He was so informative, patient, honest, and truly cared about making sure we understood every step of the process. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. We had 5 estimates and so glad we went with JJ! We have 3 cars and only way to the front door was walking up the driveway- we needed a pathway to the door. He took our idea of simple, clean and functional and turned it into reality! The entire project was scheduled quickly, and I honestly could not believe they completed everything in just 3 days! This impressed…read moreme because I contacted 5 different companies and only Rock N Block and one other one reached out to me in a timely manner. My backyard had never been done. It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!

He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again. We explained that we wanted a low-maintenance outdoor space that felt clean, modern, and sophisticated. About a week later, Evan sent us a design image created by their in-house designer. Evan was also the one who recommended the white decorative rock, which makes the patio feel brighter and more spacious, as well as the gray multicolored pavers for the area where we planned to install our pergola. We happened to have very similar tastes, but more than anything, we were truly impressed by his excellent sense of design. His recommendations helped bring our vision to life. The project was originally scheduled to take three days, but the entire job was completed in just a day and a half! The entire crew was incredibly professional. They worked with incredible speed and efficiency, and the finished work was absolutely perfect. We were especially impressed by Nicco, the manager, and the entire crew. Watching them work so hard in the intense heat, with such dedication and professionalism, truly made us appreciate their efforts. We also received estimates from three other companies. The other companies told us that a design image would cost $500, but this company provided ours free of charge. We were also told by other companies that we would need additional drainage pipes. After carefully examining our patio area, Evan confidently told us that they were not necessary, which helped us avoid an unnecessary expense. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They sincerely listened to our wishes and questions and gave us honest, professional advice. Because of that, we felt completely comfortable leaving the project in their hands. Now, one of our favorite things to do is simply look at our patio throughout the day. It has a different beauty in the morning, during the day, and at night, and we truly enjoy seeing how it changes with the light. We are incredibly grateful to Evan, Nicco, and the entire team. The solar lights petered out quickly in the winter or after a cloudy day. I went to my trusty Yelp app and came across Las Vegas Backyards and their many five star reviews. I sent information about my project through Yelp, and I received a response the next business day to setup an estimate. The project manager was very thorough, and he explained his recommendations for the project while keeping aesthetics in mind. The estimate was right in line with what my research had told me was an average price for this type of job. I was, however, a little surprised that the project manager did not arrive with a catalog of various lighting fixture choices to peruse. He did send several photos of his recommended fixtures later that day based on our preference for something modern. Communication was quite good through a group text with all the respective players involved. The date for the install was arranged within a week or so of my inquiry. There was a slight snafu on installation day, as the fixtures we had chosen were sold out. We were sent photos of alternative choices and were able to find a contemporary design that was to our liking. The first part of the installation took about a half day with trenching, running power lines, and installing the fixtures. The second day was a quick installation of the transformer. I was happy to see they had installed a smart transformer with WiFi access and an app to set schedules. I do wish they would've gone over this ahead of time to discuss what type of transformer would be installed (again, I am glad they picked a smart model as that's exactly what I wanted). Unfortunately, one of the spotlights was found to be defective by the installer during their testing. They returned the next afternoon to replace it. Payment was handled in phases with certain percentages due at certain points in the installation. Payment is easily made online with a credit card, but unfortunately there is a surcharge for this type of payment. They do have other payment options if you want to avoid the surcharge. Now we have a wonderful, gorgeous, and very upscale looking landscape lighting setup that really increases the curb appeal! Thank you to Las Vegas backyards!

