They don't have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other. They didn't even notice the customers waiting in line. They talk to each other when there are no customers in sight.

It was supposed to be 50% off but the cashier typed in the item as a "gift." $8.00 over charged. Poor service, messy store, and incorrect pricing. I'm returning the entire purchase and supporting another store instead.

The items look to be the same good quality you would expect from The Container Store, there's just less holiday options and prices are higher. For example, there are some pretty red and holiday color boxes with satin bows for an easy way to wrap a gift, but some of the boxes were $10.99 and up. I always check back here after the holidays, as I have found some great deals on plastic storage bins for ornaments or decorations after Christmas.

I guess if I were buying or in a hurry I go to Bolingbrook and if I was meandering and idea hunting I'd go to Schaumburg. The reason why there are so many showrooms is because this store spans three floors and is in fact, one of the largest Ikeas in America! It is huge and even as a veteran Ikea shopper I still got turned around a couple times. One thing that's nice is this store has the ability to stock more items so I found they had all the items I wanted available. I also noticed this location appeared to have customer service at every corner. I don't know if it's because I went on the weekend but I was thoroughly impressed at how well staffed they were and how friendly employees were during our interactions.

There was some confusion for me regarding the signs near the restaurant promoting their plant-based hot dog. I went to one of the kiosks to order, but we couldn't find it anywhere. It turns out that you can only order these at the small food court after the checkout area.

I know it is a chain store, but I feel like every store I visit is slightly different depending upon the region, current season, and sale room finds. Take time to stop, and smell the candles, as they are often the best scents and not too over powering. Walking through the housewares section is always a treat. The prices here are higher than local area stores like TJ Maxx or Home Goods, but shopping Anthropologie is a true luxe experience in itself. I could spend a couple of hours in this store just enjoying the atmosphere. Escape for a couple of hours and enjoy yourself here for awhile. If you go during busy hours, of course expect to wait a long time if you want to try on anything. If you find anything you want, buy it quickly as things sell out fast. If you are lucky enough to find something on sale in your size, snatch it up. The store is well organized but a lot of the popular sizes do sell out quickly in preferred styles. Checkout is still relatively fast because it's so automated with you being to just put everything in and the machines do all the work for you. I did an online in store purchase and was waiting a while as there was an extra associate who was able to help, but didn't acknowledge me until the other lead at the register told him to assist me. If you do purchase online and need to do a return in store, they will just give you a gift card as they won't credit your original card.

Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said…read morethe other stores look cooler, that's probably the dumbest thing I've ever read. The prices are actually fair since they're a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.

Once you find what you were looking for, they have a lot of checkout stations by the exit. Their checkout process is very efficient. While I don't go there often, when there is something I need that I believe Marshall stocks, I do check it out.
