I have to retrieve it from my old office from time to time or it is brought to me, for lack of a sticker. I have done formal complaints online; calls with the USPS local supervisors and gone in person. Despite that and updating my change as recently as 6 weeks ago to extend my time for forwarding to May 2027, I got no mail for the period of June 11 through 21. If you call the USPS 800 number you will hang out for over 1/2 hour and give up. I am not going to fill out another 10 page complaint form; did that 3 times. So no matter what you do to fix their problem, it is not going to happen. I did get one piece of mail in the last 2 weeks; another piece brought over by the receptionist from my old location. At one point at the end of March I got the building owner's 8 pieces of mail with just her name and address on her envelopes put into my mailbox. How does that even happen.

I utilize their Self-Service kiosk for Priority Flat Rate packaging instead of waiting in line. It's a little sketchy in this area - there's usually a homeless person right by the stairs leading up to the front door. But they usually just mind their own business. Overall, no complaints here. It's easy to find and they're open on Saturdays. Plenty of parking too! And bonus: They have some beautiful Birds of Paradise to the right of the Entrance.

I asked if I can pay $150 cash for a money order and the rest on my card ( first time doing a money order ) she started telling me I had to use my physical card that's debit with the money in it. Basically she misunderstood me. But she seemed to be yelling at me in a condescending manner. She kept repeating herself explaining the same thing over and over again. I then said , " I have 150 cash can I pay that way" she says yes and then I said " that's what I was asking" After I asked her " do you need to know where I'm sending money to ( once again first time I ever send money through a money order) she responded, " No that's none of my business." I can tell she can be very nice she was joking around with others there I don't know if maybe she got frustrated with me quickly or maybe it was my confused facial expression. But wow. Then I get a notification that package was attempted but rescheduled because "Business was close" Um I live in a rural farm area with no businesses around. I called customer support and they were weirded out when I said it's a house in a neighborhood. Gave me the number for my local post office. Called NINE times and it kept ringing ended with a busy dial tone no one answering. And its only 1245 PST and said office is not closed till 2pm. Delivery "attempt" notice, what a joke, was at 11:59 AM PST. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house or I would go elsewhere. Big building but no self service kiosks so be prepared to wait

So why on earth did they think it was a smart idea to get rid of the postal drop off box? I understand maybe wanting to move it... But to remove it was the absolute most upsetting thing they could have done here. Now everybody has to fight for parking to just walk in the building to deliver a package.