We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. We set a date (07/06/26) for the replacement and what I thought was a fair negotiated price ($250), it really ended not being a fair price at all. Paco initially wanted $280, I negotiated with him to $250. Even at $250 he was higher than all others by $50-$100 more. I asked him if I could use my credit card, he said yes but there would be 4% surcharge. I didn't agree with that, so I asked if he could wave that, he reluctantly agreed. So, date and price was set. Come Monday 07/06/26, he claims his credit card service isn't working, so I agreed to a Zelle payment. Our appointment was for Monday (07/06/26 at 11:30; not only did his credit card service not work according to him, but he continued to change his arrival time. He texted me he was running behind on 07/06/26 and now would arrive no later than 12:30. By this time I'm seeing many red flags. I called him @ 11:46 on 07/06/26 to verify with him that he would arrive no later than 12:30 and was still intact. While confirming his 12:30 time, now he tells me 1 O'clock and blames me for his late arrival because I called to verify the time. During our conversation on the phone he kept interrupting me, talking over me, telling me I was upset that I couldn't use my credit card (furthest from the truth), and that I set the price for the job and so forth. I told him, I no longer needed his services, he was rude and not accommodating or respectful of my time and needs. Who wants to invite someone to their home after a terrible text and phone conversation, NO THANK YOU! To say the least, he wasn't given the job. Be careful who you hire people.

I've seen a lot of turf throughout Vegas, but NONE as high quality and durable as US Turf's. Their installations are fast, easy and inexpensive compared to all of the other companies that offer similar products in the area. The name "US Turf" might throw you off a bit, because you'd think they'd only install turf, but these people are capable of much much more. From installing pavers, to getting the right color matched porcelain outdoor tiles, to even custom planters and small raised walls... these guys really can do it all. They took a dream backyard design that was scribbled on paper, to then putting it in 3D to show us what it would look like before.... to then making it a reality for my grandparents. They're retired and use their backyard every single day. If you're stuck at home like my grandparents, because you're retired or because of quarantine... it's time you jump on the current promotions they're offering. The schedule seemed to be filling up fast, so call NOW! I've shared some photos of their front yard below, because I haven't snagged any in the back yet. US Turf did an amazing job with our backyard, and we are so happy we chose them! It was so much fun to see our vision come to life and it exceeded our expectations! We had an initial consultation with Remington and he was super knowledgeable and helped us with suggestions and making final decisions. After our initial consultation, Joseph with the design team created 3D renderings and drawings to submit to our HOA. These visuals were great to have so we could really visualize the choices we made. Once the project was scheduled, the crew and material showed up on time and they finished the entire project in 3 days. Seth was great in overseeing the project and he made sure everyone was on the same page from the start! He also came over for a final review and walk, to make sure everything was in great shape, and even showed us how to customize and set the planter lights. I have to thank the team Keven Landscaping, of Keven and Leo and crew from US Turf for the absolute fantastic work installing my very realistic multi shaded artificial turf 5 stars are not enough. This team from US Turf not only did a great job they went above and beyond assuring my entire front irrigation system was in good order and the trees and shrubs would be unaffected by the conversion making repairs to my old patchwork of drip and sprinklers on the entire front yard system adding at least a few hours to my job and did this for practically no additional charge only a few bucks for PVC type parts at their cost with no additional labor charged. In addition they are a fully accredited Southern Nevada Water Authority contractor having the authorization to inspect water authority rebate program projects and also made certain my conversion project met all the requirements for approval of the water saving rebate. read more

