We hired Usturf for our backyard project, including installing irrigation and preparing the soil for Kurapia ground cover based on their recommendation. I want to start by giving credit to the installation crew. They were professional, hardworking, and did an excellent job. Luis, in particular, was outstanding and made the installation experience a positive one. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterward completely changed my opinion of the company. Within a week, all of the Kurapia died. The supplier came out to investigate and concluded the issue was related to the soil preparation, not the plants. They even offered to replace all of the Kurapia at no charge, but recommended correcting the soil first so the replacement wouldn't fail as well. Since Usturf designed and installed both the irrigation and soil preparation, I contacted them for help. Instead of taking ownership, I spent nearly three weeks hearing "today," "tomorrow," or "next week." Eventually, my calls stopped being answered. When I called the office, the person who answered was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me before I could explain the situation, and wasn't interested in understanding what had happened. I was simply told the soil came from Star Nursery, as if that somehow made it someone else's responsibility. That's not how customer service works. If something goes wrong with a project, the customer shouldn't be expected to sort out which supplier was responsible. I hired Usturf to plan and install the project, so I expected Usturf to stand behind their work and help resolve the issue. I was also told someone would call me back after speaking with the project manager. That callback never came. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was far more disappointing than the original problem itself. At this point, there's no need to contact me anymore. I'll simply continue sharing my experience so other homeowners know what to expect before choosing Usturf.

I would recommend US Turf for sure, I got 5 quotes from different companies and they have the lowest quote but had the highest quality turf, and they gave me more for less. The other companies ranged from $23,000 more to $10,000 more and their turf was lower quality, they didn't have the length and height of the planter bed, those quotes also had a lot of rock to try and cut costs. Overall this quality and quantity I got from US Turf far exceeded all the other companies. They did everything I asked and some! Only critique is their communication could use a little work but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Crew was professional and showed up on time everyday. If you're thinking about it, just go with US Turf, you won't regret it! I've also got a ton of compliments from my neighbors already!

I would like to share my experience with US TURF. I chose them to do our backyard for my new home. I would say during the estimate there was a bunch of back and forth and I was left un answered a couple times but it was a process. After when I had Kevin and his team doing our backyard. The workers and Kevin did EXACTLY what I asked for and did such an amazing job on my backyard. Even when I had a concern or issue Kevin and the team immediately listen and helped out with what I wanted or any minor details. I couldn't have been more satisfied. They also finished extremely quickly 3 days total. I did have an issue with water leaking onto my neighbors yard and it took almost two months for it to be resolved to the point where HOA was getting involved but they still resolved the manner. I would definitely use US turf in the future and for my next home. Thank you guys !!

Great experience working with this turf company from start to finish. I reached out on behalf of my parents, who recently moved to Las Vegas and were looking for someone reliable and talented for a full backyard makeover. Martin, the sales coordinator, was patient, kind, and very clear about scope and expectations. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and made coordination easy. Dale, the project manager kept everything moving smoothly, and Eduardo did a great job facilitating the day of installation. The team was agile, precise, and efficient. We completed the project earlier than expected (requesting during the off-season likely helped), and the quality exceeded expectations. We did turf, tiling, stone work, leveling, and a filter system - everything was executed cleanly and professionally. My dad is extremely picky with services, and three days after completion he called me just to say how happy he was. That alone says a lot. Pricing was very competitive, but more importantly, this team works with integrity and humility. Big shoutout to Martin for checking in from beginning to end. Thanks US Turf for delivering our dream home makeover :)

