I just left this Post Office and I am so angry...I had to write. I went with my girlfriend to return a Money Order that was not used. I waited in line forever while the two women behind the window just chatted with each other. We finally got to the window and an older African American woman, named Joyce D., took us but began to ask us questions about where we purchased the money order, why was it not used, where we were coming from, etc. She asked about 6 different questions that did not even apply to the exchange of the order. We were then sent away to complete the form and were forced to get back at the end of this long line. Fortunately, a gentleman in line let us back in so we did not wait long. We got back to her window and again Joyce started asking us questions about the money order. English is my girlfriends second language so I stepped in to make the transaction go a little smoother and Joyce stops, looks at me and says if this money order is not yours...you should shut up because I am not talking to you! I was outraged. I told her just because you work for the post office does not mean you can talk to me that way! She proceeds to yell at me calling me names and I continued back at her. She walks around to the side door, comes out from behind the protective glass and says that I am trash and you don't have a job. She called me horrible names and I told her she is disgusting and go help someone else because were not going to work with her anymore. She then curses at me calling me something, I told her I could not hear her and to repeat it, she would not because she knew she wold be in a world of trouble. After this I was sent over to the manager. A nice woman, however I feel that she was afraid of Joyce and looked at me like she has hear it before, but could do nothing about it. I felt bad for her, that all day she had to put up with Joyce's attitude. I wrote a report for the manger and I feel it was a waste of time because I am sure nothing would come from it, However it is a post office and I'm sure it was all recorded. We got back in line and two other customers told me that they had verbal fights with her in the past and nothing comes of it. Since when are people in a service industry allowed to talk to customers like this. This is why the post office is going broke! I will from now on opt to do all my payments via Internet and other sources. They will not get a penny from my hard earned cash!!! Summary: Don't go there, unless you want to get into a fight with the dreadful Joyce behind the counter. If you have had a run in with her before i hope you call this number to report her. The absolute worst customer service. KENNETH makes me feel extremely uncomfortable every time I walk in there. I had over 10 items so I knew I had to get in line after the 10th item. I had saved my spot in line and when I noticed he was just about To finish the 10th item, I asked if he can just submit the next two since there was nobody else in line and he said yes. GREAT. By the time he finished the last item, 2 other customers walked in so he changed his mind And gave me my total. I had reminded him that he agreed to complete my order and he so happy said "there is a line now" and made me get back in line. It's like he enjoys making people suffer. I don't understand why people stay in positions they are so clearly miserable in. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Came in to mail some boxes. Wasn't crowded on the weekday during lunch time. Had one person working in the front. Line wasn't long but moved slowly. They had lots of flat rate boxes and envelope in all the sizes available. I feel like some the boxes are cut off though. When I try to seal them there's always a little bit of space, so I have to really squeeze the boxes together. They have a self service drop off if you have prepaid mail. read more

One of the ladies is so rude and refuses to scan in packages so you can get a receipt. The self scan is not the same receipt as being accepted by the post office. The one gal was super nice and helpful and then even another seemed nice, but I've never seen anyone treat customers so rudely for the simplest thing. It's never busy when I go in and thinking that has to be why, everyone would just rather go to another post office :( read more

Would give zero stars if I could. USPS regardless of where you go, is the absolute worst. The service sucks and I can't even count anymore how many times my package has gone missing. They should shut down this postal service. Stick with FedEx or UPS. I can't say it enough that USPS is the worst shipping carrier in the country. They can't handle the smallest shipments. The only reason I give two stars for this post office is close to my work place. Anytime of the day you go there, you will always find a long line of minimum 10 people waiting. There are 5 service windows, but only 2 windows are in service. I do not understand WHY???? Waiting time is 10-15 minutes just mail a box or certified envelope. read more

This Post Office was not really what I had hoped for. The waiting time was over 10 minutes. Parking was very full and I barely got a space. You also have to be careful that you do not slash your tires on the spikes. The man behind the counter was friendly, still I wish the service would have been a lot faster. Only 2 stars. read more

Black woman at front desk was incredibly rude and ruined my day. i was asking simple questions in a polite manner. She was so mean!! Just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you need to ruin everyone else's day! Not just rude to me she was being mean to everyone else in line. Fire her!! read more

I went to this USPS during my lunch break at 12:30pm. i got in line at 12:38pm. There were 9 people in front of me with only 2 employees. i waited in line until 1:02pm. This USPS is Understaffed, employees are slow, and seem unhappy. I do not recommend this place during lunch. read more
