Awesome! I dread making a trip to the post office, especially on a Saturday afternoon. This branch is open til 2 on Saturdays and I came at 12:30 to ship a Priority package. I came in here to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Well mannered I explained and asked to retrieve my package.. although the package is not ready until the next day, think of the carrier, he works his butt-off all day and one package out of the way must've made a small difference delivering his route. anywho, this woman was rude.. and her colleague beside her bothered me so much with his snail service. These review is for the package that I was supposed to receive two days ago. UPS has sent it to the post office on the 14th and I was supposed to get it on the 16th. I called and waited for more than an hour on the phone only to tell me that they just scanned it yesterday so hopefully they will be able to deliver it today. Come on, USPS. I'd give this post office and staff zero star if there was an option. My mail carrier either steals, loses our outgoing and incoming packages 75% of the time. Managers Vicky and Manny never follows through with requests/claims, supervisor Marie Azrate is rude and not helpful at all. She never holds her staff accountable for anything, instead just covers up for them. I've lost so much money and confidence that now I just ship and receive all packages from work. For the 4th time now my package has been marked as delivered and not actually delivered the last time this happened I had to literally wait outside until the mailman came and confront him myself only to find out he conveniently had it in his truck and kept "forgetting" to take it off. I've called and spoke to several people all of which tell me its not their problem they can't help me and I pretty much am just wasting my time and money. When you can't have your mail brought to your own house its a problem. Management sucks very rude constantly hang up or don't call back mail carriers don't do their job. Beware of sending time sensitive packages out of this location. Postal clerks working in the front are incompetent, they can't even punch simple zip code correctly. I sent a 2-3 day priority envelope last week, the lady behind the counter punched in wrong zip code and sent to a wrong postal location. I found the mistake after I called the person who did not receive the package 3 days after I sent it. I called the 1-800# they said package was sitting at wrong location and was on the phone for 30 minutes and they assured me it will be rerouted to the correct address. I got an E mail tracking confirmation today that showed delivered to wrong address. Unbelievable! read more

i must say, i am VERY disappointed.. Couple years ago.. i would've rated them 5 stars.. I have packages that come in the morning around 6am, i'd arrive at the post office at 7 and they would let me pick up the package with no problem. NOW, i believe they've changed management or something.. but.. THEIR PHONE LINE DOESNT EVEN WORK. CONSTANT BUSY TONE. I've tried calling for 3 days and the phone still would not go through. Anyways, I have a package that arrived this morning at their post office. I'm going on vacation for a week so i'd like to pick it up before i leave. This lady INSISTED i leave the package in their post office for the week.... REALLY? No thanks. You have wild chicken in your post office. I dont need my package around those animals. I even asked if i can request to leave the package here so by the time all your carriers sort out the package, i can pick mine up before i go.. NO, she said that's impossible. Impossible?? I've had SEVERAL packages "delivered" by their half-witted post-people - NEVER has it arrived on time, and almost every time it was delivered to a completely different address. I've called them reporting packages lost or stolen, and they refuse to acknowledge of take accountability for their flaws. This is why the Postal Services needs to die a slow death read more

I keep losing my mail and packages 6 out of 10 times. They delivered my mail to my neighbor and my neighbors mail to me. It's the guy with a turban on his head who delivers mail in our area. I'm glad I have honest neighbors who came over and handed the packages to me. This post office has employees with very poor organization skills! read more

The people working in the stations are always very helpful to me whenever I'm here. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3-stars (for now) is because the afternoon mail courier does a really lousy job (this was my first time expecting a package in the afternoon here at my new place). My package was on its way since morning yesterday and I was so excited that I checked every so often, then when I checked my tracking, it says they "TRIED" to deliver my package and "LEFT A NOTE"--I know for fact they did not try because I have a doorbell, and there was audible sound coming from the inside near the garage mailbox, and that so-called NOTE was not there. Because of this courier's failure, I wasted my precious time waiting yesterday, and now, I have to go pick up my package instead. Employees at the counter (95127) have always been very nice. The route carriers and supervisors don't care about customers at all and have even said "if you complain you will never get your mail". 3 packaged in a row sent priority mail were not even attempted to be delivered. All said the receptacle was blocked but all were too big to to fix in the receptacle 12" x 12" or bigger. Incredibly slow service! The staff is nice, but tend to get stuck in conversations with some customers without helping the next customer in line. I don't go here anymore after the last few times I was here the line were outside the building and the wait in line outrageous. read more

I asked for my mail to be stopped on a particular day and discovered it wasn't stop after checking with my neighbor who said it was piling up. I had to make a international call to the post office why this didnt happen, I spoke with a mailman and he indicated the regular mailman was on vacation but he would take care of it, which he obviously didn't!!! Poor service,, slow service. I had packages being delivered and who know where they are now. I hate to go to the office because the lines are always long, and slow service!!!!!!
