However, inside, there was a line of customers. Luckily, there were 2 female workers who were very efficient! I got to the front in no time! It was a Saturday when the Post Office is only open half a day. No wonder it's kind of crowded... especially with tourists... LOL! I had to ask a question about the current rate to mail a letter. It's 73 cents per ounce at this time. I had found some old stamps and now I can make good use of them! Thank you for your service, US Post Office! I appreciate you!

Making sure that my mail gets sent promptly, I dropped my items off at this Moiliili Post Office. There's free parking in the shared lot. Rabbit Rabbit will be closing on 12.20.25, but Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera is still there. Note the unusual hours of this post office: Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 4pm. Service by two female employees was efficient and polite! The line moved quickly! Thank you!

Though it's very convenient I really wished that they have the self service kiosk outside as it just doesn't make any sense to have it inside while it's open doesn't do it any justice. Everything is locked up so you need to grab all the boxes and envelops to pack all your items as I searched and searched for a post office but now many are locked up unless you have the code to enter I guess for PO Box holders only. Honolulu locations do close quite early for folks like me how work during the day is the biggest challenge to get there in time to grab my necessities though still won't make it to ship it since everything is locked up once they're closed. Nevertheless love this location but parking is the biggest challenge so it's a love hate relationship I have by getting things shipped on time. Thank you!

This is no ordinary post office…read more First off, it's not easy to find. Not by a longshot. It's not like you can put the address, 438 Hobron Ln in Waze and just drive right on over. That will only get you to beautiful Eaton Square. When they describe the location of this branch is in Eaton Square, they mean way up in there. You can't even see the office from the street. You need to find parking, and walk up into the complex. Way up. I had no idea where I was going, as it was my first visit to Eaton Square. To find the place, I figured I needed to think like I worked for the Postal Service. OK, so if I was Postal Service management, where would I locate this branch? I'd put it somewhere where no one could find it, that's where. Some place so rediculously remote, there's no way annoying customers could discover the location. Damn right! In the center of the square I spotted some stairs, but I couldn't tell where they went. Yes! That's got to be the way, I thought. Stairs are enough of an impediment to stop plenty of customers. I trudged up the stairs, and around a corner I noticed an indoor koi pond and fountain. Above the fountain there was a little mezzanine. I couldn't believe it, I had found the crazy Eaton Square Post office. There was one window open and a customer was being helped. I enjoyed the relaxing sound of the fountain and passed the time watching the koi swim around. I was very impressed with the customer service at this branch. The employee was helpful and efficient. Mailing a letter in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. This Post Office is in an unusual place... Under the freeway! Yes! Really! I guess they're making good use of the space. The parking lot is right there; and there are more spaces across the street! My visit was on a Thursday afternoon. I was on my way home when I realized that I had an envelope to mail. I took the far left lane and passed everyone waiting in traffic in the next lane. Sorry! Parking was free and easy! I could have stayed in the car and dropped my envelope in the curbside receptacle at the exit, but i wanted to go in and look around. The self-service kiosk comes in handy when you are the Do It Yourself kind of person or come after hours. There were free boxes and envelopes in the corner - ready for mailing! The greeting cards and office supplies were further inside of this post office. Overall, this post office is practical, clean, and spacious. It gets the job done!

It is relatively clean and has lots of PO Boxes and has a nice counter to do your business. The workers are friendly and I've never encountered a long line like many other post offices. One reason for that is because they only take cash or checks. Yes you read that correctly they do not take charge cards. What in the world?!?!?! Good thing i had cash to pay for the postage for the things I was mailing out. So remember if coming here, bring your checkbook or cash.

As soon as I was organized enough, I drove over and parked in the paid parking lot behind the building since the metered street parking was full. The reviews warned everyone that it's a cozy place... yes, they're correct! There were two female clerks. Each of them was helping a customer... not bad! There are long lines at other post offices! Soon, it was my turn! The helpful, polite clerk was very efficient and explained everything as she went through my pile. Thank you very much for telling me that my friends should receive the mail by December 24th! Whew! Just made it!

Almost all if they had the self serve kiosk I'd be a regular at this Kaimuki location where it's almost hidden amongst the many biz it's surrounded by which is very easy to miss but with the OG blue mailbox that's placed right outside it does give the nostalgia of the days we mailed our seasonal items. With that I did need to send a box to a friend and needed a box which of course they have besides the generic I love the priority mail box packaging with the flat rate makes it easy to put whatever you need which was there for me along with the prices of what each box are. Right beside that they do have a area where you're able to pack/write or do whatever you need all nice and clean where I noticed a buck of flowers and noticed that they were pens...lol! regular ballpoint and sharpies as well that was a lovely touch to have but there was one thing that I did forget...tape...sigh! There was no line at all and I could've shipped my items but one little major bump in plans that made me frustrated but know that I have a convenient spot outside of the busy locations is here and love that it's a local residential spot. Plus there was a staff member just clearing up her station instead of serving customers! Second, another employee from the back decided to say good morning and "chit chat" so all work is stopped! Lastly, which "takes the cake", my clerk was very nice and friendly but when the survey came up with the "smiling faces", she immediately press the Smiling Face!! Hmm, isnt that for me to answer? When do you rate yourself? I was surprised and walked out of there bothered! I would have given you the Smiling faces cause i believe and do all surveys, but you stole it from me! Please stop and let the customers do it! You are like "cheating!"

When I went there were two ECV scooters though one had an out of order sign and the other one had a battery gauge that didn't work (showed no charge). Used the one with the broken gauge (a common thing at most stores) and was able to get all of my shopping done (it was charging when I grabbed it). Also was able to have one of the workers accompany me to the parking lot to take the ECV back.

They scan the QR code, ask if you want a receipt, and then they take and process your return. It's in a fairly convenient location but parking can be a little tough if all the street-side spots are taken. I usually choose to take my Amazon returns here instead of Whole Foods just because it's more convenient, close to my house, and quick.
