It was 1:30pm at this point. I explained walk in service was from 1-2pm but she said too many people were ahead of me and she didn't have time. She also acted as if I was a bother to her. It was apparent she wasn't going to help me after I tried to reason with her so I wound up leaving without getting helped. It was hard for me to get there at all due to some difficulties I have and to be treated like that only reaffirms my lack of faith in the USPS.

We stopped in Thursday afternoon and owner Kyle helped me. Once he found a bike in my price range and that fit me (I'm 5' tall), he spent more than an hour making adjustments and showing me all I needed to know (everything from the shifting to the brakes is different from my old bike). I then brought my old bike in two days later so the back rack and other things I wanted to keep could be moved to my new one. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. When I asked to get her name she also refused. I emailed the store to express my frustration and advise them of her poor attitude to which their response was EVEN worse than her behavior.
