The employees working there need to have better customer service. In particular, SHANNON H. Had a look on her face as though she didn't want to work, didn't offer options to what else I could possibly do in order to complete my transaction. When I was asking questions to try and figure out what I needed to do next, she was answering forcefully and with a tone of making me look dumb for not knowing the answers to my questions (mind you there was a long line of people behind me). I live on N 151 avenue and it is now 6:23 pm on Tuesday,January 17, 2017 and the mail still has not been delivered. The earliest it ever arrives is after 4pm and that is a good day. Plus, the mail person considers a package" delivered" if he leaves it out by my road next to our gate...never has actually brought a package up to our door. This guy is seen driving around on Sunday in the mail truck...guess he is catching up. he last mail persons that had the same route were head and shoulders above this grumpy unfriendly guy. The mail carrier that services the Phase 1 of Surprise Farms needs to get her act together. I constantly receive other people's mail in my box. I've had their tracking system inform me that my packages were put into a parcel locker only to find out the key was put into the wrong box. This happened on 4 separate occasions. If this is the Post Office on the corner of Bell Rd. and Parkview Pl. In Surprise then this is about you. Put a hold on my mail via internet, got a confirmation as well as a yellow card left in my mail box indicating the hold was acknowledged. The yellow card left in my mail box indicated the accumulated mail was to be delivered at the ending date shown on the yellow card, 7/17/12. it is now 7/23/12 and I don't have my mail. All attempts to call this Post Office have failed because they will not answer their phones. Update, received a call from the local post office holding my mail, at 5:45 on 7/23, probably because of the call I made to the 800 number from the USPS.com website. The lady that called assured me my mail would be delivered today, 7/24. Guess what, no mail. read more

Worst USPS service I've ever dealt with!! Every week same BS. Not organized, no sense of urgency, unless its about them! Supervisor was something else! Don't answer their phone, don't call to confirm mail box keys were ready, tell you to stand in line, then when your # comes up your told to stay by a door, and continue to wait and wait! Out of all of the slow, incompetent, and rude people I have ever met in my 63 years, these people are worse than the inmates I met while working in a prison. It was very busy, but "acting with a sense of urgency" is apparently a foreign language. They make no effort to work quickly or efficiently, and several times I have found 2-3 of them huddling together to discuss ONE customer as the line grew longer and longer, and carrying on inane chatter while the line keeps growing. The last time I was there, a woman jumped the line, was observed doing so by the employee, who chose to go ahead and serve he ahead of all of us who were waiting our turns.l The mail delivery out of this place is incompetent. After being advised of a problem with the mailbox station by the employee, I took the requested steps and a week later STILL wasnt receiving mail. I went into this slow lazy office AGAIN, and had to start over. Then I kept getting notices that packages delivered that were not. THEN I received a key for the parcel box in my box, and the parcel box number was SCRATCHED into the plastic cover with--whatever, and was completely illegible. I tried ALL of the boxes, and the key didnt open a damn thing. Lots of people would be glad to have a steady job. They ought to hire them. read more

If you are expecting a package to your PO Box and your tracking # indicates the package is received at this post office, don't be in a hurry to pick it up. I arrived at 9:20am to pick up my package and was told they haven't had time to sort it yet and told me to come back later. Seriously? My package is there at the post office, I am there to pick it up and they send me away? Where's the customer service when you need it? Why doesn't someone find it since I am there to pick it up and my tracking indicates it's received at this location? These people REEK of INCOMPETENCE. They lose mail and take forever to ship it to you. Even one day shipping is NOT guaranteed. I paid for 1 day priority shipping for an item coming from California and went MIA. I contacted customer service and they proceed to tell me its standard shipping, the slowest and least expensive, NOT 1 day priority. They have the audacity to tell me it's not 1 day shipping when I paid for it! They are so lucky the seller worked with me and refunded me the cost of 1 day shipping. The seller was great. USPS SUCKS. Stick with UPS/FEDEX, they are way better at doing their jobs! read more

This post office is nice and clean. all the staff is dressed up and has name tags. lines can get pretty bad but for the most part there quick to knock them out.the parking lot also sucks at this one. on the one exit there out to lines to exit one to go left one to go right but on the road there is to solid yellow lines meaning do not cross. makes no sense. they also have to computer mailing systems allowing you to use it 24/hrs. read more

I paid $19.99 to get something delivered next day guaranteed. It still isn't there. an that was two days ago. According to their "wonderous tracking online", it left PHX on a plane, no one has seen it or scanned it since and they don't know how to find it until 30 days have gone by and you don't get your money-back guarantee until you can prove it WAS delivered late.... really! Beware! They over charge and bad customer service!!!! This store is really bad for many reasons, especially the young gal that works there with no customer service skills, and looking at the other reviews, I understand why now. I came into this store for the first time a couple months ago. It was about 9:30 a.m. and the door was locked. The store hours said open at 8 a.m. I looked inside and there was people, so I knocked. The young gal working opened the door and I said I didn't know they were actually opened. She said the door was broke and automatically locks when it shuts and she didn't want it open because it was too cold outside. I suggested putting a sign on the door stating to just knock due to the door being locked. She gave a very sharp and not so friendly response back and I was really taken back by her response and how rude it was. Today I went in and of course, several people waiting, only her working and when the girl in front of me left upset for one reason or another, I knew that was not a good sign. I had an envelope to mail, had a couple magazines in it. The young gal said their computers were down and she was offline. I don't know what that meant, but she then said to mail my magazines would be $12.45. I was shocked. I have mailed the exact same thing at the post office and it was not nearly that much. She gave me some story of since they were offline, this was only way to mail. Again, don't even know what that meant, but I told her I could not pay that and started to leave. As I was walking out, she made a comment of, "Yep, it's the door and now this. Alex is aware of it" I was stunned. Turned back around and said excuse me. She didn't say anything then. Just went my back was turned and almost out the door. I just told her then that her comment is really bad customer service. She didn't care. I left. I won't be back. That store has more problems and if their door was broke over 2 months ago, fix it! And don't charge your customers double if their system is offline and don't be rude to your customers when they are clearly stressed about your lack of customer service skills. I am amazed how poor she deals with customers (clearly not just me with the way the girl in front of me was upset and left). I won't be back. My friends in direct sales that mail things constantly won't be back and I went to the post office and mailed my magazines for $6.45, half of what she priced me at. read more
