Sometimes going to the Post Office is a real drag, mostly because of how poorly customers like to treat the Post Office workers. I try to avoid when possible. Thankfully, I have a Postal Center Plus just a couple blocks from my house. Not only can I get anything and everything I need shipped, but it's also got a really nice little gift area with some quality crafts. My wife loves the snow globes assortments they have out during the holidays. I've bought some nice gifts for my mom here as well. They have a nice assortment of greeting cards as well, much better than the CVS that is right next door. Today I was able to quickly get some passports photos done. It was quick and efficient, as well as affordable! Staff is always so kind. Afterwards it made me think about how it's nice to have a little postal service business like Postal Center Plus so close to my home. 5 outta 5 fo sho!

Located in the Target / Costco center I was returning items to Shein via UPS WHAT WORKED WELL 1. Returns can be done at any UPS Store, which is convenient. 2. This specific UPS location was excellent: fast service, helpful staff, and no unnecessary complications. 3. The process was efficient and well-organized. 4. Employees clearly knew what they were doing. 5. Plentiful parking made it easy to get in and out quickly. HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 1. Each item must be placed back in its original Shein bag. 2. At the UPS Store, staff scan each item individually using the barcode attached to the return. 3. You receive a printed receipt with all return details for your records. 4. The entire process was quick and straightforward. 5. UPS will recycle your box or you can take it home WHAT DID NOT WORK 1. Unlike Amazon, SHEIN does not issue an immediate credit after the return is processed. 2. The delayed refund experience is the main reason 3. I will not continue shopping with SHEIN, despite the easy return logistics. If a freight is damaged, destroyed or lost, its suddenly "not their problem" and cant help you but you still need to pay for shipping or they cancel your account and there is never a refund, ever. These guys are just middle men and women, nice folks, but definitely not worth the hassle, there are plenty of other brokers who will help you and save your company money.