How this company has so many good reviews is beyond me. We went with them because they had good reviews and boy was that a mistake. At first it seemed great. When I first contacted them, they were very responsive and Luke came out quickly to provide a quote. After going back and forth a few times to make some changes we decided to go with them. They said they could provide a drawing ahead of time to give to the HOA if necessary before getting on the schedule. We didn't need HOA approval, which I informed them of, so we got on the schedule quickly. Fast forward to scheduled install day. We were told they would be coming on Thursday. They couldn't provide us with a timeframe until the day before... Not great, but thought they might have other projects they're finishing up so I let it slide. They said between 12 pm - 2 pm. Nobody came during the scheduled time besides chat being dropped off in front of our house. No contact or anything. I informed Luke that nobody came and he called me at 4 pm saying the crew would be there within minutes. He then asked what the plan for the yard was because they hadn't drawn up any plans. Another red flag where we should have pulled the plug. Nobody ended up coming that night and I tried contacting Luke at 6:30 pm but he didn't get back to me until the following day. All he said was he was trying to get an ETA from the crew. Not even an apology for them not showing up. After multiple conversations with him over the weekend trying to find out when the project was starting, I was surprised to come home Monday morning to find a "crew" working in my yard. By crew I mean 2 guys, which seems absurd to me for a project this size. Our yard isn't big, but is more than a 2 person job in over 100 degree weather in my opinion. Neither of them spoke any English. Luckily I speak Spanish, but this makes communication nearly impossible for non Spanish speakers. I had to tell them the plans for the yard when I thought a plan would have been drawn up for them. They pretty much told me they were sent over that morning because I kept bothering them for the project not having started yet. Keep in mind this is now 4 days after the proposed start date and we weren't informed when they actually did arrive. The project took 3 days, and on the last day when it finished, I was at work and my wife (who doesn't speak Spanish) did the walk through of the yard when completed. From what she could see it looked good and the crew went on their way. The following day she noticed a spot that looked like it was either burned or looked like a tire mark. We had specific window tint for turf professionally installed to prevent turf burn days before the original install date. The spot was also right behind the gate that was open when she looked at the yard so she wouldn't have been able to see it initially. We contacted Luke about this and he said to email them and they'd get us on the repair list. We emailed a picture to them and they patronizingly told us we had the wrong type of tint and that it wasn't like that during install and there was nothing they could do for us. Overall, a terrible experience from communication to customer service and providing a quality product. I DO NOT recommend them and would warn anyone against using them.

Great crew of 3 men. Very respectful and got the job done in 2 days. I followed and asked lots of questions. The lead guy was kind to answer all my questions about what is being done and why? I didn't know anything about putting grass. I was amazed watching them lay out the grass and complete it with the flags in the putting hole. Now I can host parties in back yard and have fun challenging family & friends to putting game. Another thing I'm glad I chose the salt and pepper rocks. It brings out more character to the yard. I highly recommend US Turf. I had 3 other estimates and US Turf was the best price. They helped my vision come true and suggested more to be done and stayed with in estimating price. Thank you US Turf for making my back yard worth going out every morning to have my fresh cup of coffee.

Number one in my book!! Yossi came out took the time to listen what my husband wanted to do with our dog run,and came out a second time (on a Sunday) because I had questions?! Not only was he very professional but a very honest and helpful person. Now our dog run looks totally amazing and our girl Blu loves her new playground! US Turf did a great job installing 4 concrete footers for my gazeebo install. They squeezed me in at the last minute and dug, poured, and leveled the 4 2x2x2 footers. They even came back once my post were mounted and reinstalled my turf around the post. Great company to work with!

Waste of time I gave them all of my info ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for them to come out, the day comes and they go to the wrong address so they said they rescheduled, here's the day of the reschedule, no one had reached out or even shown up. I had to call them to find out what was going on only for them to tell me they don't service my area. Wasted two weeks of my time. read more

Cant beat the quality of work and price. Juniors crew did our yard (new turf, garden retaining wall, planted new trees and re-layed and sealed pre-existing flagstone) and they were awesome. Whole project took a little over 2 days. Junior and his subcontracted company was actually easier to communicate with than US Turf, which is why 4 stars and not 5. I spoke with 6 different employees at US Turf via phone/estimate and some of our requests and concerns would get lost in translation from one employee to another. Too many cooks in the kitchen for my preference. This also resulted in US Turf coming back to seal the flagstone, and whoever sealed it (US Turf employee, not subcontracting company) decided to use my own push-broom and ruined it with sealer (they paid for the replacing it). All in all, definitely recommend! read more

