She was a sweet lady (clerk #19) who took the time to give me an honest quote on my package (which was large in dimension). Thankfully despite the dimensions of my huge box (3 feet by 2 feet and 6 lbs and 11 oz) didnt cost me extra and I only paid $12.15 for 2 day shipping which included $50 insurance and a tracking #. I was expecting to pay much more so ti was a pleasant surprise. While waiting in line I noticed people processing their passport applications with the USPS staff here (by appointment only).