us turf were by far the most economical choice for my husband and I. We just moved to Las Vegas from California and missed having a usable backyard. We had some turf installed by them a little while back and for the price it was AMAZING quality! It still looks as good as the day it was installed. We had about a million questions for Emma (the finance manager) regarding not only financing but our job in general. She's so knowledgeable in every area and even convinced us to get a free estimate when we were originally just going to buy the turf from a neighboring company. She was a joy to be in contact with and actually cared about our project and us as people. I even asked to hire her for my own company! US Turf is family business with extensive landscaping capabilities. They built a retaining wall across the back of our lot, which adjoins a golf course. Our HOA had many requirements that they were careful to follow. The job involved removing several feet of dirt that had built up across the back of the lot, excavating a trench, pouring a concrete footing, building a low concrete block wall, and setting capstones on top of it. US Turf's team did an outstanding job. We are delighted with the finished product and with the process. Their team showed up in in timely fashion, they cleaned up the site perfectly, and they were a pleasure to work with. John, the brother who bid and managed our job, was super nice to work with and made it easy for us to deal with some necessary changes along the way. The work is excellent, and the price was fair. Know job is too big or too small for US Turf. My husband and I are elderly and have always tried to keep up with the maintenance on our front and back yards. Recently we decided that our landscaping needed to be refreshed. The first call I made was USTurf. I told them I needed maintenance on my back and front yard but also needed to add more rock. I was told someone would be in touch. The next day I received a call from Daniel who works for the company. We discussed him coming out so he could give us a quote for the job we needed done. . Wow! What a great experience. If all my interactions with service folks went like this did, I'd be a happy camper. From beginning to end, I was notified of what was going to happen, and it happened as notified and I have absolutely no complaints or concerns. Gage went above and beyond helping me with information about the Water District and how to get my rebate. The water district had to come out and inspect the job and they would authorize the rebate ONLY if the job was done according to THEIR specifications. And I guess it was done according to their specifications because a week later I got an email saying my rebate was going in the mail. I used US Turf for landscaping my backyard for my new house. I closed in December, and had already talked to Jarrett (excellent by the way) about ideas and had gotten an estimate. The whole process was amazing, from concept to working out the actual design, to implementing. I have a tiny backyard but felt like I was treated like it was a huge job. I actually had other subcontractors comment on the artificial turf and ask where i got it because they were so impressed. I wanted a fountain and they even researched and found the company I used to build it (also recommend fountains.com). When my fountain finally arrived they came back and installed it. They were very affordable, professional, SHOWED UP every time and did an excellent job!! If I need a landscape company again I'm using them. read more

Hands down this is the best Turf/Paver company in town! From the first meeting with my sales agent John I knew we were going with the right company. They responded to all my questions and inquires quickly and never left me in the dark. The reason I would recommend this company was my install crew. Keven, Ceasar and Renoldo were very professional and did an amazing job! I was blown away with their work ethic and passion to make our job the best. Keven keep us up to date on what was happening and made sure I was comfortable with all the decision made that day. When we were quoted for the job John said it should take about 4 days or so and this crew crashed in less time! If anyone ask me for a Turf company I am always going to refer US Turf and ask for Keven and his crew :D read more

I had John Mitchell come to the house for a quote and he never needed to bad mouth other companies or disparage their work, unlike some of the other quotes I received. They were honest and I feel I got value for what I paid for. Kevin was the project lead and Leo and crew were the installers. They worked hard and left me with a beautiful new artificial lawn. Kevin did the follow up and went over the warranties for both the work and the materials. They needed to come back for some small things, but did so with no issues whatsoever. These people are the real deal and really work with you to ensure your happiness with the work. They also installed new piping around the whole area with the correct irrigation heads. The communication throughout this project was extremely poor, leading to multiple issues during installation. The initial meeting was very brief, with no notes taken, and it became clear later that key details were never relayed to the installation team. This resulted in mistakes, and rework. I also never received any plans or photos before the work began, which made it difficult to ensure everything was done correctly. Additionally, after the loan was processed, communication only got worse. Critical details--like ensuring my trees received water--were overlooked. Had I known this from the start, I wouldn't have moved forward with the project. Overall, very disappointing experience due to poor planning and miscommunication. read more

