    Today on Monday, June 2, 2025, I arrived in the parking lot of the post office at 4:55 pm and walked into the lobby only to find that the door to the counter was locked. There was an employee inside who refused to unlock the door and told me to drop my package off to the side (I'm not sure how she would know what kind of service I needed). Regardless, she refused to open the door and had no explanation as to why she closed up early. When I demanded she open the door, she started making sounds "wah wah wah" and whining noises. Another woman came in and couldn't believe the behavior she was witnessing or the fact that the post office was closed before 5:00. I took photos of the closed lobby and the employee which clearly shows the time of the incident.

    Nice ladies working up front as always, plenty of parking, clean, fast. Haven't tried to get a passport here like many of the worse reviews on here but tbh that has never been a pleasant experience no matter where I've had it done.

    USPS has done it again! Received a package today from a friend, but it quite obviously been ripped open, this is beyond a little tear. There is a ton of stuff missing out of the box, as if somebody dug through it and took things out. Since it was only insured for $100, which way exceeds all the items that magically came up missing during transit. We are not going to bother with an insurance claim, because we know it'll be a big hassle and they most likely won't do anything. Take a look at the picture, how in the world is it acceptable? I sincerely cannot believe that my mail person dropped this off at my door with a giant hole in it. This is all completely unacceptable, but it does no good to complain to the post office, because they sincerely do not care!

    The Alhambra branch has good hours, the lines aren't terrible, the people at the counter are friendly enough, and parking is passable. However, I received a slip saying that $4.20 was due for a "package". The "package" in question was a small bubble mailer, 6" x 4 1/4" that weighed 1/4 of an ounce, when holding it's contents, a tiny pack of seeds. It already had a Nonmachinable surcharge stamp on it. The lady at the counter said it was a package because it had 'things in it'. Yes, that's the point of the mail service. They wasted my time to incompetently overcharge me.

    Sometimes I have no idea whether the mail person is actually making an effort to make deliveries. I received my mail, but did not receive my package. My tracking status says, "No Access to Delivery Location" even though my apartment is in the same hallway where the mailboxes are. How can you get inside the building to deliver mail, but then claim you have no access to my apartment even though it's 200 ft away from the mailboxes? This is not the first time this has happened either. Another past package once listed it had been delivered, even though it wasn't. Two days later, it was delivered to my mailbox... Not sure what is happening, but it would be nice if USPS could accurately describe how they were delivering packages.

I went in and asked the associate (Santa) if she had a flash drive I could borrow cause I had my laptop with me. Can you set unfortunately?I would have to buy one, but she did one better. She showed me how I could print directly to their machines by emailing it to printandgo@fedrx.com. now I don't have to put all my files from my computer on a flash drive or carry my laptop around because I didn't have a flash drive. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go. Plus I just sent the files from my phone. This made my life so much easier. Now that I don't have to deal with a flash drive I'm definitely not buying another printer for home (pain in the @$$). I want to thank Santa so much for her help. She took some.stress.off.mt back.when I need critical documents printed from here on out.

And seemed to act hella annoyed with me. I basically dropped off a bed frame to be returned over two weeks ago, and she basically said she couldn't help me, if I don't have the tracking number then I needed to call customer service which she didn't provide. Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. But I have been in here three other times, and the people that work here just seem like they hate being there or helping people. If you hate people go work at the DMV, where people expect you to be a jerk.

    2day delivery service paid for. After 8 days package still not delivered. For 4 consecutive days in…read morethe early morning the FedEx status as on the FedEx vehicle for delivery. Only to be updated each afternoon as back at the FedEx facility in Pacheco. FedEx delivery is a sham. It's impossible to talk with anyone it the FedEx ship center in Pacheco. It must be managed by a bunch of incompetents. UPDATE: After multiple calls and complaints my package was delivered. I talked with the delivery driver who was very nice. He explained that there is a glitch in the FedEx system that doesn't recognize my specific location. The package is loaded onto a vehicle daily but the glitch doesn't show the driver the location to deliver it. He ends up with a surplus package at the end of his delivery. He takes it back to the Pacheco ship center. My package had five 500-0 code stickers on it that indicated what the driver explained. This continued for six days until the driver took the initiative to deliver it to the ADDRESS on the package, not relying on a location on their delivery map. It appears that this glitch/problem has existed for a long time with no attempted resolution. I hope my next deliveries are not via FedEx!
