Office needs to be closed down. I left a Google review that has my complaint. I was yelled at by a clerk from 40 feet away in front of over 30 people that Because there were 3 other people in line ahead of me she wouldn't be able to process my passport by my appointment time. The post office is also covering up that the passport clerk exposed hundreds of people to , what they call "an illness". They exposed my husband 5 days ago. Now I have a dry cough and fever and body aches with multiple other symptoms you don't need to hear about. I've also lost 2 days of work (I'm a doc) due to the office canceling my previous appointment. This was my second try. I've been called out of the country to do emergency work out of no where so this was last minute and not my lack of planning. I highly recommend that you not mail anything in the outside drive-thru mailboxes. People are still fishing the mail out to steal it. I've had two letters basic letters with a stamp on it that cannot be tracked because they were mailed in that drive-thru mailbox. One was a thank you card, and the other was a letter read more

My neighbor's mail is often put in my box along with mine. Now they have marked a package as delivered but they didn't deliver it to me!

I have the laziest mail carrier at times. I have several that deliver my mail but one lady is terrible. She will hand me a package directly and then take the rest of my mail back to the post office and say its non deliverable saying my porch or driveway was blocked which it never is..i have a gate and fence and most packages they sit out side of my gate in my drive way no excuse. But this has happened and you cant call and talk to no one in charge cause they never answer the phone. My mom carried mail for18 years when i was younger and back then the carriers were real people now they are rude and lazy. read more

I have had good service at the Post Office The clerks/staff, I feel, are under a great deal of pressure. Due to the pandemic more individuals seem to be buying online and it adds to their load not to mention the mail thieves and the extra stress this has caused. I don't know what they're doing differently, but I am a huge fan! This place used to be hell on earth and you would have to plan on being there 30 min to an hour. Here it is , the Saturday before Mother's Day , got my yellow donation bag sitting by the mailbox ALL day .I put it there before the delivery (I checked my box ) .At 4 PM , the bags that my neighbor and I left , are still there .At 5:20 PM , I got my mail out of my box , the bags are still there . This post office location has gone downhill. The outside drive-thru boxes have all been pried to where objects can easily fit inside and retrieve mail. These boxes all need to be replaced. Also, the outside handicapped parking lot sign is just hanging by a screw...safety hazard. The outside looks trashy and inside is bad too. No supply of boxes available for after hours to take. Very helpful people behind the counter and this location has one of those self service kiosks! :) I do see what some of the reviews are saying about the carrier's though. Some of them seem like they're being rushed with the way that they drive and force packages in to mailbox. Don't rush your employees if that's what's happening. :) read more

Yesterday, Saturday Oct 10, the post office said they had a package from Kaiser to be delivered that day. This package had my husband medications in it. No package arrived. This didn't surprise me because all week we received mail every other day and since we received mail on Friday I figured we would not get any. Now because Monday is a holiday we have to wait till Tuesday for delivery. There was heart medication in this package. I started an eBay business 10 months ago. I'm able to do all my shipping labels from home and just drop off and avoid the horrible terrible lines people here hates. I ship 150 to 200 pieces a month. Well, some would go into the outside drop off in the beginning. Then I started having packages never scanned in at all. I had a total of 5 packages like this. I realized someone must be stealing these packages, the drop off containers(added pictures) would over flow and you can grab all you want as there is no lid and a 6" opening to get all you want, it's Christmas, thanks USPS for the giving. I went inside to report, they told me,"yes we know, we also found rocks with tape inside the containers". WOW, remember they have no signs, no camera, the public should know the risk. I reported on USPS website. Got a call two months later from post master. She said I was lying. No problems of theft at site and I was lying an employee would tell me that. I've added pictures to show the problem. Any business with over 200 one star review, yelp and google, would be out of business, but with it govt they just get away with murder and can raise prices. My mailcarrier keeps delivering mail and packages to me that belong to another person 2 blocks away. We have different addresses but same apartment number. I usually get in my car and deliver these in person but, a package was recently delivered that was to big to put in the outgoing mail and being ill, I couldn't deliver it. You can't EVER get someone at the Hesperia P.O. to answer the phone so I called the main post office 800 # and filed a complaint. Asked to have this matter resolved and the pkg picked up and delivered to the right address. That was 5 days ago and I still have the box. So, I called the 800 # again to check the status and all I got was an automated voice saying the matter was resolved. LIKE HELL IT WAS. : ( Waited 45 min. to talk to another agent who re-opened the case with a new claim number. Good grief.......what in the living hell has happened to the United States Postal service? They must be hiring illegal aliens, Democrats or both. Grrrrrrrrr read more

I been shipping parts for nearly 2 years. Today i went in to use this location and had a terrible experience. Im shipping using a large priority box. I wait in line for about half an hour. When i get up to the counter,this old lady gives me attitude and tells me the box isnt taped. I said i know that its priority. And she says we dont tape boxes here. We provide free boxes but we dont provide tape. We are not a free mailing service. She then told me to go down more and buy a roll of tape. I told her every other location always uses priority tape for these boxes and she said no. That i had to use my own tape. Wtf. Then i call to complain and they dont answer. Hell yea im pissed how she gonna give me attitude over a service they are suppose to provide. Ended up going to another location and they did it while i was in line waiting. On Monday, July 3rd, the older postman threw a box over my elderly mother's chain link fence instead of opening the unlocked gate and sliding the box inside of the yard like a professional employee should have done. My mother has no dogs or pets. Anyone in the postman's line of work should know you can shake the gate and see if a dog responds. So the ice maker she ordered may not work properly after being thrown over a 5' chain link fence. She'll give it a week and see it functions as it should. With so many negative posts about the ridiculous service and rude employees I don't understand why this isn't noticed by regional postal supervisors or do they not give a damn about customer service either. Everyone is right about this site not answering their telephones. I'm forwarding this post to the US Postal site as well as to the media. We had a family event on Sunday. Monday morning we still had the car outside by the mail box the mail man told my wife to move the car or we will not get the mail. she did but what kind of lazy person cant get out and take 3 steps to drop of the mail.. they should be thankful they have a good job. Of all the places I have lived this post office is the absolute worst! I have never seen regular people in regular cars delivering the mail before and that would be fine if it could be done right but apparently not.I have had quite a few issues in the few years I have lived up here but recently it's been really bad the first major issue was the carrier did not come one Saturday in December leaving the mail to sit until Monday well the mail got broken into and my moms Christmas card with her gift card inside that should have got picked up got stolen and the card was left torn open on the ground. A person who lives in the neighborhood was getting their mail saw the card in the dirt with other people's mail and came to let me know and bring me the open and ripped card with the gift card missing on Sunday. Then these last 2 weeks I got a notice that said Notice Left (No Secure Location Available) on one of my packages that is really code for carrier forgot the package. They delivered everything else that day in the city issued neighborhood locked cluster mailbox unit that's not secure enough for you? and you can come to my door. I got that message later in the day after the other mail was delivered obviously they forgot that one I had to reschedule it. Today I waited all day for a priority package then got a notice after all other mail was delivered that the package was being held at the post office at customers request hell no it wasn't! If you have ever been to that disgusting post office you would know nobody goes willingly once a man pulled down his mask to sneeze all over everyone in line! that is the whole point of wearing the mask you stupid ass! to keep your fluids to yourself. Bunch of idiots and nasty people there and not just the customers either so hell no nobody told you to hold anything yet another lie due to incompetence. Why can't they just say package is delayed and running late and is being rescheduled? what's with all the stupid lies?