US Turf went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly as we had requested even if it meant coming back a second time. Kevin was professional and made sure to review the expectations before starting as well as following up with a walk through when he and his team were finished. He even went as far as helping us set up the irrigation programming in the garage to ensure our new system was set up accordingly! The warranty that comes with the irrigation and turf gives us a sense of security and relief when we have never had turf installation before. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. We will recommend and refer you to all our friends needing landscaping too. Their diamond grass feels like the real grass and is cold to lay on and out of the 5 landscapers we had the free estimates, their artificial diamond grass is the best of them all. The installation crew was very polite and respectful. They asked me every step of the way if what they were putting down was satisfactory. Had US Turf create a modern backyard and was very pleased with the results. Although we had minor hiccups with the delivery of tiles, they were able to finish on time. Jesus' team and it's just the two of them worked on our backyard and they were very communicative, respectful, and hard working. They did a great job and definitely deserve all the praise. Now just waiting on a last minute walkthrough but haven't heard anything yet. read more

Our turf looks like junk. We have begged them to make it right which they don't seem to want to do even though it is supposed to be warrantied. They are not returning calls or emails when things go south (and they have the money) like other reviewers have stated. Our problems started on install day when we noticed the giant line through our turf. They told us it was fine and normal, to just wait for it to go away. Guaranteed it will go away for sure within 3 months. It has been over 5 months. Now they (still) are not returning any calls or emails to start replacement through their so called 15 year warranty which has disappeared from their website. I have not experienced such unprofessionalism in a really long time. I would not give this company your business. No discount is worth the headache. I will update if and when they make it right or I have resolution via the FTC, state or small claims. read more

My experience with US Turf has been nothing short of perfection. Our salesperson, Ami was the reason I choose US Turf. He was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. He kept in touch and kept us briefed on the whole process. The company did an excellent job! The employees were extremely hard working and professional. US Turf was amazing! I showed them a pencil drawing of what I wanted the backyard to look like and they delivered exactly what I had envisioned. They provided 2D and 3D rendering for HOA approval. Nothing but good words for this company. The workers arrived every morning at the same time and did fantastic work. They surpassed all of our expectations! Stone pavers were cut, shaped and fit into place with the care of true professionals. The project manager, Oscar, was patient and answered all of our questions. I'm very happy with the work that US Turf did in my front yard, back yard, and side of my house, Kevin and his crew are very professional. Kevin always kept me informed throughout the process and installation, and his team of 6 people was always on time. Manuel, one of the most experienced workers, was very dedicated to his work and detail oriented. My job was estimated for 5 days, but Kevin and his team finished it in 3 days with very hard work, and everything went perfectly. Great experience working with US Turf. They recently completed my yard renovation project and I'm very happy with the results. I did a combination of artificial turf and pavers in my back yard and both side yards as well as a paver BBQ area and it all turned out great. I designed it myself, but they executed to perfection. Their quote was very competitive with a couple others I received, but they were able to schedule me much sooner than others. I'm very glad I chose US Turf. read more

They were very flexible with our appointment which we had to change a few times waiting for our HOA approval. They completed the job on time and the price was very reasonable. Our sidewalk turned out great and we are happy with our new turf in the back yard. Only one small issue with the workers who showed up didn't have a clear vision of what we wanted and I had to explain it a couple times with things they were doing but after explaining it again they were good. read more

Also there charging 200.00 dollars for HOA drawing which is unheard of. I would defentely stay away from USTruf they advertise there the cheaps but there not. There other company that are cheaper that do a better job. An also. The negative reviews still stands. read more

