The girl who took my order was super nice to me she was patient, friendly and even let me try a sample to make sure I would like what I was ordering since it was my first time. Everything tasted fresh and home made! Even the pickle was crispy which I really enjoyed as well. I will definitely be back for sure! I will say the Jalapeño Holly has got to be my absolute favorite it was spicy and the pickles and jalapeños in it were nice and crunchy. My wife and I went for lunch snd had a great experience. Very helpful and polite staff. We both got the Olivia's old south on croissants. She got the grape salad as her side and I got the broccoli salad and then made it a trio with a scoop of kickin Kay Lynne. The sides were great. The chicken salad was great. I ended up preferring the scoop vs the sandwich. The croissant was a little dry and not very exciting. I'd definitely go back and try some other options. This place is awesome! I feel bad judging a book by its cover, but I could tell this place would be awesome the moment I saw it. Came in, I am in LOVE with the decor! After me and the person I came with looked at our menus, we decided on what we wanted. I ordered and I wasn't very proactive because I didn't decide on a side before we ordered, but the lady taking our order was very patient. Other person ordered, and she is deaf, but the order-taker was very cooperative with her and other person had a good experience with that. Food was ready in less than five minutes, which was awesome! Went here for lunch and the lady was talking very fast we almost didn't understand the menu. The cups didn't even fit the lids. We sat and waited for only 10 minutes, which is impressive for lunch. Not going to lie- when I ordered I thought I ordered a chicken sandwich which is not on the menu, because the lady was talking really fast but the turkey sandwich was okay. I've passed this place almost daily. It caught my eye because it's different and I like chicken salad, but it's a chick place, right? I finally let go of that silliness and gave it a try last night, by ordering online and picking it up. When I got home and tried it I was disappointed. It was supposed to be barbecue flavored but I detected no barbecue flavor at all. The chicken salad was okay, but nothing exceptional. I mean if "chicken salad" is in your name, it should stand out. It did not. The most disappointing thing was the chicken tortilla soup. That's one thing that has never failed me in a restaurant, as far as I can recall. Until now. It tasted like cooking oil with very little flavor. I had to add some spices of my own but then it was just spicy oil. I doubt I'll ever go back. I can make much better chicken salad and chicken tortilla soup at home. Finally, when you go to customer support on their app it's very difficult to find a way to contact them. There is a general feedback option that leads you to their main webpage. Then you have to start over, searching around for customer support. When you scroll down you can call them (do people still talk on phones?), write them by snail mail, or contact them on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Another thing that is odd on the app's customer support is the community section.
