Whenever I've had a question about postage/shipping she's always been patient with me. She and her employees are very attentive and are ready with my boxes so quickly. Lol I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me at the counter. I accidentally mixed up the two packages that he scanned for me, but he quickly resolved it without issue. I wish I got his name because he provided excellent customer service and was quite cheerful. Even with my mixup, I was in and out of there within a few minutes . Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Another bonus is that Petra falafel recently opened. I grabbed one of their take-out menu so that I can easily order from them in the future.

He responded "i'm also not re-taping your package" This is not a free tape store. You can purchase tape from me, but i'm still not shipping the one not double boxed. Are you kidding me. Its so sad its comical. If Alex was 17 years old with no work experience, and no idea how to treat a customer. I could understand. But he was a manager in his 40's. I will never return to this location again and I will also be informing UPS corp about how their franchises treat their clients.
