I've had credit cards and state documents be opened by other box holders because of their carelessness. I had 5 packages in total and had no idea what to do. She was kind and patient, I know it was early and I'm a talker, and even though she didn't speak much she made me feel very safe to be able to just talk and express my concerns I had with international shipping. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. I shipped all 5 boxes for less than $150 using standard shipping. I agreed and stood to the side to wait on Rick, when an older lady walked in and asked for help, the employee threw his hands in the air and fell over the counter yelling IT MUST BE A FRIDAY!! I said this is unacceptable and to act his age (mid 60's).
