Great for a late night food run! Service can be slow during normal dinner hours. The food is all made fresh and there are usually only a few people working the kitchen. The food is definitely worth the wait, though. The burgers are great (including the turkey burger), and the fries are fresh cut & delicious. The lemon pepper wings are to die for two. The Turkey Burger is TAAASTY! Go for the double with cheese, all the way, the yummy red onions will make the deal. Whatever they do to their fries to make them sweet and salty is magic. Never been too impressed by the wings or black bean burgers, but beef burgers and milkshakes are yummy just like the turkey. Been wanting to try the peanut butter milkshake, but just haven't gotten up the gumption. US Postal employees pack this place at lunchtime - so be warned that there might be a wait. The burgers are very similar to Five Guys - juicy and fresh. This is a sports bar so the TVs have multiple games on. There are 3 pool tables. Surprised to see quite a few kids on a Saturday night. I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years or so. They simply have the best burgers and turkey burgers in Atlanta. Their fries are always fresh, their wings hold their own, not the best but darn good. The prices are fair for what you get. The bad, sometimes the lines are long, parking can be hit or miss depending on time of day. read more

They recently renovated the interior of their longtime Smyrna site. The food remains fine, nothing exceptional, nothing bad. They have burgers, cheesesteaks, wings, hot dogs, quesadillas...you get the picture. They can be pretty busy at lunchtime, especially Fridays, as well as apparently in the evening. read more

This is the first time I've visited this restaurant. The cashier was extremely congenial and helpful so I was really looking forward to my turkey burger. After the second bite, I realized that there was paper in the burger!!! The cook forgot to take the paper off the cheese! The side salad looked thrown together and the fried green tomatoes were stuck together like the were fried in old grease. The turkey burger was flavorful. We were looking for a local burger joint and this fit the description. We have 4 kids (9, 7, 5 and 10 mos) and they can be picky eaters. Burgers and dogs are always a winner in our house, so we thought we'd try this out vice a Five Guys. We were in from out of town and saw this place on Yelp. It was OK. The ambience was nice. Staff super friendly. The food was just decent in my opinion. We felt the burgers were cooked a little too much and left a little dry. we all left happy and not hungry and since its local, we felt that it was the right decisions. There was a time when my family and I loved going to US Cafe. The food was great. The last 3 times we have gone the food has been horrible. First the order was screwed up, then the fries were cold, and when I requested a new order of fries it took 10 minutes and the dinner was basically over. Ok, that mistake can happen once, but we went 3 times in 5 weeks and every time it was awful. I am not sure what has happened because this use to be a great place. Called in my order (double turkey and 10 pc LP) - arrived and hour after and my order had not been prepared! I felt so forgotten! This location is so hit or miss for me and the customer service is flaky. Management and staff need a major despite the recent facelift it had done to the interior. I'm really disappointed in US Cafe. My friend told me I should try it out because they have great burgers! I was really excited and ordered my food via UberEats. It took about 30 mins to get to me, which was a PLUS; however, I'm confused as to why I didn't have any of the condiments listed, the one I requested (ketchup), burnt jalapeno poppers (best $6 ever...jk) and cold fries ?... I would say the burger was good (taste) but I was a little disappointed that it was so sloppy. In addition, well done when I requested something else. I called to voice my complaint with the $15 meal, but the lady didn't seem that concerned. In fact had another conversation while I was talking and wasn't discreet about it. She told me I didn't request condiments (receipt said that was a lie) and that although, UberEats' menu says that the poppers came with ranch, you have to request it still...that's a new one for me. For $6, I expected those to be really good poppers, not burned. Well, it is safe to say I will not order from them again. read more
