One or two big plush noodles plus all the seasonings and oil oil oil to boot. What's not to love. Keep your loved ones close but your Tums closer with this one. My wife and I shared an order of the "Biang Biang Noodles Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodles" (with two extra strips of noodles) along with their "House Chili Tofu". Our food was ready for pickup within 15 minutes of placing our order. When we got home, the fried tofu was soggy and no longer crispy, but the flavor was good. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting this dish unless you're enjoying it at the restaurant or have a means to refry the tofu later. The bian bian noodles had a nice bouncy texture to them. The width of the noodles here are definitely much wider than I'm used to -- about double the width of pappardelle. The chili oil that they noodles are in is not particularly spicy, nor numbing. I think the dish itself also needed some finishing salt on top. One issue with taking the noodles to-go is that the majority of the noodles were pretty badly stuck together, and it was impossible to separate the noodles without tearing a bunch of them. Overall, the noodles here were tasty, but not the best bian bian noodles that I've had. After returning from a nine day cruise, we needed some spice and something flavorful. We came across this and chose this place based on the excellent yelp reviews. Well, it did not disappoint. This place is amazing. It is full of locals and repeat customers. The ambience is busy, but the service is amazing and it is quick. The food is to die for. We ordered their Signature Dish, which is the Mala Spicy Beef & Pork Rib Dry Mic. The stretched noodles are handmade and the plates are completely shareable. The waiters will suggest adding extra noodles if you are sharing. This is not necessary, but if you are into the stretch noodles, then this is a no-brainer. I love onion pancakes, and these are by far some of the best ones I have ever had. They are thin, airy, and crispy. You can get a side of curry to dip them in, but they do come with a sweet-and-sour sauce that you can dip them in. We also opted for the green onion and pork dumplings. Those were not my favorite, but they were good. There is 12 pieces to the order. So consider this when you are ordering for a small amount of people. They do also come with their own sauce and they will suggest that you get the curry sauce to dip them in. They also have amazing drinks. We ordered margaritas. We did an extra shot in each of the margaritas. They also have a speakeasy on the upper level of the restaurant and they will suggest that you visit the speakeasy. We did not since we were fairly tired and we fly early tomorrow morning. This is a must stop if you are ever in Seattle in the Capitol Hill area. There are different spice levels you could choose from so that was a plus. The portions are big in person in comparison to the photos. The noodles are thick and long, so they fill you up pretty quick. But they were chewy and soft, I would dare to say they're are the best homemade thick noodles I've had. We ended up not finishing our meal and packing it up in to-go boxes (so if you get full quickly like me, you could probably get away with sharing one portion). There's usually a wait and you can join a wait-list but we got lucky and didn't have a wait this time. There's a decent amount of seating inside but on a busy night, it's packed. We got two different dishes and two drinks to try. The Mala Spicy Beef with Pork Ribs was our favorite thing from this meal. The spice and flavor were fantastic, the noodles were a great texture, and the ribs were tender and flavorful. I would come back for this dish over and over. The Cumin Soup was good, but the lamb was a bit too much and not enough flavor. The drinks we got were made well and tasted great!
