So... back to see Train again...did NOT remember that the roof came off with Milton like it did at…read morethe Trop...that said.... *parking: so it was free according to my previous review 4 years ago...prepaid parking was 60+, but we paid $26 upon entry so 3 stars, average *food/ drink vendor s: numerous, a bit pricey, but honestly, everybody working them was super friendly and helpful. Looks like a lot of parents are able to work there to help subsidize their kids activities (so many lanyards/identification tags with a specific dance studio)...great idea 5 stars *bathrooms: 5 stars: the men's bathroom gets five stars after we spent about 90 minutes, hiding from the torrential thunderstorms that delayed the concert last night. Too many stalls to count, but plenty of urinals as evidence in my photo! Pretty clean too, and not smelly lol when I did use the ladies restroom, there was an attendant keeping everything clean. *The venue itself: *Stage/ lighting/ acoustics 5/5 *seats 5/5.. absolutely love the wide space between where we actually sat in the next row. Tons of legroom, a rarity 5/5 *pre show music selection once we were allowed to go back to our seats 5/5: somebody's got an awesome sense of humor! I haven't heard Eddie Rabbitt's "I love a rainy night" since it came out in the 80s lol, "here comes the rain again", and other such selections. I know the show was definitely shorter due to the noise, curfew, etc., would definitely return here for future shows, but not during the day to be in the open sun. Looking forward to a new roof and future shows.

One of the worst concert experiences ever. The staff & crew do not know how to handle special…read moreevents. We had VIP EXPERIENCE tickets with meet & great/sound check tickets and PREMIER parking. We had an email from the tour organizer to be at the gate at 2:45pm. The parking staff forced us to wait 30 minutes before informing us we were at the wrong entrance! We were 10 minutes late for the sound check. After the meet & greet, we were told to wait outside for two hours until the gates opened. No shade, no chairs, no water; 100+ heat index. We went back to our car. We couldn't leave the parking lot; NO RE-ENTRY. Once the gates opened, the special VIP entrance we were promised was not opened. So we walked the quarter mile to the general entrance. We've had several VIP experiences at different venues. All have treated very well and catered to our needs. MIDFLORIDA Amphitheatre seemed to resent our presence at their facility. Between the incompetence of the parking staff, the rudeness of security, and the lack of a "VIP Experience"; we were very disappointed. A waste of time and money.

If you're a smelly ass biker, you'll no doubt love this place. I am not a smelly ass biker nor do I…read morehave any smelly ass biker friends. Therefore, I don't feel at home in this trashy ass bar. That said, JTs Roadhouse comes with a lovely odor of leather and racism. And, if you enjoy the prospect of getting into a bar fight, tighten your confederate flag bandana, because this is your place. If you are looking for brand specific liquors like Jameson or Grey Goose, you won't find them here. Of course they have Budweiser and Bud Light because this is 'Merica. But, if you want any kind of craft beer or an IPA that those tofu eatin' hippies drink, you won't find that here either. The decor is mostly wood paneling, and not even nice wood paneling (is there such a thing?). Chairs and stools are super uncomfortable and there's a good chance you can score some cocaine here. I guess that's a good thing in some circles. You'll likely get into several inaudible conversations with really drunk regulars. I'm talking stumbling Wild West saloon style wasted drunk. Some find that entertaining but after a while of repeatedly yelling back "what did you say?!", it gets annoying. Staff is impatient and rude. They take too long to bring your drink or bring your change. The owners screwed the band I went there to see out of money. So, beware doing business with these chaps. I gave it two stars, because I ordered some tater tots here and while they took a while to get to me, they were pretty delicious, but then again, how hard is it to fuck up tater tots? In conclusion, I wouldn't go here because I think it is awesome, because it clearly is NOT. However, if you don't shower on a regular basis and are missing more than three teeth, this may be your place. JT's is not a dive bar. Dive bars have character. This place is just sadness with Harley Davidson's in the parking lot.
