Hi. I had not had a good meal all day. I wanted s burger for me and my girl (dog). Ordered on the phone but was at the location 5 minutes later. I waited. Only 1 other customer in the store, he was talking to the cashier. She and I spoke nicely. Then I waited. They knew each other or so it seemed. Then out is the blue, the guy panhandled me. Said he was just back from Iraq and had 4 kids. Wanted money. Makes me really mad. I said sorry no, of course. He then asked for a phone and disappeared into the men's. Not the fanciest store front, but the burgers inside are really good. All the burgers are made to order, so you have to wait a little bit but it's worth it because it taste super fresh and delicious. They also have crinkle fries which is really important in my life. I've had their wings and hot dogs, and they're nothing to write home about, so don't waste your time. Go with the burger! The service is hit or miss...they're not really friendly but I've seen them be friendly to other people..just not me. read more

The food is pretty good, but they have a big bug problem. The restaurant seems pretty clean, but while waiting for my food I saw about five roaches on the wall and floor. However, they are located next to a farmers market so that may be a reason, but they need an exterminator. I'm sorry to say, I don't think I will be back. The US Cafe Express was a pleasant surprise. I honestly wasn't expecting much, because it's wedged in between a liquor store and the Cobb International Farmers Market, but I figured "Eh, What the heck". I have to say that their cheeseburger was pretty tasty, the toppings were fresh, the cheese was melted onto the burger, not just a slap of a kraft single on there. Their fries were about what you'd expect, though their sign says they are fresh cut fries, they were Ore-Ida krinklecuts. The service was quick and friendly, so I'd definitely go back! read more

I usually visit the US Cafe on S. Cob drive. So glad US Cafe Express is right around the corner from my house. The burgers are the best. In my area, I love 5 Guys and Grub Burger Bar. US Cafe Express has them beat in the burger world. I don't need fancy burgers. Just a well seasoned and cooked patty with fresh ingredients. The fries were cooked perfectly as well. I have been going to this location for about a year or so with my lunch crew. We try to make it once a week, but sometimes, we just can't. Their food is delicious!! I love their turkey burgers (served on a whole wheat bun), their wings are pretty good too. Definately must try the french fries. We call them "crack". They have this seasoning that they put on them that is SO good!! Yesterday, I tried the chicken club sandwich, and it was really good as well!! I've tried their chips & salsa, but I'd leave that to the Mexican restaurants and stick to the burgers or chicken here! They have just revamped their menu, so they do offer hot dogs, fried shrimp, quesadillas & more. I would definately recommend this place. I'd try to go during the week though, since they are slammed on Fridays and since this place is so small, seating is limited. read more

I go to the location on S Cobb usually but have been to this location on Spring rd before. Not impressed with the Spring rd location- it is smaller and the food just doesn't taste as good. Anyways, the S Cobb location is the BOMB! Great crispy wings, Burgers are excellent, the staff nice. I always call first because they make your order fresh and can take 10-15 minutes. The S Cobb location also has pool table and video games. I really do like this hole in the wall place. The prices are decent too.. not like 5 guys charging you an arm and a leg for a freaking burger! read more

This review is late: On 5/7/16 we decided since we were in the area we'd stop by our favorite place..yet, since the last time we visited they had upgraded the entire inside, which look fantastic. The issue was they also replaced what seemed like the all new employees, from cashiers to cooks, who were not friendly whatsoever. Before there was a friendly funny older Hispanic gentleman, and he was always helpful. I had the black bean burger b4 this day, and it was delish! So therefore, I decided to order it again..MISTAKE! It was uncooked mushy iin the center, and burnt on the top/bottom, and very spicy. Needless to say I took 1 bit and left it. My wife ordered a hamburger which also lost its good flavoring along the upgrade. A waste of $15.64. Lesson learned..will not eat there again. read more

This is one of my favorite lunch spots close to my work, and the staff is super friendly. Everything I have tried there is the best. At first I just had their burgers, and they cook them to perfection. They will also cook it to whatever temperature you prefer. My boss at work convinced me to try the Turkey Burger, and it is the best Turkey Burger you can get in Atlanta. Trust me try it, and you will forget all about a real hamburger. Their chili is also super yummy, and they make it for the hot dogs, but also serve it as a side. I have not tried the wings, but all my co-workers say they are the best, and they will cook them anyway you want it. Things to expect- This is a place in a shopping center,and does not have the best appearance on the outside, but we all know these turn out to be the best places to eat. You will order at the register, and expect your food to take 15 minutes, since they cook everything fresh. If it is to go it is best to call ahead. read more

I was so hungry and was in the area and ordered 1/4 lb burger w/cheese and sweet potato fry combo. I ask the lady at the cash register before I ordered do you get a decent order of fries... she stated "Oh yes, I can't eat all the fries its a generous portion" so ok, I'll take that. I burger was small (yes it was good but small) and I got about 12 fries for $9.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! so I showed it to her and she goes "yes, it isn't very many... she ask the cook can he give me a bit more fries... well he started going off! said they were measured and I couldn't have anymore unless I was going to buy them. Well guess what! It wasn't worth my $9.00 I could have got a rack of ribs for that much and I was still hungry and I am a small person that doesn't eat much! It's a nice scene for sport fans and food lovers. I always order the wings and fries because they are so delicious. And the price!!! Usually when you find food this good the price matches the taste being expensive. This rule isn't true for US Cafe. Their low prices make you want to buy even more! I had the US Angus Cheeseburger with crinkle-cut fries & a regular drink. They were willing to cook my burger to temp (medium rare) and made it fresh. The burger patty was a good size and the right density. The bun was above-average and toasted. The crinkle-cut fries were well seasoned with coarse salt and black pepper. This was all less than $8! This is a clean and well oiled machine!!! They have the best wings in town and cheese fries!! Environment is nice and the play oldies and goodies (70,80,90 and 00''s). Burgers are awesome (Turkey & Beef) and the fries are cooked/seasoned to perfection every time. I suggest adding a side of ranch for dipping. I go every Wednesday for the wing special and my favorite is the Hotyaki. Only issue I've ever had is lack of seating during peak lunchtime hours, which can be easily taken care of by taking lunch a little later, but its always worth it. read more
