I found myself in a situation that was getting difficult to plan out for a wise solution. I thought I knew it all when it comes to dealing with storage companies, or so I thought. Place is clean and well kept only reason for the 2 stars is because they entice you with a promotional rate for the first month then goes to its normal fee for the second month then they raise the rate at 4 months which I was never told about which makes this place more expensive then the many other choices out there without the hidden fee raise. So just make sure you ask about the rate increases as time goes on. Also found other storage place with better rates overall read more

Needed a place for our RV for two months while we were redoing our backyard. City restricts RV parking so the search begins. After checking a half dozen possibilities, I hit the US Storage website and low and behold, one 10 X 30 spot is available. I go to the reviews and seems legit. In fact, the reviews were amazing. They kept going on and on about a "Stephanie" the worked there. I give them a call and arrange a visit. Well, the reviews were correct - Stephanie (and Dee) in the office were friendly and made the process quick and easy. Side note: the spot I was assigned was not an easy back in due to the two RV's stored next to my spot. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice and clean. Now, the reason I took two stars off is because their marketing is capitalizing on the "America" theme; however they do not offer Military retirees a discount. Also, this one applies to everyone: they prorate the first month (keeps the sign up enticingly low, but pay attention on the way out. I left on the 5th and they charged for the ENTIRE month. No prorating when you leave. That's plain dirty. Don't worry, they'll smile and tell you that you should have read the four pages of small print you signed. You got me. But never again. read more

Just use them. I move often and this was the best experience I've ever had. I've got only positives to say. The service was amazing. Stephanie was awesome to speak with and sorted things out in minutes. Very welcoming and Dee also was great. Both very efficient and kind. The service was like being at a 5 star restaurant. Great location near highway and easy to pull in and out of place. Clean and dry and can access 7 days a week til 10pm. Very secure and well lit. easy to get in 2nd floor unit. Large elevator and roller. I called 4 other storage places and this was by far the less hassle of them all. All of them had spaces open on short notice, but this place had the best prices. I just needed 2 weeks and that's all I paid for and I got the monthly special also. Everyone else wanted me to pay for multiple months or extra time and then get refunded later. They also had the highest ceiling of any units in town, without any extra cost. I'm not sure if it is just this location, but I will test it out by going to other US Storage Centers in the US. The nationwide number staff was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Moving is stressful enough, that it makes a huge difference when a company wants to make things hassle free. read more

My personal experience with US Storage was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and the facilities were nice and clean. I only stored my belongings for a short period of time but they were able to be very flexible with their rates. I also appreciated how flexible the hours are. I was in need of a storage unit with many specifications for work, and one quick call to Stephanie was all it took to put the perfect unit on hold. The location is convenient and the price is great compared to other options in the area. I have had a TON of packages delivered within my first week or so here, and every time my packages are either neatly placed in my unit, or I get help moving them if I am present for a delivery.
