I was there today ...this is most likely the rudest post office and services I've ever had to deal with I drove through traffic to check my mail to find out my box had a lock ....I paid 3 weeks ago ...was charged with a late fee ,but didnt had my receipt on me ...I asked if I they could please check in the system ....it showed i did paid but refused to remove the lock unless i bring my receipt...everytime I would ask a question.that lady would look at me like if i was a problem and all her answers to my questions were SO ??.....I drove through traffic and came back with the receipt to find out they removed the lock while I was gone .....this is a DISGRACE OF SERVICES AND AN INSULT to US post offices.....and of course when I will call the supervisor ....he will NOT do a dam thing about it ..... read more

What I thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be something that actually made my day! I went in to ship two big, heavy boxes and Yvette helped me out. I didn't know the process for shipping boxes like these so she was very patient with me, then even re-taped a box that I had done incorrectly!!! Just as Angelina R. and Shannon R. described, this place is THE worst post office that I've ever been to. Each and every time we go, the lines are excessively long, no matter what time of day you go. To make matters worse, the employees there behind the window are always soo rude. On their good day, they're grouchy and grinch-like. On a bad day, they bite your head off for asking a legitimate question. Perfect example. I was there on Thursday, Dec. 1st, and Clerk 14, a tall African American woman there (I wish I knew her name) was soo unbelievably rude. I asked her how much certain services were. How much is the insurance? and How much is the tracking? She gave me this dirty look and rolled her eyes, and so I said, "Isn't this something you're supposed to tell the customers, so we can make an informed decision?" She said, "Well, I just don't have the time to tell you how much everything is." So, I replied, "I only asked about those two things." She said, "Look, do you want to know how much it is, or do you want to argue?" WTF IS HER PROBLEM????!!!!! I felt like I was interrupting her spa massage day by asking her to do her job as a U.S. Postal Service employee!!! WTF, in this day and age, she ought to be GRATEFUL that her ass has a job. P.S. For those of you who are race-sensitive, I wasn't picking on her race. I was merely trying to point out which employee it was. I wish I could recall her name!!!! It's a slow, slow post office. If you think you can get in and out on your lunch hour you are sadly mistaken. It's also busy in there, well there is always a line. But it's the post office there are only two or three people working the counter and it's usually staffed by one person. If you see a second person then you may be in luck. The only nice thing I can really say is one of the postal workers there is really nice and likes to make small talk. Also they have a self automated postal machine that works sometimes and they have a good amount of shipping supplies for sale. read more

I can not WAIT for the day when these places become obsolete. The workers have such a sense of entitlement, they treat every single customer like they're worthless. This location is located in a business district area so it is not open during the weekend. It is a very small post office and the service are decent. Like the other yelper have said, the clerks are very nice but they are old and work very slow, I guess their hustling days are over now. There is a small free parking lot for the post office located right behind the building so do take advantage of or risk getting a parking ticket on the street during tow period. read more

The employees at this location are consistently rude and unprofessional. The supplies, such as labels and forms, are almost always out of stock and the employees will snap at you for either not having them or for using the wrong ones. They will loudly trash talk customers to each other in front of the customers. The self service machine is broken more often than it works so you're forced to wait in the line and deal with the employees. If at all possible, I'd relieve these employees of the burden of dealing with customers and go absolutely anywhere else. read more

this is a quite large post office, but that's all. beside the two ladies at the window seem always to be "dehydrated", another thing in particular really annoys me. if you want to pay with credit card, the machine tells you to hand the card to the cashier. That's normal. But instead of reaching to the window and taking your card, they just ask you to tell them the last four digits of your card, loudly, because they can't hear you very well behind the thick glass window. The rudest woman I have encountered in the USA works behind the counter. In my three visits to this post office, she was rude on every occasion, 1) Abused some poor guy who had trouble filling in a form, muttering about 'how stupid are people', 2) abused me for not knowing how the us postal system works, 3) called one of our staff a 'lying white boy' (talk about racist) after waiting in line 45 minutes, accusing people of coming in after 5pm. She generally shows complete lack of respect for anyone around her, as well as a complete disregard for her job. She obviously has no job satisfaction at all. It's the closet post office to my apartment, but OMG there is a certain post office lady that takes forever to get things done. I mean literally forever, I've reached the dinosaur stone age when I have this particular lady. She's sweet, don't get me wrong, but I think everyone who is a regular at this post office avoids her like the plague. Even today, the lady ahead of me was next and she knew she was gonna be taken care of by stone age lady, so she offered for me to go ahead. I knew what she was talking about and said I would wait, but just my luck I still got the stone age lady. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I have a service dog for anxiety which is a REAL MEDICAL CONDITION. I have severe panic attacks and being in crowded areas LIKE POST OFFICE LINES causes me anxiety. Both ladies continued to ask me what my medical condition was which is NOT legal!!! I offered up my letter for her TWICE(which I absolutely should not have to do) and they refused to even look at it. They were rude to me and other customers and the lady who should have helped me patronised my accent and when I decided to take my business elsewhere she threw my parcel at me. I had to review them because I had a very different experience than these reviews. Maybe it's new personnel but these people were so friendly and helpful with every customers needs. It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon and that made the wait a little long but it wasn't like they took exceptionally long handling any one customer. It's also spacious and they have a fair amount of supplies compared to other post offices. read more

Their machine constantly goes down a.k.a cannot use credit card or debit card. I don't remember how many times I had to come back/ go to another location to mail stuff out. They also do not take any international mail anymore. There's usually only one teller to help customers no matter how busy the place is. This location is useless and basically waste of our tax. read more
