The worker was friendly and asked me some questions, and then said he would follow up with a call before any work was started. A few hours later, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done. In this case, it was time for new brakes and a hose had a crack in it. He gave me a fair quote (which I approved through my dad) and said he could work on it and get me back on the road. I was happy with the entire experience, as I really felt they did a good job, had great service and I could see they are proud of the work they do.

I went in for a full synthetic oil change $100+ only to receive a snarky a** comment from one of the oil attendants. I politely asked for an oil change and nothing else. I informed them I didn't want any fluids or filters and had brought my own oil filter. When the tall, curly haired, and polite attendant passed this information to his short, dark haired, small build, and rude coworker changing another customer's oil, he responded with "dOes hE HaVe hiS oWn oiL tOo" in a snarky attitude. Let's just say he may need some more training on customer service and how to speak to customers. I let them know I no longer wanted the service and drove away.
