Simple regular mani, no complaints she was great!

I just had a simple mani pedi with Tiffany at US Nails, and she was wonderful! Detail oriented, efficient but patient at the same time. I was hesitant to make my appointment based on the low stars on Yelp, but I had a completely different experience with no complaints. These customers must have seen a different employee? There were only 2 people working, but thankfully I called and she was free to help me right away. The massage chair was AMAZE. I will definitely go back for a simple mani pedi. I just can't comment for more detailed services like acrylic, nail art, or waxing.

US Nails is the bomb. I looked them up on my way to Foodland in Laie. The shop is quaint and has a new owner. The young lady who preformed my pedicure was amazing. I just sat back and enjoyed the massage chair. My feet are as smooth as a babies butt. Toe color on fleek. Purple is Passion The prices are a little expensive especially since it's the only shop in Laie. $35 Pedicure only +5 for extra callus remover +15 for Deluxe Pedicure with Mint Scrub +25 for Super Deluxe Scrub w/ Orange Mango Scrub Note: My Tan lines are real

Came here to get my acrylics filled, it's closer than other salons so I thought I would try it out. Big mistake. When I walked in there was nobody inside, after a minute someone finally came in. I told her I wanted a fill for my acrylics and she motioned for me to sit down. While she was doing my nails I was trying to trust the process, but she never actually filled my nails. She sanded them down and then started applying polish. I was so confused so I asked her if she was going to fill them with the dip powder but she said her English wasn't good and she couldn't understand me. I gave up and just let her go on, I should have left right then but I'm a people pleaser of course and let her finish. My nails look grown out already because she didn't paint to the cuticle, also they're totally uneven not to mention I didn't even get the fill that I was in there for! By the way that is a listed service they offer. I'm not surprised the place was empty. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I just got the worse pedicure of my life! I honestly hate leaving these kinds of reviews, she she was very rough , cut my foot very badly , answered the phone 4 times while giving me a "massage" , didn't clean around the nail polish , left bubble and overcharged me. I've given this place several tries and never been super impressed but have gone back for lack of options but I honestly will never go there again, be warned !

Popped in for pedicures without an appointment after mailing a coconut home at the nearby post office. They had two clients finishing up but let us come in and wait only a few moments before setting up chairs for us. I opted to get the "super deluxe pedicure extra" which according to the sign is: callus removal, smooth orange scrub, firming mask and a 10 minute massage. This is $20 (in addition to the $35 base price of a pedicure). She removed my old polish with one of those electric things instead of acetone and buffed the nail and trimmed around, but not overly so, which I appreciate. She added some oil and let it sit before using the cheese grater on some of my rough spots. She massaged in an orange scrub then put a lotion-like goop on and hot towel on my feet and set a timer for the massage. The massage was really pleasant and she even went a bit longer than the timer. She grabbed my chosen color and asked if I wanted regular or gel, and I opted for regular polish. I'm not sure what the price difference is. As a side note, it's neat they have the same color in both kinds! She painted my toes and didn't rush and sprayed an oil she massaged into my legs then helped me get my flip flops on without messing up the polish then applied the top coat. My total was 104.71 (my $55 pedicure, plus my friends $45 pedicure, and I'm not sure what the 4.71 was, maybe a credit card fee) and she only wanted the tip in cash. All in all I'm really impressed. It says they can only accept tips in cash and I only have $3 on me so that's really embarrassing. Thankfully my friend had cash to tip.

It's a nice place to relax, just don't be too comfy. You'll end up wanting to stay forever.

This is the only spa on the island that provides an ocean side spa experience. I received my aromatherapy massage in an outside hut. It was so calming to hear the ocean waves, the breeze was a bonus as well. My masseuse was great! I told her where I was having pain and she targeted those areas. She really put some work in and still made me feel good. I was offered an enhancement treatment. I chose the scalp massage. It is a revitalizing treatment. It was amazing. The whole experience was great from the moment we walked through the doors till we left.

