I'd give zero stars if I could. This company is the definition of a bait-and-switch. I was quoted $1,250 to have my camper delivered. Instead, they waited until the driver had already driven my camper off the lot before suddenly telling me the price was $2,250. At that point, what choice did I have? My camper was already gone. To make matters worse, I specifically told them beforehand that I would need to pay by credit card because I did not have an extra $1,000 in cash available. They assured me everything was fine, then turned around and told me they couldn't accept a credit card. I was forced to scramble for cash I didn't have because of their failure to honor what was agreed upon. This wasn't just poor customer service--it was deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unethical. Changing the price after you've already taken possession of someone's property is unacceptable. Kanwal, who goes by Joel Miller, appears to be the person who impersonated the driver in his extortion of money from me and continues attempts to extort money. The business address is a house belonging to Donna Jean Wood and Steven P. Wood, where Fareeha C. Kanwal resides, who is listed as the business agent for the business, which was filed on 06/16/2023. He has used the following number, 925-232-1839, to impersonate Mirko Rasuo in a continual attempt to extort money. He sent me the Mirko Rasuo driver license, who was totally unaware of what was going on and did not get paid. He spoofed his phone number with a link to a fake email address (izemmamuel10@gmail.com), requesting more money. The banking account was under the name of Titan express LLC, the bank was Mid Florida Credit Union, 3008 S Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL 33803. The account number is 1429633636, and the routing number is 263179804. Asked to be notified when the transfer was made to jloppe3@gmail.com, Joshua Loppe. I believe they attempted to contact me spoofing with the number showing 021849, which I did not answer. In the text, they wrote that they made a couple of attempts to contact me. Prior to that, he extorted 800 dollars with threats of leaving my vehicle where no one will find it, threatening to remove the air-conditioning units to sell. They took a $400 "advance" payment from me, which they never passed on to the driver. Fees are not disclosed up front. I have found other reviewers (including one here on Yelp) who have stated the same. They quote you one price then say they will not deliver your vehicle until you pay an additional fee. In my case, it was $200. Not only that. My vehicle was said to be delivered on a Monday. The very unprofessional person I was dealing with, continued to call me multiple times and text me telling me the driver was ready to deliver my car and that all I needed to do was pay the extra fee, that ONCE again, was never disclosed from the get-go. I ended up having to pay because I needed my car and it was practically being held from me. Then I was ghosted so I had to be the one to reach out only to be told I was rescheduled for the following day. When the following day came and went, I asked for an update and was told the driver would be contacting me directly. I didn't get a call until THURSDAY that my car would be delivered that evening. Let's start with the Ok: We agreed to a fair shipping rate, and in my history of shipping vehicles around the country, this rate has always been the all-in rate, which included driver, broker and federal fees. Plus, after speaking to US Shipmate about this price at least 4 times, and signing a contract, they assured me this was the final price and there wouldn't be last minute escalations or changes. Here's the decent: My vehicle was picked up on the day promised and dropped off on the day promised with no damage. Both pickup and drop off were hours later than the driver initially promised, but sometimes things happen. Here's the very ugly: Hours before my vehicle was scheduled to be delivered, US Shipmate sent me a new contract with a higher price on it. Upon receiving it, I was absolutely shocked that they just flat out lied to me about the price of this deal. They claimed the price I initially agreed to and signed a contract for was only the driver's fee, and they wouldn't deliver my car until I paid their up-charge brokerage fee and federal fee. Obviously I vehemently disagreed with them and said I wouldn't pay it. They then escalated matters by threatening to put my vehicle in a storage depot at my expense if I failed to pay up. The final assessment: My contact at US Shipmate claimed he'd been a vehicle transport broker for 10 years. Well, either he's the dumbest broker in the country forgetting to mention important details of a deal, or he was an untrustworthy liar, bait and switch operator, and extortionist. I filled an online request about a pick up for a client from TX to NY and syndicates called Michael Liam/Joel Miller(clearly that is not their actual names) from usshipmate.com reached out to me to handle the pick up of a car. They asked to charge a deposit of $250 on my card and balance upon delivery. Then when the driver got there to pick up the car, I received a call that I needed to send Venmo of $300 else driver who I was told was named Christopher/Tim David, but that isn't the actual name. Driver also gave another name 'Sherbeck with #215 881 0234'. Fast forward to the day of delivery a call was made to the recipient of the shipment/car that an additional amount of $250 was needed before delivery will be conducted. They then send another invoice asking for it to be signed which has different figures showing! This company is NOT forth-coming as I was unfortunate not to have read reviews about them before venturing them to handle this particular shipment. I have contacted my attorneys and if there is any single damage to the shipment or anymore funny business before delivery they will go down, a major class action suit will be waiting for them. I will add more proofs or send more updates in due time. ALL the good reviews on here are the same persons with different accounts. They will keep asking for money until they bleed you dry! Involve your lawyers ASAP and make sure they are included in the email/phone threads.
