My package was left in the parcel locker next to my mailbox last Fri Jun 26,2026, per USPS tracking, but there was no key left in my mailbox. I sent paperwork to a car dealership via certified letter. And I needed proof that I sent one. I knew the exact day and everything and the girl couldn't find any transactions. She was worthless. A few days letter I got my confirmation that the certified letter was picked up. Most of the time they're ok, but they do t help when you need them. read more

Update: Stopped by and they said it was because I put mail in the outbox that said return to sender....Wish they woulda just left a note about why or add it in the voicemail but the older Asian guy that works the pick up window explained it and was pretty nice so added a couple stars Update: Got a voicemail. No reason why they can't deliver. But that I could pick up my mail today Saturday before 1. When according to hours listed they are closed. Glad most bills are paid online and electronically otherwise would be an issue since it s the end of the month. But the fact that I get important mail from the VA and medication.....2 weeks don't sit right with me. And that is why I will be taking this a step further. Because if I didn't have a back up plan these guys would have some explaining to do. I never had an issue until now. Mail courier on route 8 has the worst communication skills got a letter that said my box was full. Never got one before because I check my mail almost daily after only 2 days of not checking the mail. The carrier took it back and said I needed to pick up at the post office. I made a complaint to Amazon because it was packages from them, they always put them in front of my door "per instructions." And common sense if my box is full. I then got a slip twice in my mail box about verifying my address. I filled it out and still got a pick up mail at post office notice. So of course I put in a complaint today because its been over 2 weeks, they kept my mail and only respond with a slip for pick up on a Friday......knowing they are closed weekends. read more

Horrible customer service. I called to place a complaint on a route courier regarding my mail. The guy who answered my call at 8:36am on 5/30 was not only very unfriendly but conveyed wit tone that they were busy and couldn't be bothered with my call. I have worked in customer service for 13 years so let me be clear when I say I was ASTOUNDED by the manager's response to my concern. He didn't apologize once & didn't offer a solution. In fact, he went as far as to accuse me of being the problem. You NEVER accuse the customer of being a problem & you always help find the solution or proactively resolve the situation at hand while trying to relieve any concerns. I had to lead the entire conversation to resolution myself. In order for me to place my complaint, I had to repeat myself 3 times throughout our conversation, "I'd like to put in a complaint against the mail courier." before he finally said "Okay." and remained silent. I asked again, "Am I able to put in that complaint?" to which he replied shortly & somewhat snarky, "I hear you. It's done.". Those were the last words spoken to me. I said "Okay thank you." and he abruptly ended the call on me. Sir, you did exactly what any good Customer Service expert would tell you NOT to do. You checked every one of those negative boxes. Regardless of the situation, you should never treat people like that. It's rude and unkind and makes them feel unheard. You give those who are good at their job in customer service, a bad name and should reflect on your job choice. If you're still reading and interested in the whole conversation, it was regarding a Full Box notice I received on 5/18. The notice clearly states you have 10 calendar days to get the mail back before it's returned to sender. We received this when we checked the mail on 5/22. The following day, 5/23 the clutch in my truck went out leaving me without a ride. Luckily I found someone who could take me on Saturday, 5/27 (the last day to get the mail back). I called the Post Office on Saturday 5/27 so I could get my mail. Lo and behold, they were closed even though the Full Box slip says they're OPEN Saturdays 10am-1pm. They were closed 5/28 Sun - 5/29 Mon due to the holiday weekend so I called right at opening on Tuesday 5/30. When I was informed it had already been sent back "weeks ago" I asked why when I had until 5/28? His response was to accuse me of being the issue "well the courier said it's been a problem before". First of all, I've lived here for going on 6 years and have NEVER gotten a full box notice. This was literally the first I'd ever seen one in my life. Secondly, this being a "problem in the past" still doesn't give them the right to send mail back prior to the 10days they said they would, regardless. We had paychecks in the mail and will now be late on rent which, this will be another joyous first for me, as I've always paid on time. So thanks for that. This location has a history of struggling with customer service. If you really want to get aggravated, feel free to ignore my review and enjoy the long wait. I use to send out business correspondence through this USPS. Unfortunately, the wait time is just unacceptable. I come in at non-peak hours, and still have to wait more than 30 minutes. Two employees are working the counter, and they are working at a snail's pace. Save your sanity and head over to Bales Marketplace, 17675 SW Farmington Rd Aloha, OR. They have a post office branch that is serviced by friendly, knowledgeable staff, and your patience won't be tried. Their post office hours are M-F, 9-6 and Saturday 9-4. Bring cash because they don't accept credit or debit cards. read more

This pertains to their response to a missing package. I filed a missing package ticket on the USPS website at 7 AM Monday morning. Within one hour I received an email from Brandon at the Aloha office explaining the situation and assuring me it would be sent out for delivery today. Then a few minutes after that I received a personal phone call from Michael (I think that was his name) explaining to me what happened, why it happened, how they were going to fix it. He apologized and owned it. I honestly didn't expect such a response. That was a very quick response! Mistakes can happen and they responded really well. Plus, there's a massive work project going on behind them. Is that going to lead to more parking for you and I? I don't see any reason to think that's the case. Every time our household gets some notice to pick up our mail or needs to visit this USPS Aloha Post Office we always argue over who has to go. We all dread having to do that errand, because of the incredibly terrible customer service repeatedly experienced at this location. Not only are the lines typically long, but there are usually only 1 or 2 postal workers behind the counter available to assist customers, and they are most often grouchy, unapologetic for the ridiculous waiting times and unfortunately often difficult to communicate with as English does not seem to be the first language. It's really a sad and discouraging example of how poorly a business can perform when run by the federal government. They should take a long look at why their "business" is being taken away by so many other shipping options! It's really a pity. This is the Worst Customer Service I have ever received at a Post Office. I've had Amazing Service from USPS all of my life--All over the United States. Always been a Big Fan We moved to this area 6 months ago and have needed to use this post office on 5 separate occasions. They are Very Slow and customers wait in lines while employees wander in and out the service area-- Instead of getting behind a register and helping. I've been waited on by 4 different employees and I have not felt like they were friendly or concerned with me as a customer.
