My scheduled pickup was to occur between 10am and 2pm. At 1:50pm, I called customer service since it hadn't been done and was told, "the driver is in the area." They'll coordinate with the driver. It didn't give me a good sense of security. The driver showed up closer to 4pm. He was quick, efficient. He's got the method locked down. Paperwork and labeling the boxes only took 10 minutes. He hauled out 1x extra large and 1x large box with ease. I'm really hoping that things are better. Thankfully, I was still able to make my appointment. Waiting for LBC to arrive really takes the entire day regardless if the appointment exists. What really needs work is their communication - i.e. reminder email day of or before pickup day, or text updates on the day of pick up, or updates that the driver is en route, or real information from customer service agents instead of canned messages. We're just very happy that this pickup is done and complete!

Moreover, his packaging has survived global shipping because he is so careful and competent. Todays shipment was a 130 pound subwoofer. Protecting the dynamic driver required making an inner sleeve to exactly fit the curved contours. A hot glue gun was used to bind high density materials to the required dimensions.
