I've been going here for more than 5 years. All of a sudden they bring in a young guy. He scanned the bar code on my phone, took the items out scanned them individually received pictures and was determined for me to say those are the items verbally even though he had pictures that match the items. The tall guy that's been there comes over and agreed with him rather than let him know it was okay. The young finished with my packages and tried to make me take the empty bags with me when I told him I didn't want them. He then snatched the bags from the counter with an attitude like a spoiled brat. This type of response is going to get worse if the veterans working there don't train this guy properly If I have to deal with this type of customer service I'll go elsewhere. My fiancé and I mailed our iPhones into our provider through this store. They stole them, point blank. Our provider never received them and they were never shipped. Not to mention how absolutely rude the staff was. And when we came in there was a lady in her car behind the UPS truck being given a ton of packages and putting them in her trunk. It's good because it's convenient.And they usually do everything for you.However, it's not good because parking is a frustrating event. And if you want them to print something out for you, they charge you 3.50. If you want them to tape something for you, they charge you a 1.99 which I find is highway, robbery. It's ridiculous. It's a service they should provide. I'm sure they're not doing it all the time. Because most people come in there with their packages done. But to pay $5.41 to ship back a package. Tried to charge a fee to tape up my Amazon return box? Amazon says it's free. Also I'm a regional manager and been to multiple UPS Locations. This is the only one that "tried" to do this to me. Super shady. I saw in a previous review that they got new management, which isn't an excuse to go against a policy you have with Amazon. This UPS location is really frustrating! The parking situation is a nightmare and seriously needs improvement. Today, I had to park on the backside by the gas station because there's almost never any parking available. I didn't have much choice since I was running errands, but if I did, I would have gone to the other UPS across town. The store is often closed with no reason why, and with no signage but you can see employees in the store. Once before the air was out so they were closed, then they were short staffed so they were closed but now they are just closed. This used to be my go to location but now it's just a waste of time and gas to attempt to visit this location and hope they are open. read more

