My wife explained the issue with a recent missing package without a tracking receipt left. A smile with answers without rolling his eyes. We waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes then Symon called our phone and said the package is now here. Wifey recovered the package inside and disaster averted. YAY, Symon thank you.

No notification alert was made through USPS that the package was out for delivery 3. No mail carrier did not leave a notice 4. Info advised no persons were available at residence to leave package (home all day and agent in lobby - confirmed). Drove to post office and thankfully it was dead and spoke with Symon who listened and told me he would call my phone when the USPS driver returns. I sat in the parking lot until 6pm when he called and held my package. I got it and was happy. Not really sure why a paper notice was not left if the package was returned. Symon went above and beyond and was appreciated and he made up for the drivers mishap.

The staff here are usually friendly and I can tell they are doing as much as possible with what they are given. They take their time with each person and even have allowed my husband and I to jump back in line after it was our turn and they needed us to fill out different forms to help keep the line moving. The location is very easy to find but I will say that parking can be a little tricky if you are here during peak busyness! It is a smallish lot but the speed they work, cars are usually coming and going very quickly thankfully! I love that I am able to buy specialty stamps here and get a good laugh at seeing some that they come up with. Pricing for shipping out items and their stamps is the same as it is everywhere else but I do wish it was slightly cheaper, but what are you going to do when there aren't many shipping options out there! The location also offers PO boxes and a package drop box if you don't want to wait in the line to drop it off and get it scanned.

The location is always clean and has a nice amount of parking spots, both accessible and for the general public. They have a couple drop boxes outside you can drive up but I trust going inside more so my mail doesn't run the risk of being stolen. This location is actually a bit farther from my house than the actual post office but I really don't mind driving there in order to not deal with the issues I stated above. The clerks are always helpful and the last time I was there the clerk actually told me a way to save money on the item I was mailing. I don't think I've ever waited more than five minutes getting helped. In all fairness, I've never gone there during the holiday season so it might be different. but the times I have been there it's always been an easy and positive experience. I also needed some stamps the last time I was there and although the choices weren't as many as you might get at a larger post office it was still fine.
