Need packaging boxes and envelopes, they are here.

I've never really had an issue going to this post office. It's really busy during lunch time and especially on Fridays. It's pretty straightforward experience. More than likely there is always a line, the counter people are legit trying to do their best (there's times I've been here when it's so sluggish). It's always the customers coming here with incomplete mailing info, or asking for complicated request. But overall, the staff here is friendly. Good experience, and convenient location.

Very efficient fast friendly service. The wait was minimal. They were a little busy but there were getting everyone taken care of.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this post office…read more We drove 40 minutes after confirming online that Thursday had walk-in passport hours from 3 to 4 p.m. When we arrived exactly at 3:00, we were told the clerk who would be helping us was on lunch and wouldn't be back until 3:30 p.m., which made no sense considering that's when walk-ins were supposed to begin at 3:00pm When we were finally helped by TYLER, his attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming from the start. Every chance he got to send us away, he took, rather than helping us resolve small, simple issues on the spot. He acted inconvenienced as if he just didn't want to help. I also watched two families get turned away, even though they arrived during the posted time slot. It genuinely felt like he didn't want to assist anyone. He was dismissive, rude, and condescending. The whole experience made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience. It's not just Tyler's behavior that's concerning. It's also a management issue for assigning someone clearly unfit to represent USPS, especially in the role of a passport acceptance agent.

She completely ignored me and walked away to the back of the store to do something. (The rules are: Wait to be called! oops!) Another time, I saw a corner of my parcel that needed a small bit of tape for mailing. I asked her for some tape and she said they didn't keep any tape there. Of course, that was a LIE. There is NO way a post office, even a small one, would not have tape. Do they think I'm stupid? At the regular post offices, they always give you tape when needed. Sometimes they will better secure your package w/o your even asking. Another time, I saw a big roll of tape laying on an adjacent counter and assumed I could use it. The man behind the other counter heard me (could not see me) using the tape and bellowed: If you're going to use that tape, you'd better be sending it priority (or something like that)! I have never been yelled at at any post office in my 76 years! His lack of customer service skills is appalling. Did they just hire him off the street?? The convenience of having this so-called post office is not worth it. They are not professional. It's just better to go to a full-service post office where you are treated with respect. This is truly a skeleton outfit that no longer provides any conveniences. You could hardly call this a job! What are they getting paid for?

I walk up to the counter, I'm told by the employee (older woman with dyed red hair) who didn't bother to greet or look up at me, "you're using the wrong box, you can't use that box", no suggestions, just "I'm only stating the facts." I'll be the using the airport station on John Saunders instead, they are at least open 7 days/week and evenings.

I went to certify mail something and keep in mind that they don't help you complete the paperwork, you have to fill all of that out yourself before you go up to the counter. Try to do your homework before so you're not standing in line just to be told about the paperwork you need to do. You'll lose your place in line so that you can fill the paperwork out on one of the tables. If you want to certify mail something there's one piece of paperwork for that and if you want a return signature, that's an extra piece of paperwork that will get taped to your letter. Also, don't forget to bring the envelope that you want to send your letter in or you'll need to buy one from there. Altogether to mail a check locally it came out to around $11 dollars. It was worth it to me to not have to see the people the check was going to again. I don't know if there's a good time to go to this location because it seems to be busy no matter what time of day I've gone. So just go when you have time and roll the dice on how long you'll have to wait. With that said, even when I've been in a long line it's moved fairly quickly.

I've had several issues over the years and he's the one person that refuses to right the mistakes his employees have made. He takes no responsibility for anything and instead puts the blame on his employees and customers. Also, don't count on your mail actually being held during your vacations, every single time I've put a hold on my mail- I've had to call from wherever I'm at and tell them to go pick up packages that they've delivered.

When I order food delivered they either keep it cool in their refrigerator or they keep it warmed under their heat lamp! During holidays one of these guys, aka, the Boss Man, wears really cool hats and sometimes he'll even hum a song or sing along with really really bad music. I'm not going to use names in case the authorities happen to be monitoring me as in the past.