Terrible store gave me a mistaken shipment # and lost a money order I sent out over 4m ago and have not helped me out what so ever called corporate and they can't help me because the tracking number provided does not pop up on their system because it doesn't start with the correct # I have physical copies of the receipt and mailing receipt they provide and photo copies of the the money order I sent out. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There's another UPS store on Iris that is far more efficient, with better customer service. The representative I dealt with today was extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure if it was his game to be laid back, but I would just rather not deal with that type of attitude. I had to purchase a box to return my items which threw me off, in which he proceeded to tell me to "chill". Excuse me sir? What did you just tell me to do? As he was packing my items, he cursed so much he even apologized for his foul mouth. I told him it was okay, and tried to laugh it off. While he was helping me, a woman came in to drop off a package. He yelled over me and kept asking her "what are you doing?" "What are you here for?". Can you not yell over me, potentially spreading your nasty germs all over me? Today was ridiculous. Came in for a quick Amazon return. They were a little busy but had two people at the registers. Then out of nowhere a worker comes up with a tablet and is able to scan my return and grab me a receipt. Literally I was in and out in two minutes even though it was a bit busy. Excellent service- went to send an important overnight letter- the clerk saw the price for this delivery and asked if I had AAA or AARP to give discount! Awesome. The discount was around 4.00 which now days, every penny counts!!! My recipient received the letter before the promised time. I went into this store to ship a package out of state. George was half way thru the process of helping me, when without saying anything he just walked away to help another customer. When he came back to me, I asked him why he stopped helping me, he acted like he didn't hear and refused to response. As I was paying, he pushed my hand aside as I was about to click the button to get a printed copy of the transaction, he clicked the button indicating I didn't want a copy. . He said he didn't think I wanted it. When finished I went to the older gentleman who I've seen here many times in the past, who appeared to be the manager. When I started to explain what occurred he said I'm not the manager, I'm the Notary, the manager isn't here. I asked the name of the manager and said he didn't know. I'm writing to inform regarding a offensive experience of prejudiced while at this location on Jan 19th 2023 about 10:35am with one of your employee #1. His appalling choice of words lead to this regrettable experience as a regular patron, also his co-employee #2 refusal to disclose appropriate information of Management/Corporate upon request to lodge complaint, stating that both inquiry was 'PRIVATE', does not and will not disclose. At the estimated time listed above, I returned an item from Amazon, first time I experienced a location where an employee ask me to pre-packaged and pre-labeled an item ready to ship before UPS store can proceed, usually I would come in with the item(s) and a shipping label and UPS will take care the rest. Amazon instructions states "The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return for free." Either way it isn't an issue, but personally this was new. Upon finishing up I asked the employee that was performing the transaction a very simple question "Is this a new policy?" he pointed to a laminated policy of some sort, not explaining what it is, he just repeatedly jabbed his finger at it then put it away, he also did same thing to a lady customer before me, I asked him "What is that?" his exact response was "You don't know how to read?" I told him to don't ask me questions like that and hes being disrespectful. Showing his unprofessional demeanor in front of about 10 people(s) together in the store at that time. We had some words back and forth, I walked out. The employee #1 at that time is described as: Having a beanie on, Puma sweater, trim beard(not shaving), gold bracelet, seems to be an shift lead. I decided ownership and corporate should be inform of this employee display of appalling unprofessional actions of prejudice to a customer, I returned to the store to request management and corporate contact information to lodge a complaint. Once in store the employee #2 turned employee to employee #1 communicated in Spanish, upon making contact with his co-employee #2, asked for Owner or Manager information so I could lodge a complaint, E#2 stated something to the effect of "UPS on Frederick", I restated to E#2 that (1) I'm requesting Management or Ownership name and contact information so I could lodge a complaint, (2) E#1 name, (3) corporate phone number. E#2 response was "It is private", will not disclose those three (3) requests. I let E#2 know that I will make sure corporate know about this and walked off. The employee at that time is described as: Having a shaved beard, spiky hair, slim. In hope that this grievance will reach ownership, I would like for ownership to have a discussion with E#1 about his unprofessional actions of prejudiced, I hope E#1 appalling words wont be regarded as an example to other employees that I had good experience with, also re-train E#2 about his refusal to disclose Management/Ownership/Corporate contact information to customer(s) upon request per policy of UPS Corporation as a whole. Upon speaking to corporate officer 'Lagayle' on Jan 19th 2023 with the complaint department, she stated that corporate information should be provided upon request, ownership/management information should also be available. read more

This location is sketch...first off they have one employee in here during peak hrs. With line damn near out the door. But that's not why there getting a one star rating. The employee there scanned my package. I didn't have tape. He tired throwing my package in back still open. When I asked him to put some tape on it. He said no I'm too busy. hi I am a boxholder for over 10 years I have never had a problem at this location until the new employee which is a girl believe her name is, Elizabeth came in the situation. She's very rude to all of us box holders. She has no manners she fights and argues with box holders. She has no management skills. She needs to go before a lot of of the box holders close their box. I have already contacted corporate, and I've already talked to one of the owners. A true manager would not argue with any customer or box holders in front of other customers she would handle it more professional than she does. read more

The worst customer service ever... I went into the mail center to make a few copies of a paper and when I finished the line was still long. I asked the customer service person if she could ask the young lady in the back who was on the computer if she could help get the line down and to my surprise Maddie who was in the back said NO. Everyone in the line was surprised.... The customer service person who was assisting the line was very nice and doing her best to assist the line but if Maddie would have assisted, we would not have waited so long in line during a global pandemic. I should add Maddie had her mask under her chin and not on her face.... I will not be returning to this location and encourage you to think twice if you decide to visit this location. read more

I have made 3 attempts to get live scan finger prints here 3 times for employment and licensing. 3 times each has been rejected due to an error on my Job Title. This is the 4th time trying to get this accomplished. In addition to spending 75 each time now my job is in jeopardy! I don't know what these people are doing wrong but I will not be going here again. Secondly, if I want to go to a sauna I will go to a gym or sit in my car with the windows up.
