Nice building and atmosphere for a sit down pizza place. I have been here twice and the second time the service was only ok but I got there at a shift change as it was about 4 pm. They have some decent beer on tap and a full bar but I just wish the pizza had some more flavor. Either spice up the sauce and add enough to taste it or the same thing can be said for the cheese as it is pretty light on cheese. I have to say either mellow mushroom or dam good pies has much better pizza. But neither are in Benton/Bryant area so US Pizza is safe for now. read more

Generally good pizza. Service has gone downhill over past few years. Recent sine-in visit was not good service and cold pizza. Last pick up order contained burnt cheese sticks. I am from Bryant but have not lived in Arkansas for well over 15 years. My parents still live there and I return to see them twice a year or so. We always make a trip to Little Rock to eat at one of the US Pizza Companies...best Pizza I have ever had, great service and very friendly staff. I went back for Memorial Day and was happy to find a new US Pizza Company in the Bryant area. The pizza was great but i dont suggest the judys cheese dip it tasted like someone dumped a bag of flour in it. The cheeseburger pizza was awesome and the queen margherita pizza was too. The service was horrible. We got our cheese dip 10 minutes after we ordered it and it took 45 minutes to get the pizza. The server came to our table twice after we ordered once to bring our food and the second to bring the check and it took 10 minutes to get a to go box. (Honestly dont know if ill be back.) read more

Good food and the drink specials make this a great every so often pizza place. Gracie's pizza and phenomenal salads are the way to go. Patio is a good option for late summer hangout meals but this place packs up. Overall a great change of place pizza place. read more

I call at 10:46 and they told me they stops taking orders at 10:45 when they close at 11:00 pm, what a joke i've never heard of such thing in my life. if they don't want business this is the way to do it. Every time I go in there the waitresses are rude. I ordered chicken on my Spinach Alfredo pizza, I looked and I didn't see it so I asked the manager, he said it was on the bottom. Three stars for same great pizza and salad, good location, but minus two for being a horrible place to go for a beer/drink. From what I understand they still don't have a liquor license and do the private club thing for selling alcohol. This means they literally buy the way you and I do, mark up the prices to ridiculous levels and sell it to you. The beer selection is horrible (all the bud light - miller light - mich ultra crap you would would unfortunately expect in saline county) and it's almost criminal what they charge. Since having a liquor license is now completely legal in saline county, maybe they are just doing it to rip people off snd make as much as they can. We walked in to the hostess chomping on ice and talking to a coworker. I had to look at her directly before getting a greeting. We were seated promptly and we decided our meal pretty quickly. We ordered and got our appetizer fairly quickly. The cheese dip was room temp and tasted like flour. The 10 inch and 13 inch pizzas took 45 MINUTES to come out. They tasted great but we only saw our waitress once every ten minutes and she was more interested in my husband than me. Took forever to get a To Go box. My first visit to us pizza in Bryant ... Used the iPhone app.. Waited 35 minutes ... Called to see if my pizza was ready for take out .. The first person hung up on me ... They were busy ... Second person said yes your pizza is ready for pick up at the drive thru or inside ... Long line at drive thru so I went inside ... Girl at register said no your pizza order was just started 5 to 7 minutes ago , it will be 25 to 35 more minutes til it is ready ... Really !! this is one of the nastiest restaurants I've ever been in. We had already ordered when we noticed the stains and globs of stuff on the wall behind us. The window shades were so dusty you could write your name in the dirt. They were all like that, not just the ones beside our booth. The cooks are big and fat and hairy, with no sign of a hairnet or beard-net. Was afraid to go to the bathroom. No telling what disgusting-ness we would've seen there. Service was good. I ordered a plain cheese pizza for the family. The pizza was a dried thin crust that tasted like cardboard. The cheese did not stand out and it needed a lot more. During the past few visits, I have been very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Just this evening, I called ahead to alert the staff of our group (15 individuals). I was told they could not reserve seats, but they were "pretty slow at the moment". We arrived at 5:45 PM to find numerous empty tables. The staff indicated they would join a few tables to accommodate our group and the wait would be "just a few minutes". After watching party after party be seated while we waited, it was evident the staff had no intention of preparing for us. Multiple follow ups with staff ensued and after 30 + minutes of waiting, we were told it would be an even longer wait for open tables. Management did little but offer an apology after hearing we were leaving for another venue. Will definitely select another restaurant for future gatherings. read more

Every time we come here it is just slow service. Can't even get chips, cheese dip and salsa out in a timely manner. Had to ask the waiter about it. He said he would check on it then disappeared. Finally went to the kitchen counter where I could see a cheese dip tray sitting. I told the girl behind the counter what I was looking for. She said they were out of salsa. I said "how about I just take the cheese dip". Then our waiter comes through a door with a big bucket of salsa. Question? Why is he doing this when there are three of you standing behind the counter doing nothing? He brings our appetizer out and then the manager brings the pizza out 5 min later. He apologized and offered to take the salsa off. I give him kudos for that but there is some serious laziness and/or incompetence going on with some of your employees. My wife and I have visited the US pizza location in Bryant for years. They have always been very good as far as service and quality of food. This is a staple in our foodie household and will continue to be visiting forward. However we tried a couple of new dishes tonight that need some constructive critism. My wife ordered a salad that came out exactly as ordered and overselling in size. The salad seemed served buffet style, overwhelmed by cheese, and sliced lunch meat turkey meat, and imitation bacon bits. It was not terrible but no where close to the quality of their chicken ceasar salad. I ordered a small pizza which was delivered quick and very hot. Pizza was good but no seasoning on crust and canned pinneapple fruit was used. It was very fresh and delicious otherwise. Good service with a minor mistake made by the waitress while ordering 4 piece stuffed Anaheim peppers and a 2 piece dish was delivered. Not a big deal and no complaints were made, also we will be returning for 2 dollar draft Tuesday next week. Overall it's a great restaurant to visit but it needs some minor tweeks to take it to the excellent level that it has shown us in the past. read more
