Instead, she gave me a large box and started cutting it down. She could have simply given me the bag I originally asked for, and it would have fit my items perfectly. She then told me, in a very rude tone, "Take a picture. I don't give receipts." I've been to this location multiple times, and as a reseller, I always receive a receipt, so I found that response confusing and unprofessional. I also asked her a simple yes-or-no question about the USPS box they have outside. She responded in an unpleasant tone, saying she didn't know because she'd never had to deal with it. Overall, she was rude and made what should have been a simple, quick transaction feel uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I'll be using a different location in the future.

Not only was it a few dollars cheaper than other locations in town, but how convenient to get my mail as I am flying in or out of town, as I often do? I was worried about the parking, but you get 15 minutes for free in Short Term Parking, which is enough time to park, walk in, get your mail, and walk out. There's even enough time to get any packages if there's no line. The downside? The location has 1 employee, and so the hours the post office keeps are shorter than other post offices. So when they've got your package, you have to catch them. They're supposed to be open until 4pm daily, but I showed up at 3pm one day to find the place completely shuttered. Hoping that was an isolated incident, as I love stopping by the airport any other time to grab my mail.

I was visiting Las Vegas from Hawaii and on our way back we were stopped by security because we had cookie butter and pesto in our carry on luggage. I had no idea about the restrictions of food in a paste substance, and I dont think I had even seen a sign regarding pastes in particular (although I could have just missed it). Upset by the way security started to treat me (a whole other review for the airport itself); but basically they kept insisting that I could just throw the items away or surrender the items to them. And if youre from Hawaii, you KNOW that you dont throw away Trader Joe's, ESPECIALLY cookie butter (that I had JUST bought that day, mind you). So I left the security check point a little aggravated. Now the airport is a bit big, but the post office is in the Terminal 1 I believe, on the second or third floor nearby the Security check for gates C and D. It was a quick 4 minute walk and luckily there was only one other customer there. There was one attendant there, but he greeted me very friendly and actually turned my mood around. He took one look at what I was carrying and said "Uh oh..did you find out about something upsetting?" :) That already started to make me smile. I went on to vent about the whole thing and he said "Ugh! No WAY can you throw out Trader Joes! I bet they just wanted to eat it." His jokes just made me laugh and my mood really started to change. He went above and beyond for me and turned the whole situation around. I was/am really grateful for what he did; anyone could have simply packed up my things and shipped it off. But he took the time to converse with me and actually made me feel better. I got my package in, with everything perfectly fine, two days later. I wish I could remember his name, but thank you to whoever you are. You really made my last memory of this Vegas trip, better. ^___^

You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing good service. That said, it was clear she could use additional support--she was managing the entire line on her own, which isn't fair given how busy it was. Overall, great customer service from Dimika. USPS would benefit from having more staff during peak times to match the level of service she's providing on her own.

Businesses usually receive mail everyday, minus sunday. We didn't have this problem with the former…read moreletter carrier. But it happens periodically, especially when our usual carrier is on leave. This is the local USPS that I have to contact when there's a problem. We didn't receive mail, incoming mail, and outgoing mail, this past monday- Aug 18 and tuesday- Aug 19. I also put out a letter which was misdelivered (it's a totally different address), and placed the red flag up monday morning; this is still there, 3 days later, today, wednesday, Aug 20. I called, but I listened to this really long list of Options, and tried reaching an Attendant. I was not able to do so, after that really really long wait. So I went to www.USPS.com to submit my Complaint. This is frustrating. I received an email response within a couple of hours. I received a call from someone at USPS, who then explained that our regular letter carrier is on vacation. I told him that the sub came here, but didn't know to check the front bench for our outgoing mail. I told him the sub was parked in between our hangar and the other hangar and could not see from his vantage point, that there was a bench in front of our office, which is where we place our outgoing mail. He assured me that he would leave a note for the sub to check our front property.

This FedEx Office location is hidden in the corner of the main lobby of the MGM Grand. It is a…read moretiny little center with about four computer workstations and a large printer/copier. Although it is small, it also offers most all of the other services provided by a regular FedEx Office location. This means you can send and receive faxes, ship packages, access the Internet, remotely print, and even have presentation materials prepared for you. The staff member on duty when I arrive to print something was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it was extremely crowded I had no problem taking care of the work that I needed to do. This is an extremely convenient location for a FedEx and unusual among all of the other hotels on the Strip. I would actually recommend going here rather than a regular location if you are nearby because not that many people actually know about it.

He said to just call the morning of, and make sure there were enough and I could pick them up the same day. I called to have them placed to the side and Kumar who answered the phone was so great! He said there were enough in stock. We weren't able to pick them up the same day as planned but we swung by the following day and they were still available. Thank the Lord! When I walked in Kumar greeted me politely and I told him I was the tardy customer who called for the cardboard pick up the day before. He was very kind and went to check and see if there 11 in stock which there were. He had someone take them to the driveway to be loaded into the back of our truck where my husband was waiting to load. We were in and out in less than 5 min! I spent a lot of time online price shopping and you will NOT find a better price. If you can pick it up yourself and live locally, this is the place to purchase cardboard or moving supplies.Their customer service is the BEST too.