As an update, I am not using this review to "hold it over anyones head" to get the turf replaced. I am aware the turf will not be replaced. I was verbally told by the owner on at least two occasions that it was not turf burn that occurred. I want to make it clear, I did not reach out to this company after posting the review. Outstanding job! The project came better than I expected. Jaycob and his crew were professional and completed everything at timely manner. I live in Southern California and have some rentals in Las Vegas. My property had a small backyard that looked likes a battle took place there, combination of dirt and rocks, with holes in places. US Turf representative came and gave an estimate and they were right on time, very professional, and after getting there estimate (only my 2nd) I knew I would use US Turf, but still got another 5 estimates to be sure. There price was very competitive and less than a majority of the others. The two man crew that came and did the work were fantastic. They were able to problem solve any problems, and I basically told them to do whatever they feel would look good, and they did not disappoint me. Thank you to everyone at US Turf that helped with my project! I highly recommend US Turf for their artificial turf work and product as well as their landscaping team. We did our front yard to comply with SNWA requirements to replace our grass. Gage Tarbox was their representative that came to give us our initial estimate to do this work. He was very knowledgeable about the water district program and made some great recommendations. We got other estimates but decided to go with US Turf. What a great decision! Once we confirmed them as our contractor of choice, they went right to work to put to paper a plan that was what we wanted, and the plan complied with the HOA requirements. I could never say enough good things about this company and the people I worked with! For over 6 months they helped me back and forth with helping me overpower my horrid HOA rules and committee. 3 declines later we finally got the job done and they did great! I had a vision for years of what I dreamed my front yard would look like and it became a reality with US Turf! Established in 2015.

As two companies collide... Luxury Custom Landscapes and Perfect Green USA, us turf was started in May of 2020. This is right as COVID 19 was happening in full force, and lockdowns were in place. As an essential business, we were still fully operational and hiring like crazy. As people were in their homes, bored collecting unemployment, and not being able to do much in their yards, this REALLY drove our business through the roof. We completed over 1000+ installations in the first summer alone, and many more to follow. Our business scaled so quickly, week after week. We began purchasing our own equipment, cutting costs on rentals, and purchasing a fleet of vehicles to make sure everyone was driving with our vehicles with our advertisements on them. This sparked new trailers, new merchandise for people to wear, etc. that just continued to drive sales of installations.

Meet the Business Owner: Zachary G.

Zach, the owner has been doing this type of work since he was a child; he started mowing lawns when he was 8 with his grandfather and dad. This led to a down-the-road love for landscaping. During and after high school, Zach ran a company called Luxury Custom Landscapes that did maintenance and artificial grass installations. Years later, Zach was searching for a supplier for artificial grass, and Dor (The other owner) happened to be supplying. Dor, at the same time, was looking for an installation crew. After the two hit it off, “us turf” was created by combining Luxury Custom Landscapes and Perfect Green USA.

First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. And you're saying this is the best you can do.

So, when it came to replastering an existing 'model home' pool albeit a modest pool (originally built by Nevada Pools) that was deteriorating, I called Distinctive. All in all, I figured it to be a straight forward job as the footprint would be staying the same. Owner Edgar Herrera impressed me as knowledgeable and well equipped. Upon his recommendation, I also decided to replace the waterline tile. I was so confident in him that I did not feel the need to even stay in town to oversee the process. For this job, I selected a quartz product (new to me) in Cappuccino, and I was excited for the change to come. Throughout the process, however, I felt as though my job was just too small and not a priority. In fact, I know that Distinctive was performing a large scale new build near me as more than once, I was told that a rep would swing by after visiting the other site. Had my son not been home when my pool was initially filled (we did this twice), it would have overflowed into the backyard. While Edgar did respond to my concerns, I feel that had he and his team been more proactive I would not have needed to shoot off trouble calls after hours. My main concern involved the quartz material as rendered (which I was viewing as cell phone photos from my son). While Edgar did initially tell me that the pool needed to be 'swept' after being filled with water, I interpreted that to mean the pool needed to be cleaned to establish the correct water quality and PH. It had not occurred to me that the plastering process was not yet completed?! I have never had a pool contractor hand off a job that was not actually done and ready for swimmers. Further, Edgar knew that I had not yet hired a new pool tech. Long story short, I have a distinctive pool all right (see photos). I refuse to believe that the resulting mottling, uneven distribution of quartz and staining in the body of the pool are my fault. To his credit, Edgar did have his plaster sub, Rainbow Pool Plastering, return to perform an acid wash on the pool, but it really is no better and certainly does not reflect the nearly $30K spent on it. I am still waiting on the pool accessory kit $500. The only reason this is not a 1-Star Review is because Edgar is a nice guy and I do not believe this was his desired outcome either. To anyone considering a quartz product, I highly suggest you do your homework first. The web is full of similar stories to my own. ~ Tammy

Some other turf companies are not licensed for full landscaping and can only legally install turf. We had a large tree that we needed removed, and in addition we wanted our yard to feature some hardscaping and pavers, so we elected to go with them, and our yard looks incredible. If you are looking for a contractor to level up your space, I highly recommend them.

