Pros: - the site is clean - it has a gate and is secure - they collect for charity Cons: - you move in for $100 and they suddenly put it up 50% or more knowing it's tough to move your stuff out - you only get 30 day notice (I am going up from $125 to $175!!!!) - some of the carts are old and don't spin well slowing down the move - they force you to purchase insurance to store there (first time I've ever had that) I highly recommend you look into a different company - US Storage is a disgrace - taking advantage of people knowing that it's costs to move. Bait and hook system. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Ive been at this storage unit for a couple years now. Maybe three years and it has been a consistent and smooth experience. I pay unit late every month and they always call to remind me to pay. And I do, the last day before the late fee. For real though. I like them. I like the early and late access and that there always carts for use at your disposal. Today, the manager Benson went out of his way (after giving me a hard time) to cut my lock the next day (when they normally require at 48 hour notice). He's a nice guy, so I knew he would . I recommend this location for safe, climate controlled, reasonably priced, good ground hours storage. read more

The facilities are very clean and the units are made of concrete with a metal roll door. The building I was in was not climate controlled with AC but was still very cool and was not humid inside. Jolene is amazing! She was so amicable the instant I came in the door. Moving is super stressfull as it is, and dealing with mean people is, well, not fun! She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The location is superb as well. Off of Aviation Blvd, very close to the freeway. Easy access to the units and plenty of parking. No loitering allowed here either which is nice, as the previous location I used allowed people to hang out. I like that US storage is so clean and clearly states in its rules that people cannot live in their units. It gets creepy when that happens. The building is also climate controlled which means my things won't get hot and will stay nice. The price is right too! Anyway, if you have to put your things into storage this is the place. read more

This is a very well run facility. Clean and accessible with courteous staff and management. Freeway close and near retail stores and hotels. I recommend seeing this facility when making a decision to rent temporary space. Great security and modern buildings that allow ample space for loading and unloading. Well lighted and they keep the facility in good order. My company took two (2) large units became of the ease of use. Price is fair and we are very pleased with storing at this facility! Accommodating entry hours including weekends and holidays. We were helped by Emily and the next day by the property manger, Benson.
