Everyone here is kind, but she has a special way of making people feel welcomed and at ease. Her kindness may feel "normal" to her, but for someone like me, it meant so much more. Her warm attitude, patience, and the way she genuinely enjoys her work stay with people for a long time. You can feel that she truly cares -- not just about the job, but about the people who walk in. Whether I'm returning a package or asking a question, she always explains things clearly, helps without hesitation, and makes the experience stress-free. In today's world, this kind of sincere kindness is rare and deeply needed. Because of her, this UPS store has become the only location I want to visit. Every time I pass by, I feel comfort -- almost like healing -- because she brings that kind of gentle presence. Thank you for the wonderful service. People like her make the world softer, warmer, and so much better. And one more thing -- I often come here to drop off my Amazon returns and Nespresso recycling bags, and even though those things don't bring any profit, the staff always treat me with kindness. I remember that during COVID I had used this place before and drove by to see if it was open. It was! They are super quick they gave me a receipt for my items. The person who helped me was Lilian the owner and she was super helpful. The store follows Covid guidelines and is super clean and organized. Lilian had me grab my receipt from the machine so we had zero contact. It took less than a minute to be in and out of the store during lunch time. I highly recommend this place! They ship UPS, DHL, FedEx and US Postal service!

    I have been using Central Coast for return package servicing for a few years now and have always…read moreappreciated the easy drop-off and receipts, allowing me to track my return item's progress through the system. Unfortunately, on June 29, I had a very disappointing experience with Lillian. I was returning two packages, and I needed to pay USPS shipping costs for one of the items. Lillian pulled the options up on the monitor and I selected USPS Ground as the most economical way to ship the return item with tracking. Lillian asked me, "Are you a business, because USPS Ground is only available to businesses." As I am not a business, I then selected a non-tracked option for the return, as the only other choices were equal in cost to the value of the item I was returning, much more than the ~$8 USPS Ground would have cost. Afterwards, I contacted the USPS to check whether the information Lillian had provided was correct on whether USPS Ground shipping was only available to businesses because the more I thought about it, the more I thought this was wrong. USPS confirmed that Lillian had lied to me - see https://www.usps.com/ship/ground-advantage.htm. I have no idea why Lillian provided me with false information which made the return tracking options so much more costly, but I will never use Central Coast again for my shipping needs. It may be a bit more inconvenient to go to UPS or USPS directly, but I would rather spend a few minutes in a line than be deceived by Lillian. With her many years in this business, I have no doubt that she clearly knows the rules by now, making her deception deliberate and for what, to scam a few extra bucks off me? Shameful.

    First off, what an amazing store. I came in today for an office chair. Ended up leaving with one,…read morefull warranty (which actually saved me money), and assembly. Typically it takes 24-48 hours for your item(s) to be assembled. I explained that I am a student and that assembling it would save me time, however I was anxious to get it. I was able to come back within 2 hours of my purchase (completely unexpected). Nancy, who I'm assuming is the store manager, was nothing short of amazing. Her and the rest of the crew are really going the extra mile with their customer service. Seems simple, but as I was waiting in line, back to back customers had complaints about items, not wanting to listen to the warranty pitch (which trust me, no one ever wants to, but it's mandatory for them) overall putting the employees in a difficult situation. Yes I get it people, they get paid to do so. But if you ask me or anyone else who's worked in customer service, no one get paid enough to have their days ruined over minuscule things and adults who want to act like children. That being said, It's not easy to smile especially after the encounters before me. But these guys were awesome! Thanks again Nancy and Crew!

I have to wait in line for one very slow grumpy cashier to get through a line of like 10 people. Today he said @youre gonna have to just be patient!" after ignoring me for almost five minutes. If it wasn't 2 blocks down the street from me, I would never go here. It's so bad, When doing Amazon returns I try to go to Whole Foods instead and for all other papers pens, etc. Id rather go to the dollar store if possible.
