Joce M.

I live close to US Nails and Spa and recently tried it for the first time. I paid $37 for a manicure and spa pedicure. This is one of the best of both I have received in my lifetime. Everyone was really nice, my nails and all the skin around them look and feel really good (and I got the mani/pedi a week ago). I had a really pleasant experience and plan on making it my regular place in Louisville. The whole place is clean (many of the tools they used on me were in packaging and disposable, all others were sanitized before and after), new and well lit. A definite go.

Easily the best walk in nail salon pedicure I've ever had. And I got the spa pedicure which was well worth the extra $10.

I have been a customer for 5 years and am always pleased with the services. I recommend making an appointment or you may have to wait a bit.

Review Highlights - US Nails & Spa

The spa pedicure was fantastic, they did both lotion and salt scrub massages and the quality of paint was great.

The salon has a sign in system that allows you to select your service. I had the experience of selecting "other" on their check in menu, and I asked for a regular gel polish service. However after, I had my nails done, I was told that I was given a manicure; even though I did not request one. I communicated this to the technician and the managers; however the response was that I should pay for a manicure; even though I didn't request one, and that I should have stopped the technician if he was giving me a different service. Keep in mind, I am not well versed on the difference between a regular gel nail service and a manicure. I respectfully disputed my request ; however I was yelled at in front of everyone in the shop and told that I needed to pay for the service, or should have stopped it. Then the manager proceeded to holler at me and told me not pay anything and get out of his shop. He also told me that "this wasn't the first time that I had done this", in their shop. I was completely humiliated and astonished; as I have never had any complaints as a three year client in this shop. I usually pay 44 to 50 dollars for the service. This day they expected me to pay them 72.00. I will not be forced to pay for a service that I did not request and do not recommend this place for anyone. They need to review their check in menu before they provide services; this will alleviate any dispute over what the client has requested. I was treated horribly, due to their disrespect and incompetence with their systems.

Excellent customer service 4. Eager to make accommodations for dietary/drink needs and preferences 5. Discount for paying with cash Rather than giving each other gifts that may or may not be useful/desired, my spouse and I elected to gift ourselves a spa day at 5 Elements. We chose the Anniversary Bliss Package, which includes a truly spectacular facial, hot stone massage, and CBD foot treatment, as well as a relaxing lounge to hang out and toast a successful marriage and consume complimentary drinks and cake. When I called to inquire about the specifics, the phone was answered promptly and all my questions were answered, including the ability to substitute sparkling water for mimosas, and choose a cake flavor for our optimal enjoyment. Our day was incredibly relaxing; the spa treatments were excellent and the staff was professional and skilled. As we did not consume the entire cake during our visit it was very thoughtfully packaged and held for us at the desk so we could take it with us and prolong the celebration at home. I absolutely recommend 5 Elements to help celebrate any momentous occasion, as long as your goals include relaxation, pampering, and bliss.
