I consistently conduct mass mailing, so this will negatively impact my process. The inconsistencies in rules here are very unprofessional. Would not recommend utilizing their services if you don't have to. UPS down the street is a much better option.

Post office lost my package so when I went there to ask about it, the woman behind the desk said "hm I understand let me call the guy that delivered your route today" and picked up her phone that had a wallet encased over it and immediately faked a phone call with him with the case closed, screen off, and faked an entire phone call with him just to say "oh he doesn't seem to have it, leave us your phone number and name and we will get back to you." The last time I was here, I was second in line. The clerk closed the door in my face after helping the lady in front of me. I yelled out "hey" and knocked on the door to get her to help me. There are signs posted everywhere that they are closed to the public and to go to the Bel Red post office if you have any business at all besides getting a residential package. The building looks like a prop from a WWII movie - really needs major renovation. The parking lot is large but needs to be repaved with a lot of loose gravel and holes.

I spent 40 minutes waiting in line patiently with everyone else. I was next up and waiting for my turn when I overheard the employee telling the customer "I hate this place. What they don't tell you is they don't scan packages put in the drop box, left on the counter/door! You have to wait in line for an hour to have them scan a prelabeled/paid package in order to get tracking for it. If not, they apparently just don't scan it and toss it on a truck and you don't get the tracking service you paid for! Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. From other reviews, this seems to be the only location that doesn't properly scan packages in. It's really nonsensical.
