Tried giving them a shot 3 times now. First time I was content. Second time their door slammed my hand and I was my fingers wouldn't stop bleeding from the deep cut. One of the men tried to help me but didn't need to do much because I carry my own first aid supplies. Anyways, it was 2 days before prom so I decided to still get acrylics despite the cuts. Polish was done very poorly, no apology for their flimsy door or recognition that it even happened in their store. Went back today to get a fill because I thought what the heck maybe the third time is the charm. I believe it was the manager who did my nails today. At first everything was going well my left hand came out very nice but then on my right hand there had been a thread on the polish brush and it messed up the polish. She acknowledged it, she took the thread off and just went over it again, I hadn't seen it so I thought she had fixed them, but no. Probably just made it worse. She rushed me to the drying station without letting me see my nails. I didn't realize until she had left to the back how bad they came out. Also they charge more of you pay with a card. Would've appreciated knowing that beforehand. Better off investing my money at the salon across the street. Let's see how that goes. read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever gone to in my whole entire life. I have been getting my nails done since I was about 12 years old so way over 15 years have I been getting my nails done and I have never gotten such shitty emails as I did from this place. The owner was the one who did my nails she did not file down on my nails completely so they were bubbles on the side I had cat chow and the very next day the chill literally started peeling out three days after that two of my nails broke off. I gave her a very nice tip paid $50 altogether just for my nails and all this is what I got. I am not a fan of this place! I asked the man doing my nails if they charged extra to change the shape and he said no. So I asked him to do an almond shape than said it was $5 extra. Than he told one of the ladies working there and she put me on the spot in front of everyone, being completely rude. The man told me that the nail shape I wanted was "ugly" and "ridiculous" anyways. I ended up just sticking with the square cause it was cheaper. He kept cutting my cuticles with the machine and i was bleeding. They rushed on my nails, also my other two friends. We were not happy with the results of their nails. They were crooked and they didn't clean up nail polish on the skin. I had a very bad experience todaymy daughter nd I went to get pedicures, we waited for about 20 minutes cause they only had two staff members but we still waited. Kevin did my pedicure, he's unprofessional he was using rude humor and he thought he was funny, after using me as his example in his jokes. Had a good experience. Mostly friendly. Liked my manicurist Kelly. Lots of color selection and relaxing pedicure. Could have spent more time with massaging feet and with a gel mani you don't get a hand massage nor warm towel which I think is odd. The lady doing my nails cut my nails super short and the nail polish was all over the side of my nails. I then paid additional money for a design that looked like absolute crap. Probably the worst mani/pedi experience I have ever had. I don't know if I just got really unlucky with my manicurist (who was male) or what happened. Whatever service I just received was so not worth $32. I really look forward to the relaxation part of pedicures but this lacked quality compared to what I have gotten at previous salons. Massage felt weak/lazy, I still have rough calluses, and he didn't clean the edges of the nail polish that got on my skin. My particular manicurist was rude, sloppy, and seemed rushed? Honestly I think I could have done a better job. Not to mention they made me pay before he was even done with my manicure! This was my 1st and last visit to US Nails. The service was rushed & subpar to say the least. My daughter & I got gel manicures my manicurist (I think the owner) was sloppy & answered 4 phone calls while doing my nails she left polish on my skin & missed polishing parts of the nails. When I mentioned this to her she blamed my uneven nail beds. How do uneven nail beds excuse polish on my skin? Luckily my daughter had a better experience with the gentleman that did hers. I could tell he took his time & took pride in the job he was doing. They are clean & autoclave & open the tools in front of u, That's was the only upside to the whole experience. So not impressed. My daughter and I had basic pedicures and my 3 year old granddaughter got her nails painted. We were charged $16 for that and already the nail polish is coming off. When we do it at home it lasts a week!! My daughter has a bloody toenail from the tech removing an ingrown toenail? It's totally painful. Bad experience! I went in at about 6 pm and they were a bit busy but said they can take me in but I would have to wait, so I waited 20min which was fine. A lady name Linda helped me, I think she was the manager. I got a manicure gel nails. She was rushing with me and she was rushing so bad she cut me on my thumb and index finger while trying to remove my cuticles. I'm giving this place 1 star because you are required to give at least 1 star. I guess the star can be for Brian and the nice employees who work for the owner...not the owner. I've been coming to this nail place since I moved here in January and it has always been fine. I got gel nails done 2 days ago and they turned completely yellow the night I came home. I've never had my nails turn yellow before. I went back expecting them to tell me to pick out another color and that they would redo them. First, she tried to tell me that they were supposed to turn the yellow color, even though the nail polish is very clearly pink. They were so rude and the "owner" wouldn't take responsibility for it, telling me it was my fault because she doesn't know what I do at home to my nails. She also wouldn't take responsibility for owning the shop saying that it's a "family business." A very poorly run family business if you ask me. They ended up redoing them but didn't completely take off the yellow nail gel and then painted over them with the same color. They are now pinkish yellow. Not the look I was going for. I was so upset when I left and the owner continued to be rude. I don't even remember the last time I was treated so poorly. I got there and they asked me how can I help you today so I told them I wanted a Gel full set the guy in there was like sure come have a sit at his table. As soon as I sat down he's like $45 I was confused he didn't even know what I was getting.
