The message said I need at least 37 psi. I pulled into this Discount tire center and they pumped 35 psi of air into my tire. They told me to drive around and it should turn off. I drove a mile, and the light stayed on. Too bad they were 2 PSI short. How do I know? Because I drove to Les Schwab next and got the 2 PSI that I needed to turn it off. 4 stars for the effort! It would've easily been 5 stars if they gave me 2 more psi of air.

I said state law says 3/32" is the minimum and pointed to their chart in the showroom. Salesman said "Sorry, but our minimum is 5/32". A customer can't help but view this as a marketing tactic to sell more tires. We're done.

Fair enough, easy fix. Instead, they chopped it off on the passenger side. About a day later, the noise was back. I crawled under the car and could see the drivers side was doing the same. I took a screwdriver and bent the shield out of the way and noise never returned. I'm just baffled that they didn't know how to fix the issue easily or without a less destructive way. Tells me they didn't test drive it or really diagnose the issue to begin with.
