Shittiest post office ever. I've given this place second changes multiple of times but they always disappoint. For starters, their hours, as posted on the door are from 10am to 5pm Monday-Friday, yet I'm standing here right now at 10:16am and this shit is still not open. Seriously? They do the same thing with closing times where they just close early. There've been times when I come to this place in the afternoon and when I walk to the front no single employee is in sight! I have to try to get an employees attention from wherever they are hiding by raising my voice to let them know that I'm there and I need help. Does this place not have any supervision? So unprofessional. Only reason I come here is because it's my nearest post office and if I could I would give this location zero stars! read more

WORST POSTAL OFFICE EVER !! Don't ever send your packages though them or get it delivered by them. They don't care at all about your or your package or their jobs. They are lazy ana don't do anything right. I ordered a package that they lost, and then when I had to order the package again they said they can't deliver it cause it's so heavily. Likes it's your job to be prepared to deliver any size packages ! They give you the run around and tracking links that don't make sense. worsted so much time on them. I just had to go in to pick up a package and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I found metered parking easy. This was also another location that did not stock or for that matter display boxes well. Meh. We move on. The line was long, but a worker asked if any of us had packages to pick up and she gladly helped the ones who did. She was nice and efficient. read more

NO Passport Processing, but u woulndt know that because if u call ahead they never answer. Also today Saturday. the lady at the window is sooooo mean. i watched her turn away ppl if they had even the slightest accent. she turned away an Asian lady and a Latina, I could understand then but this window lady would just yell NEXT. she was turning away ppl who asked too many questions, I mean she made it almost impossible to conduct ur business. and the craziest part is she keeps her drivers license at the window, clearly displays her name and address. almost wishing u would mess with her and demonstrating that she's not afraid of showing her info because she's not getting fired. oh and the frown that stayed on her face the entire time I was there was priceless. she's a miserable window lady, stuck in that crab office. oh well read more

I think this place deserves 3 stars. 2 1/2 at the very least... Maybe because it's in my 'hood, but I don't mind coming here at all. I usually stop by on the weekdays in the early afternoon and there's never a line. It's not the most luxurious or well-kept place, but it's the freakin' post office off Pico/Union., you're not going here to make friends. There's meter parking nearby, or you can park in the 7-Eleven lot across the street if you're feeling adventurous. I don't remember her name, but I usually go to the lady on the left, and she's always lovely and nice and we often exchange small talk. I think people view the Post Office the same as the DMV...you don't really wanna be there, so you have a kinda bad attitude before you even set foot in the place. And it's not the nicest area, but hey, it's my neighborhood. read more

I actually prefer this USPS branch over most in the los angeles area. There is usually a little bit of a line but it always moves fast. I never struggle finding metered parking. At $1.00/hour its not like the 25cents is going to break the bank lol. Most of LA lacks in metered parking too so its nice to have so much around here. I go here quite a bit, but Ive had a few problems with USPS, not at this branch but at others, Sharon is always more than helpful in resolving those problems! She is super nice. The place is a little dirty and old, and they are usually low on supplies etc. But on the plus side it always seems to be a little cheaper to send packages from this location, maybe their scales are off lol who knows, but Im not complaining. read more

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I stopped by earlier today to mail a couple of packages. After I had my things in the boxes I realized I didn't have a pen and there were none attached to any of the tables. I'm the only customer in the store so, like any normal person, I went to the window to ask one of the cashiers for a pen. After being denied by the first cashier I went to the second who could barely even look up from her phone to tell me they didn't have any pens in the office. So I proceeded to pay for the packages and had to leave without shipping them. Honestly, just drive the extra mile to another post office. This place isn't even worth wasting your time in. read more

I told him shipping, and he told me to read the shipping label for him. I did, and he said that it was drop off, to just drop it off. He took my package and threw into a bin. I was trying to drop off a package and was rudely told before even getting to the window that they don't accept directv drop offs at that post office. The mail guy was extremely rude and began speaking to me in what I'm assuming was his version of Spanish. When I told him he could talk to me in English he made racist remarks by saying "ohhhhh THEY want you to talk to them in Spanish and now they want you to talk to the in English." The thing is I want to teach my child about being caring and respectful towards others and having him witness such disrespect and abuse of authority was quite saddening. The place outright sucks. It is seriously as slow as a turtle and they don't have most of their mailing supplies in stock at all. Also the service was extremely poor and the man working there is extremely rude. My dollar bill was torn a little and he would NOT accept it even thought it was completely valid. I just visited this branch, I experienced the worse customer service by an African American lady with long blonde hair/thin ugh..all I needed was help with shipping a package. She wouldn't let me speak and explain to her what I needed, it was more like she attacked me..geez never again am I visiting this branch. This is the worst usps office !!!! We came here several times, employees are very unprofessional and rude, what's going on USPS?!?!? Why haven't you closed this place or replaced its employees!? They open late , and they also close early way before the closing time, last time we went by 4 and they had already closed their doors, the door and your online site say 5. Sending complaints through your site is also a headache, regardless will still try to contact directly, hopefully this issue gets resolved ASAP! Probably Top 1 in my worst employee ever to encounter. I had just gotten in from another state for a visit and needed to send a Valentines Day mail, and I encounter this tall middle-aged African American man. The first time I went up to him, he was offensive rather than helpful. All I wanted was some help to send the package. After eventually figuring out that I need to put a sticker with the address to the sender by myself, I went up to him again. He got me through the whole process being very rude and disrespectful, and has the nerve to tell me, "I don't know how to listen," when all I did was swipe my card for payment like EVERYONE ELSE and EVERYWHERE ELSE does. He keeps going on and on and on with his bs, that I eventually laugh him off in my head and leave the darn place. He shouldn't even be working here. What's the point when all he does is yap yap yap to customers who have trouble and need help sending a damn package? I just can't believe there are people out there like this. read more

I had a terrible experience shipping from this usps. There is no parking so I parked in the large parking lot in the back not realizing that it was employees only. While in there the woman shouted that I better move my car or they're gonna tow it, instead of nicely asking me to move it. Then after moving my car I went inside and was paying to ship my package as two women working were talking about how much they didn't want to be there. Overall I just felt unwelcome due to the lack of amicability in their staff. read more

Post Offices.. Post Offices in L.A. ... This one is by far the worst I have ever gone to. Every time I step in that scary place, I find myself bewildered to find that the heavy set, middle age, African American male still works there.. I once witnessed him yelling at a customer for trying to find out the best way to send his package. The customer spoke little English so had a hard time understanding what the worker meant.. What the worker either said in a very demeaning manner or simply yelled was something like this: " Your problem is that you don't listen. You need to do less, Yap Yap Yap ( hand gestures included) and more listening. Do you understand English? Do you understand what I am Saying. No Ablos English (the client was Korean)? You Are Wasting My Time Here, Go Take Your Business elsewhere..." The client was almost crying as he left. The fore mentioned worker has disrespected his clients on every occasion I have stepped in his post office. Add to that, that the workers work as if they get paid by the amount of work they don't do, and there you have it, possibly the worst post office in the country. read more
