It has been here for long before I attended CSULB back in the 90s. Small but got the job done. Nice staff and the is well kept. Need to drop some mails and it nearby so went in to drop it off. Parking is great since there is a big lot in a big shopping plaza.

Can't even ship something anymore without people like this threatening to call ice on the customers! DISGUSTING! When a supervisor was requested it was denied. Yall should be ashamed

She said I can just take it back to where I bought it and ask for a refund but the fine print on the money order said otherwise. We were going back and forth about it and then I looked it up online and as I was explaining it her, she walked away to ask her peer for clarification. (So rude!) When I looked it up online, it said I could get a refund on an unused money order that has already been filled out but there would be a fee (Western Union). I told the cashier I could refund it but I could not have to pay even more fees due to her administrative error. Horrible service!

We filled out our applications online, printed them out and got our passport photos taken. We walked in at 9:45, had our forms checked, and signed our documents. The postal clerk attached our photos. I wrote two checks then paid for postage to next day air the application package. We were done in 20 minutes after waiting for the two people in line before us. Really quick and easy. The clerks were very helpful and friendly. This could not have been easier.

On 05/18/2026 around 2:30 p.m., a young man (unfortunately I did not catch his name) helped me submit and mail my passport renewal paperwork. I was already feeling extremely overwhelmed due to personal circumstances, and he remained calm, patient, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Unfortunately, the employee next to him, a woman with colored braids and eyeglasses, was dismissive and rude toward me. Despite the young man already informing me he could assist me, she repeatedly tried to discourage me from mailing my paperwork there and told me I should go to another USPS location instead. Her approach added unnecessary stress during an already difficult moment. What stood out to me most, however, was how quickly the young man stepped in after overhearing the interaction. He immediately reassured me and took the initiative to help without hesitation. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how much one employee can impact a customer's entire experience. One person can make someone feel unwelcome, while another can completely restore their faith in humanity. This employee deserves recognition for the way he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Employees like him are the reason customers continue returning and trusting USPS services.

So now to receive mail we have to go into the post office, which is the most poorly ran post office I have ever seen. There's a line out the door because of how nonchalant and slow they are. I had to show my ID and a previous envelope addressed to me in order to get my mail, for which the clerk, Maria, took out of my hands without my permission and then took out of my sight to her "supervisor," for a period of no less than 10 mins. This is shockingly unethical. I then had to plea in order to get my ID and mail to the supervisor who was extremely rude and said "I'll give it to you when I'm ready." I am not only shocked at the unethical and rude behavior, but the levels of complete disregard for common sense. Not only are they refusing service, they are forcing me to come in to their office for a reason that does not have to do with me or my address, give them my ID and then without explanation or consent, take it behind closed doors for an unsettlingly long time, again without my permission, and then when I ask for it back I get met with extremely grotesque attitude. I hope USPS reads this review and shapes this up immediately Unacceptable
