She was a sweet lady (clerk #19) who took the time to give me an honest quote on my package (which was large in dimension). Thankfully despite the dimensions of my huge box (3 feet by 2 feet and 6 lbs and 11 oz) didnt cost me extra and I only paid $12.15 for 2 day shipping which included $50 insurance and a tracking #. I was expecting to pay much more so ti was a pleasant surprise. While waiting in line I noticed people processing their passport applications with the USPS staff here (by appointment only). This place is a great one-stop shop to handle your shipping and passport needs.

Patrons followed marked areas. Small office area felt tight for people to be standing around in a line. 2 employees working the front office. They were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was in and out of there with two customers in front of me. Nice location in the Valley Junction area. It's busy overall. And was even busy pre-pandemic when I would make a stop in the summer. The latest incident (4/22) was when I was available (home all day) to claim a package and USPS sent a notice (an hour later) that I missed the carrier. Calling the office, they claimed they looked into the issue, and they left a voicemail (30 minutes later) to state the carrier had attempted to ring the doorbell (which I can hear from anyplace in the residence) multiple times and no one answered, and that I could claim the package immediately at the office. I tested said doorbell for any issues (none). The carrier simply went to the wrong address and they would not admit to this. I ended up picking up the package manually (same day) as it was a high end item and I did not trust the staff for a re-delivery.
