She said she just stopped by unfortunately there be no Pickup but she gave me the address of the FedEx about 15 minutes away. Since I was from the valley, I had no idea where to go and she gave me great directions the next day I went in to drop off another package since I was working up there she was very pleasant. This was a nice clean store. It had everything she did not have to help me at all. She could've just shut the door unlock it, but she chose to help me and for that I will take all my business there when I work up there this is a top-notch company.

Instead of delivering it, UPS marked it as undeliverable due to "address uncertainty," despite the fact that they have delivered to my address many times before. Even more concerning, there was absolutely no attempt to contact me--no phone call, no effort to resolve the issue--nothing. When a company is trusted to deliver medication, there is a responsibility to treat that delivery with urgency and care. Failing to deliver without even attempting to reach the recipient is not just poor service--it is potentially dangerous. This situation raises serious concerns about whether UPS should be handling medical deliveries at all. People rely on these shipments for their health and well-being, and delays like this can have real consequences. I do not feel confident trusting UPS with anything time-sensitive or medically necessary after this experience.

After all that and all that went into it I get the run around on something as simple as my receipts to show what parts and how much. "Stop in on Friday"..."nope not done,"... "check back on Monday," ....."nope not done,"..... "check back on Friday" "nope not done"......said they would E-mail it, said they would snail mail it, and on and on. Save yourself the TIME and grief and go somewhere else H and H does not know how to follow through with business. Just to show the time line of this, I brought my vehicle to them in early November of 2015, got my vehicle back in the spring of 2016, its now January 2017.......I've been more than patient with H and H.
