I went there Wednesday 10:8 at 10:40. They were empty and now I know why. Young Caucasian male -(didn't get his name but emp # 279217) had attitude and even charged two bucks for one strip of tape. Worst experience ever. Avoid this store no customer service and employees have major attitude & are not helpful at all! One would think in this economy they'd be happy to have a job, guess not! read more

If there was a negative star, I will definitely give it 10 negative stars. Workers do not try to deliver. They always say I put the wrong address only because they don't want to come into the apartment complex to deliver. Workers are so lazy. read more

I am older and get confused easy. I've been in this UPS store several times. Both young men have helped me. Each time they were patient and never made me feel rushed or dumb. Love that they now have this store in Marsh Manor! Super convenient since I live 5 min away. And right next to the Starbucks so I can print/ship and pick up coffee! The employees here are very helpful. The Asian gentlemen (I don't know his name so sorry!) helped me print some labels for sales I made on Poshmark! This guy went above and beyond. He asked if I needed mailing slips and I did and he folded up my labels and put them in there for me! He didn't have to do that but it was just so thoughtful! And it was like 8am! Such a helpful employee! I won't think twice when I need to print/ship something! read more

I went in to this UPS after finding it closer to my home. The UPS store at Woodside is very clean and great but it always seems busy. I also went to one on El Camino in Redwood City and was very disappointed since they had to send me away for not having the correct return label. I went through heck trying to get the label by calling the company, being placed on hold, you get the picture. I went in to this location, and even though I had a printed copy of the new label, they peeled back the old label to expose the new one that I went through heck to get! Jaw dropping moment! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and on top of that they were very friendly and eager to help! Highly recommended! read more

These people are not friendly. I thought maybe being a new business they would be at least a little friendlier. This has been the same after several visits. Oh wait - I can't forget to talk about how they charged me $2 for a piece of tape. That's right. I paid $6 to return a large Amazon item to their store and the box wasn't completely sealed on the top. They charged me $2 to close the top. They were insistent that I either pony up the $2 or go home and get some tape. Not even the Post Office does this. And we all know what a trip to the Post Office is like. Can you imagine being worse than the Post Office? That's really sad. read more

Went in to get color documents printed. Wesley's customer service was perfect and something I sadly haven't experienced in too long: he was assisting a customer at the counter but immediately greeted me and said we'll be right with you. He was quick and was friendly and professional throughout my entire interaction with him. He was equally friendly and professional and quick with every customer that came through. His younger associate wasn't as outgoing in personality but nonetheless was professional and polite, not looking bored or as if I'm a great bother. The UPS store on Middlefield in Palo Alto is close to me but there's never a smile or pleasant greeting from anyone. Their staff is like a revolving door- no one stays for very long except for the manager. I've been going there for 13 years so expected the same service from this store. What a refreshing surprise! I'll make the trip here just for their exemplary customer service and because the staff also seems more trustworthy. read more

I have had great service from this UPS. They never charged me anything for taping my amazon boxes. They didn't charge me when I went in without a box to even wrap everything up for me (just the price for a box which is standard.). I've gone to pack and ship places where they charge for just a person to pack your shipment. I find them to be ready helpful. The prices are high everywhere to ship items. So I think their prices are standard. There customer service is fantastic. And so glad they are in my neighborhood. Easy to find right off 101 On Marsh. read more

I had to make a copy of many notes I had hand written down. To be specific about 40 pages give or take. I was worried I had to re-write everything again with a black or blue pen. To my relief, WESLEY was not only a life safer but he instantly knew exactly what I need. Very professional and even took his time with helping me out. Honestly I would've of been a total mess without his superb assistance. WESLEY had previously helped me out with a color copy I need. He was on point as I entered the store with his friendly smile and greeted me to the point we're I felt comfortable asking him questions. He even offered future options and services if I needed it. JERRY was also very helpful and his people skills along with WESLEY were phenomenal. Great job guys keep up the excellent work! You rock!!!!!! read more

DO NOT take your amazon returns to this location! They only sent back ONE of the two items I dropped off there a couple weeks ago. Amazon received one of the returns, and not the other. Amazon still hasn't received one of the items that I dropped off for return. This store cannot be trusted. read more
