Package drop offs sometimes take several days to show as scanned by the carrier -- not ideal if you're time sensitive. The worst experience was a missing package. Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store
