided to get their Greek fries. When ordering the person was super fast and friendly. And when it came out, the same was still true. The fries were good. Crispy and flavorful. However I felt like there was a bit too much cheese. The inside is a quaint space that was kept clean. Great lamb and beef gyro plate! Absolutely delicious! The rice was surprisingly fluffy and made the dish that much better. Excellent service as well - I was about to order a side salad, but the man behind the counter informed me that the plate came with a salad. Some other places would've just taken the order and stuck me with extra salad, but he was more concerned about serving his customers well. It's the reason I'm writing this review. I just moved to Seattle, and this is one of the first places I have eaten at. It. Is. Good. I used to live in Chicago 5 years ago, where there were tons of restaurants that served delicious gyros. I haven't had good gyro meat since... up until now. I ordered the gyro plate. It's a bit pricier than I'm used to, but I guess this is near the center of Seattle so ok FINE, I shall ignore that. It comes with a simple fresh salad of tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, lettuce, a sprinkling of feta cheese, and a couple delicious kalamata olives, just be careful they still have pits inside. It also comes with perfectly seasoned yellow rice, which complements the wonderful slices of gyro meat that is piled up on top of it. Finally there is tzatziki sauce in a cup... I will say I much prefer the cucumber sauce they use in Chicago, but this one, which is more like a dill sauce, is good in its own way. I also tried the tahini sauce which was great (it's kind of like a thin hummus), and the spicy sauce. Everything went well together. OH it also came with a soft warm pita which I used to make my own gyro sandwich with, using the ingredients in the plate! By the way, the plate was big enough to feed me twice. If I wanted to eat lighter, maybe twice and a snack. I don't usually eat that lightly, though. read more

Cute little gyro place! My beef & lamp gyro plate was amaaazing - the meat was super tender & flavorful, and a good simple salad with rice. We LOVED the Greek fries, they were absolutely amazing!!!! However our side of falafel was super dry and crumbly... seemed like it was old or maybe just an off-day. They have pretty good tzatziki sauce though!! Portions were decently sized. Even a sandwich will get you filling for an affordable price compared to a lot of places nearby in the South Lake Union area. I ordered the lamb and beef gyro sandwich which comes with the meats, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onions, etc. It's a glorified pita bread with a lot of toppings. Although I order in advance, I still had to wait a bit before my food was ready which was a little annoying but the food made up for it. I got the beef and lamb salad which also came with pita bread. The salad was standard romaine lettuce with some tomatoes, olives, cheese, etc. What stood out was the meat, the pita bread and the sauce. The meat was so tender and flavourful. The pita bread was soft and big and fluffy. And the red sauce that they had went well with everything. I could easily just ordered those three things and be happy. Stumbled upon this gem a few days ago and DAMN IS IT GOOD! Probably the best gyros in Seattle that my partner and I have had, and that's pretty telling as we've had our fair share around the city. Portions were extremely generous and service was great! Abdul Aziz (whom we think was the owner) was incredibly kind and even gave a homeless person some water when she asked for some despite her being rude at the front of the shop. Pretty good food, the portions were pretty big. Ordered takeout and the food was ready when I got to the restaurant, about 10-15 minutes after I ordered. The pita was thick and soft, and the salad was very tasty. However, the rest of the food was simply kinda bland. The rice was the yellow color you'd expect, but pretty bland otherwise, and the Hummus was very liquidy and didn't have much of a taste to it. The tziki had a stronger taste of herbs than of cucumber, which I didn't expect, yet ended up enjoying. Combining all of the ingredients to make my own gyro tasted pretty good, but I would have liked some of the individual ingredients to have more flavor. Also, I wish I grabbed some hot sauce. I saw a bottle on the table, but didn't think to see if I could grab some to go with my order. For the convenience and price, I would probably come here again. They also do a good job with covid, with stickers on the ground indicating where to stand and signs asking to stay 6 feet from other customers. read more

This 2 star rating is unfortunate because we love Mediterranean food and was hoping for a delicious place we could return to on a regular basis. However, we were extremely disappointed. I purchased the lamb shish kabob plate and my wife had the gyro. The gyro was unremarkable with the beef/lamb gyro meat was slightly dry. In terms of the lamb shish kabob, the lamb was over cooked, the rice was dry, brittle and broken into smaller pieces. I am not sure if this was done on purpose or if the batch was old and the intermittent stirring caused the rice to break down. The tzatziki sauce had a strong dill scent that I was not fond of, and their hummus was water down into a smoothie texture. I asked for a side of chili garlic sauce, which also seemed watered down. We purchased this around 730pm on a Saturday. Prices are also high, but I'm comparing it from the south side where I am EDIT: came back and heard they got a new cook. Their food was definitely much better from the rice to the sauces. The new favorite is the kofta. Definitely juicy and flavorful. The shish kabobs were better, however they do get dry when they get cold. read more

Little Mediterranean restaurant at Cascade apartments serving delicious food. I have been here multiple times and have tried variety of their dishes like the Chicken Gyro, Shawarma and Shish Kabob. All of the options can be ordered either as a plate or in a wrap. I particularly enjoy the Chicken shish kabob. It is served with saffron rice, salad and pita bread. Restaurant tends to get busy during lunch and dinner hours but the line moves quickly. They generally accommodate customizing your wraps with different veggies and levels of hotness. The taste is consistently good, though I would prefer more of the Mediterranean seasonings in their meat. Overall a descent place for a quick bite. read more

Everything was made fresh and was super quick, even given there was a good amount of people there at lunch time.
