I asked to speak with a manager (to complaint about miss leading online appointment scheduling do they could correct it) she refused.also would not give me a phone number or take my information. When I asked to get her name she also refused. I emailed the store to express my frustration and advise them of her poor attitude to which their response was EVEN worse than her behavior. They state I never made appointments despite sending images of confirmation and decided name calling was appropriate. I have filed a formal complaint to cooperate and included their email responses. At that point I had no concerns so I ditched the receipt. Yesterday Christmas 2025 I was talking to my sister and the present sent in Nov came up. What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!
