I use FedEx Office Print & Ship Center from time to time. On my most recent visit, the lady at the front helped me repackage a valuable item I needed to send out. The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. This small store is located on Canyon Springs Parkway just south of the 60 freeway and west of Day Street, next to Rubio's and across from Target. They have a couple parking spots specifically for FedEx customers but those are a little hard to get out of since it's right next to the traffic stop. I would suggest parking just a few more steps out so you don't get oncoming cars that could potentially sneak up and hit your vehicle. Overall, I was able to get my package shipped out with ease and it arrived in good condition during the promised time. read more

Had to ship out a package for my wife and this location was the closest to my house. Plenty of parking, but I would recommend NOT parking directly in front of the store since it's located at the corner as well as a lot of cars coming and going. The inside was extremely clean and looked to be a new business. I was greeted as I walked in, and told they would help me as soon as possible. Aaron ended up helping me and showed me the self package drop off and how easy it was to use the machine. Literally took less than a minute. Aaron was very friendly! This office gets a 4 star because of Cassandra. This is my second time using this facility and she is always so helpful. This time around I was shipping something to my daughter-n-law and picked up a box and some bubble wrap to send it off. Casandra looked at the box told me it was to big. She then proceeded to re box the item and tell me that they could use their stuffing to make the package more secure with no charge. Now thats customer service.. all the while doing this with a smile. I needed to return two very large orders of area rugs I recently purchased back to the online vendors via FedEx. I'd say each order had about 8 rugs of various sizes, with the largest sizes being 6 by 9 feet, including the rug pads. Ikr! Talk about a task!! Thankfully, I didn't open each rug so I only had to repackage a few. I want to publicly thank Josh for the excellent customer service he provided me. Getting the rugs into my car by myself was a feat in and of itself. And I had to do that twice. I'm aware that FedEx offers pick-up service, but after printing all the return labels, I was having extreme difficulty identifying which label belonged on which item. The labels could have a little picture to help identify which rug needs to go on. Just lots of very little numbers that make no sense whatsoever!! Into the FedEx store I go. Luckily for me, Josh, FedEx associate, asked, "how can I help you today. " Long story long, he help me bring in the rugs, and quickly and efficiently helped me get my numerous labels attached and ready for shipping!! Yes, he's there to assist, I however, would like you to really understand that his assistance help relieve a tremendous amount of stress for me! I am so grateful to Josh! The ending of my review is that I thanked him and left, only to return a short while later with the 2nd order of rugs, to which I was lucky enough to again have Josh helped me complete my return order!!! I left FedEx feeling extremely relieved to finally get the rugs on their way and off my really long to-do list!! Thank you again Josh! FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located in Moreno Valley, off Day st. This place is in the same shopping center as Best Buy, El Polo Loco, Great Clips, and so forth. Before I came in, I already knew what I wanted to do. Print, Fax, & Leave. Print part was simple, no problem at all. Hardly any wait at all. Now faxing, oh me oh my. I probably waited about 20 mins just to finally fax something, not only that, the lady at the counter was sorta rude to me too. I just brushed it off, did my fax, and paid the man at the counter. I wish there was a "Zero" option. I tried to send a package to Hong Kong from this location. I was told I had to have the zip code for the address. Hong Kong itself does not have postal codes and they certainly don't have a US "Zip" code. The gal argued and argued with me that unless I had a zip code for Hong Kong - I could take my package, leave and send it through other means. (Which I did) Listen carefully, Hong Kong does NOT have postal or certainly not US Zip codes!!! Fed Ex.com lists Hong Kong as a separate country - do NOT pick China, pick Hong Kong and then you can proceed without a zip code. Was a major headache. (Why don't FedEx employees know this?) I was frustrated because I did not order enough invitations, so I took one of the originals to see if they could duplicate it on cardstock. I was a bit apprehensive for I thought I might have to do it myself. To my surprise and relief, the gentlemen explained they could print them and cut them to size. I did not have to worry about one thing! What might have taken me a couple of hours at home, took them 5 minutes! In addition, the store was stocked with the invitation sized envelopes. If you want anything done here that relates to printing or what I assumed (till now) Kinkos-FedEx were skilled and experts at, avoid this location at all costs. I needed a booklet printed and binded. Simple enough. Yet the one staff member present was only apparently trained in shipping rather than what they call production. What happened? I had to walk her through the steps on how to download, open and print a PDF. Ultimately, I spent 1 hour where it should of taken 15 minutes. The fault does not lie on the staff member but on the management who value cost minimization over the customer experience. Management.. shame on you. read more