On Saturday I received 3 quotes to put turf in our backyard, around the pool. 2 of the contractors were 2-3 weeks out to start the job. US Turf beat the price of the other two contractors and did the work on Tuesday. (that's 3 days after giving the quote). The three workers worked all day in the triple digit heat and were able to complete the job in one day. They were polite, hard working, and took time to clean up all work-related mess. An appreciation shout out to Gage (estimator), Kevin (project manager) and Guerro (lead worker) for their professionalism and making this such a great experience. I have had 3 other landscaping businesses do quotes for my backyard and US turf was the only business who was willing to give me everything I wanted and at the best price! I also had a great experience with Ami going over what they plan to do and discussing the products with me which my from my other quotes their guys did not take the time to do that. I was impressed with the overall customer service. Very attentive and easy to talk to. Jaycob, their sales manager came and did a final walk through with me and further explained maintenance care and to contact them if I needed any assistance with my backyard. We are giving HUGE kudos to Kevin and his guy's who did our yard. They were there first thing Monday morning and had the yard all ready for Tuesday morning to lay the turf, finished all but the stone and a few little things to go over with us this am and were done and cleaned up by 11:00am Wednesday! They were efficient, and organized. Kevin was knowledgeable and friendly with the customers needs uppermost in his mind. His knowledge of this business helped to steer customers to make good decisions and not the wrong ones. Always professional and worked right alone with his guys and kept a smooth running team! I was very reluctant to have my beautiful grass removed from my front yard, but it was time, water conservation is essential. I interviewed three contractors and selected US Turf. Their representative/project manager Jarrett was there and available every step of the way. Jarrett understood that I wanted to keep the feel of the design of my existing yard, we were able to do that only a lot better! I would also like to acknowledge the hard-working installers who paid great attention to details. After voicing our concerns regarding our front yard Darrian was quick to reach out. He was quick to offer solutions for our front yard and sent a whole new crew out to fix the previous work. Everyone has been nothing short of professional. My front yard was re landscaped by Kevin, Preston, and Zach. My front yard is now beautiful. Kevin and his crew put a lot of work in to my yard. We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Lastly provide easy ups for your crew as these working conditions are difficult. I love the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Pure Turf USA.

First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. And you're saying this is the best you can do.

We were hesitant about switching to turf because of the heat, but Adam and Mike took the time to walk us through the entire process. They even left samples so my wife could see and feel them, which made the decision much easier. The process from start to finish was seamless on their end (admittedly, my wife and I had some "commitment issues" ), and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. More importantly, their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine personalities were the reason we chose them. Their "no-seam guarantee" is no joke--you truly can't tell where the turf connects. The results speak for themselves. Fortunately (or unfortunately ) for them, they'll now be my go-to for any future landscaping projects. Bottom line: Best turf company in town, hands down. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

We absolutely love the full scope of landscaping completed for our entire home. My husband and I recently moved to Las Vegas and purchased our first home. Brian, the Designer in Charge, is extremely knowledgeable and truly excellent at what he does. He patiently worked with us through multiple design changes while we waited for HOA approval and even helped us complete and submit our ARC application. We obtained quotes from at least 5 companies, and Mark their designer felt like the most honest from all the contractors we had quote out our yard. Getting our yard completed was a big investment from our side, and while Everything Turf Pros were not the cheapest option, we later found out that hiring cheaper, unlicensed contractors can only lead to disaster. Some other turf companies are not licensed for full landscaping and can only legally install turf. We had a large tree that we needed removed, and in addition we wanted our yard to feature some hardscaping and pavers, so we elected to go with them, and our yard looks incredible. If you are looking for a contractor to level up your space, I highly recommend them.

The contract terms were unclear and inconsistent with their salesperson's promises, and inconsistent with a fair, professional contract. I recommend thoroughly reviewing state specific laws and regulations regarding residential contracts and contractors, taking time to read ALL the fine print in their contract, and doing a thorough background check on the company and it's ownership, before deciding if you want to work with them. I found them to be very unreasonable, unprofessional, argumentative, refusing to take the time to listen, and consistently coming up with excuses as to why they wouldn't fix their mistakes. Instead of focusing on resolution, they keep escalating matters, and making more and more poor choices - even trying to intimidate me to remove truthful reviews about their bad faith business practices, terrible materials and products, and poor workmanship. Perhaps learn about contract law, practice professionalism, and conflict resolution, instead of obsessing about "reviews." This has been going on for several months, and I have been more than patient with them. I had to file several complaints with the NSCB and others, and more are to follow. Overall, it's been a disappointing, toxic, terrible experience.