I found them to be very unreasonable, unprofessional, argumentative, refusing to take the time to listen, and consistently coming up with excuses as to why they wouldn't fix their mistakes. Instead of focusing on resolution, they keep escalating matters, and making more and more poor choices - even trying to intimidate me to remove truthful reviews about their bad faith business practices, terrible materials and products, and poor workmanship. Perhaps learn about contract law, practice professionalism, and conflict resolution, instead of obsessing about "reviews." This has been going on for several months, and I have been more than patient with them. I had to file several complaints with the NSCB and others, and more are to follow. Every contractor that came into our yard was knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. They were available to answer any questions and made sure they cleaned up before they left. We were told that the pool would be completed in 120 days and it was, even with delays because of weather. Once construction started we dealt with Teri, the scheduling manager, and Jon the supervisor who oversaw the construction of the pool and kept us informed of the process from start to finish. Teri is a gem; she schedules all the workers and lets you know when they will be in your yard. She is there to answer any and all questions. Jon is the person that makes everything work. He comes after each step of the pool construction is done and frequently visits to make sure you are up to speed on the process. His job does not end once the pool is complete he continues to visit and make sure you understand the operation and your responsibility as a pool owner. Jon explains everything in detail. A word of caution, whether you use Vintage or another company, make sure before signing the contract that in the plan design that all inspection codes are met or will need to meet in order to pass final inspection. You will then know if you will have additional financial responsibility. Finally as a pool buyer please understand that all the pool builders in the valley are using the same contractors so delays because of weather etc, are inevitable. Be patient. Gary, Teri,and Jon do their best to make sure everything is done in a timely fashion. If you want a great pool at a reasonable price, quality construction, and people who care about you as a client you can not go wrong with Vintage, a class operation.

I've seen a lot of turf throughout Vegas, but NONE as high quality and durable as US Turf's. Their installations are fast, easy and inexpensive compared to all of the other companies that offer similar products in the area. The name "US Turf" might throw you off a bit, because you'd think they'd only install turf, but these people are capable of much much more. From installing pavers, to getting the right color matched porcelain outdoor tiles, to even custom planters and small raised walls... these guys really can do it all. They took a dream backyard design that was scribbled on paper, to then putting it in 3D to show us what it would look like before.... to then making it a reality for my grandparents. They're retired and use their backyard every single day. If you're stuck at home like my grandparents, because you're retired or because of quarantine... it's time you jump on the current promotions they're offering. US Turf did an amazing job with our backyard, and we are so happy we chose them! It was so much fun to see our vision come to life and it exceeded our expectations! We had an initial consultation with Remington and he was super knowledgeable and helped us with suggestions and making final decisions. After our initial consultation, Joseph with the design team created 3D renderings and drawings to submit to our HOA. These visuals were great to have so we could really visualize the choices we made. Once the project was scheduled, the crew and material showed up on time and they finished the entire project in 3 days. Seth was great in overseeing the project and he made sure everyone was on the same page from the start! I have to thank the team Keven Landscaping, of Keven and Leo and crew from US Turf for the absolute fantastic work installing my very realistic multi shaded artificial turf 5 stars are not enough. This team from US Turf not only did a great job they went above and beyond assuring my entire front irrigation system was in good order and the trees and shrubs would be unaffected by the conversion making repairs to my old patchwork of drip and sprinklers on the entire front yard system adding at least a few hours to my job and did this for practically no additional charge only a few bucks for PVC type parts at their cost with no additional labor charged. In addition they are a fully accredited Southern Nevada Water Authority contractor having the authorization to inspect water authority rebate program projects and also made certain my conversion project met all the requirements for approval of the water saving rebate. read more