I've been getting pedicures (and the occasional manicure) here for about a year. After today's…read moreexperience, I will not be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere. The woman I had today was extremely pushy from the beginning, and spent the entire time trying to get me to spend more money on the services. When I asked for regular polish for my pedicure, she told me I should get gel. I politely declined. After I declined, she circled back and said "Okay. So I do gel." I again, said I did not want gel. Finally, when I went to tell her the color I wanted for my toenails (from the booklets I was given), she tells me the color I picked is gel only. Usually, when I pick a color, the employee will confirm whether I want the color in gel or regular, as the colors shown usually have both options. This time, I was told I couldn't do the color at all unless I did gel. Rather than argue, I just picked another color, but it was clear this was a third attempt to get me to do gel on my toes. For the manicure, I originally said I wanted gel. I was given the usual books of gel & polish to flip through, but the woman today also brought me several others. She told me they were "new" and "very nice". But still said they were gel polish options. I actually decided to try one of those options. Now, I figured it would probably be a little pricier (even though the woman never mentioned that), just because the woman was pushing them. Also, they had an ombré look to a lot of them, so they didn't actually look like traditional gels. From that point on, I was AGAIN, pressured into spending more money. I had to tell the woman TWICE that I did not want her to put acrylic nails on me. After that, she mentioned something about "doing the gel". And made a comment of "it doesn't have chemicals, it's nicer." But didn't specify further. I assumed she was just talking about the gel I had picked, since it was clearly a different gel than the usual ones I've picked in the past. After seeing the final price, it's clear she probably added on another cost for whatever gel option she did mid manicure. Then, she asked me if I wanted her to do ombré. Now, this was confusing to me because the color I picked had an ombré look to it in the sample. I wasn't sure what she meant, and tried to clarify by asking a follow up question of "Is the color I picked ombré? Or is this additional?" She responded with "I show you." So I figured she would do a nail, show me, and ask if I wanted that. NOPE. She just went ahead and did "ombré", for the very SHEER color I picked. The end result of which, looks like I have very faint champagne sparkles on the top half of my nails, fading down to what looks like natural nail color for the second half of my nails. Overall, it looks like a child did my nails, lost interest halfway through, and didn't finish. She never asked me if I liked what she was doing throughout this process, and I actually wasn't even aware she was done with the nails until she told me to wash my hands. After washing my hands, I came back, and she was up at the register for me to check out. She never touched my cuticles, except for clipping off any odd cuticles interfering with the gel. Barely did any of the usual "manicure" things. She basically just wanted me to spend as much money as possible, while also never discussing with me all these up-charges she was throwing in there throughout (found out after, ombré is $10 extra). The final kicker is when I went to check out. She pulled up my total, and at first, it said a total of $50 for the deluxe pedicure. Which, was perfectly normal. But then she's trying to put in the manicure, as I'm standing there looking at the charges on the screen. She then tells me to go and sit and wait in one of the chairs near the register. So I said okay, thinking the machine was frozen for a second or something. She calls me back after a couple of minutes, and here's what I REALLY didn't like most about everything. I go back to the counter to pay, and the screen with the itemized charges is gone, it just shows a lump total of $134!! She pulled it up to the final payment screen, skipping the itemized page altogether. Now, I know my pedicure was $50. So my "gel manicure" that I figured might be a LITTLE more expensive than normal... wound up costing $84!! When I went to pay via credit card, I literally held my card up to the machine to scan, she reached OVER the counter, grabbed my card, and shoved it in the machine. Which was just extremely inappropriate and unnecessary. It was literally like she wanted to show the total as quickly as possible so I didn't ask any questions, and she just wanted me to pay ASAP. The whole thing was an example of this business, and specifically this woman, trying to take advantage and just up-charge for anything and everything without being clear and upfront about the additional charges. I 100% will not be going back here. See the attached picture for my $84 ombré manicure.
