I finally had to wipe it off the truck bed due to the lumpy appearance. I took the product back and asked to exchange it for a different brand and provided the sales slip along with an explanation. The clerk told me since the can was half empty he wouldn't exchange it. We are talking about a $12 can of paint here. I was not out to take advantage of this business, but I know how a truck liner should look after the spray is applied. After some back and forth I finally left the defective can and told the clerk I would go elsewhere to buy the product. In my view this was very poor customer service and this business has lost our patronage forever! Smart business would take the customer at their word and simply agree to exchange the product. Now they have lost any future business over a $12 can of paint.

It had the lids on them didn't tell me he hadn't actually tighten the lids he just set them back for me with like a quarter turn on. He let me leave the store without saying a word about the kids. I tossed the containers in the back of my truck and over a half gallon worth of oil leaked into the bed of my truck out of the containers that were not tightened and we're not fully emptied. passive aggressive much you asshat?