US Turf is family business with extensive landscaping capabilities. They built a retaining wall across the back of our lot, which adjoins a golf course. Our HOA had many requirements that they were careful to follow. The job involved removing several feet of dirt that had built up across the back of the lot, excavating a trench, pouring a concrete footing, building a low concrete block wall, and setting capstones on top of it. US Turf's team did an outstanding job. We are delighted with the finished product and with the process. Their team showed up in in timely fashion, they cleaned up the site perfectly, and they were a pleasure to work with. Wow! What a great experience. If all my interactions with service folks went like this did, I'd be a happy camper. From beginning to end, I was notified of what was going to happen, and it happened as notified and I have absolutely no complaints or concerns. Gage went above and beyond helping me with information about the Water District and how to get my rebate. The water district had to come out and inspect the job and they would authorize the rebate ONLY if the job was done according to THEIR specifications. And I guess it was done according to their specifications because a week later I got an email saying my rebate was going in the mail. I used US Turf for landscaping my backyard for my new house. I closed in December, and had already talked to Jarrett (excellent by the way) about ideas and had gotten an estimate. The whole process was amazing, from concept to working out the actual design, to implementing. I have a tiny backyard but felt like I was treated like it was a huge job. I actually had other subcontractors comment on the artificial turf and ask where i got it because they were so impressed. I wanted a fountain and they even researched and found the company I used to build it (also recommend fountains.com). When my fountain finally arrived they came back and installed it. They responded to all my questions and inquires quickly and never left me in the dark. The reason I would recommend this company was my install crew. Keven, Ceasar and Renoldo were very professional and did an amazing job! I was blown away with their work ethic and passion to make our job the best. I had John Mitchell come to the house for a quote and he never needed to bad mouth other companies or disparage their work, unlike some of the other quotes I received. They were honest and I feel I got value for what I paid for. Kevin was the project lead and Leo and crew were the installers. They worked hard and left me with a beautiful new artificial lawn. Kevin did the follow up and went over the warranties for both the work and the materials. They needed to come back for some small things, but did so with no issues whatsoever. These people are the real deal and really work with you to ensure your happiness with the work. They also installed new piping around the whole area with the correct irrigation heads. The communication throughout this project was extremely poor, leading to multiple issues during installation. The initial meeting was very brief, with no notes taken, and it became clear later that key details were never relayed to the installation team. This resulted in mistakes, and rework. I also never received any plans or photos before the work began, which made it difficult to ensure everything was done correctly. Additionally, after the loan was processed, communication only got worse. Critical details--like ensuring my trees received water--were overlooked. On Saturday I received 3 quotes to put turf in our backyard, around the pool. 2 of the contractors were 2-3 weeks out to start the job. US Turf beat the price of the other two contractors and did the work on Tuesday. (that's 3 days after giving the quote). The three workers worked all day in the triple digit heat and were able to complete the job in one day. They were polite, hard working, and took time to clean up all work-related mess. An appreciation shout out to Gage (estimator), Kevin (project manager) and Guerro (lead worker) for their professionalism and making this such a great experience. I also had a great experience with Ami going over what they plan to do and discussing the products with me which my from my other quotes their guys did not take the time to do that. I was impressed with the overall customer service. Very attentive and easy to talk to. I was very reluctant to have my beautiful grass removed from my front yard, but it was time, water conservation is essential. I interviewed three contractors and selected US Turf. Their representative/project manager Jarrett was there and available every step of the way. He wanted to charge me $2000.00 more than this company. This was the second estimate. He was very good at following up. He likes to talk more on the phone, but he does text as well. I thought he was very honest, helpful, and gave great recommendations with his experience. I love the after pictures. He let me pick where I wanted the bushes/trees to go, and the type from the approved list. I am getting a rebate back that almost covers everything but $300.00. Then Ancelmo informed me that the City of Henderson has a rebate program too. Now that the work is done and I have the form certified, I submitted to them the notarized form and they will pay me an additional $725.00. After it's all said and done, I am making $425.00 total and then I don't have to pay my gardener $1400.00 a year. Plus my water will be going down. I think this is going to save me about $2000.00 a year.
