She even went the extra mile and helped me complete the application and payment online. The representative at the Hawthorne/Torrance location followed up with me prior to me going to ensure that I had no unanswered questions. Benson called me back from the local branch within an hour and offered me a discount and to come view the space. He was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. Had a last minute schedule change for the free truck rental and they were able to work with us to still get it secured (saved $100 instantly). Pros: Monthly rates were lower given similar amenities as the competition, especially when not having to rent a truck; storage space has more dimension options for a tailored fit. Cons: This location wasn't a 24/7 facility, gate's locked at 9pm. read more

This storage is a DUMP, no security, no properly ran. My storage was robbed and they were suppose to contact me immediately, they called me 2 days later. The guy working there Vincent fasure has something to do with it. Everything about this place is trash. I was robbed of over 18k worth of stuff and they only have me 2,500$. I have used this facility about two years ago and it was worth it. I have had to return to US Storage and with the help of Mallerey and Nelson my experience has been great. Very friendly staff and very helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I also like that they have the e-waste recyclable offered at this location. I haven't decided to use storage yet but if I ever do it will sure be this place. The grounds are nicely kept, the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The place looks pretty secure with the fancy locks they sell in the office for your space. The protection plan is a cool little perk they offer to.
