This is my go to Thai spot in my neighborhood. I usually order online through one of the food delivery apps. I've never had an issue with delivery delays. When my food arrives it is hot and delicious. Prices are fair compared to other Thai spots in the area. I love Tha food but usually order the same combinations of appetizers and entrees. For appetizers, I've had their Thai wings, spring rolls, dumplings and edamame. For my entrees, I've had the pineapple, basil and thai rice usually with chicken. I've never been disappointed with any of my food selections. I just need to venture out and try some new dishes. Lol. read more

I usually order from spicy shallot but wanted to venture out of my comfort zone. Let's just say that now I understand the thought of staying in your lane. I was highly disappointed. I ordered the spicy basil fried rice with beef - the rice was overcooked and mushy and that alone even though some of the flavors were alright made me toss an entire bowl of food . The golden fritters were a little burnt and still sopping in oil. I gave 2 stars because their delivery was earlier than expected and the delivery guy really nice but maybe the fact that the delivery guy was early should've made me wary of the food being disgusting. read more

Food is average. I ordered delivery. Pineapple Fried Rice had exactly 3 small cubes of pineapple. There were 4 of us eating and we had to draw straws to see which one of us did not get a pineapple cube. However, even more pineapple wouldn't have helped this dish. Grade: F Cashew Nut Sauce with Chicken came with tofu instead of chicken. Tofu was extremely dry. I did not like flavor. My son said it was ok and saved this dish from gettin an F. Grade: D Red curry with tofu was average. Tofu was too hard. It probably would have been better if I had ordered it with chicken. Grade: C+. With chicken, I probably would have given this a B. Drunken Noodles with chicken was bland but the chicken was cooked properly. Grade: C+ Pad See Ew with tofu was the only dish that was acceptable. Even with the dry tofu, the flavor was good. Seriously some of the best Thai I've had. Their lunch portions and specials are great. Delivery is friendly and fast. Their pad prik khao is on point! This little spot has been a neighborhood staple for Thai food over the years. The restaurant has a very tiny dining space, & is mostly meant for take out. Came here over the weekend, ordered the pineapple fried rice (w/ chicken). Generous portion, & tasty, but I won't say the dishes here were made in a refined style. I was disappointed to see the price hike; I understand, these are difficult times for restaurants, but marking up the dish by $2 is a little much (I've been getting accustomed to a $.50, or $1 markup). read more

I'm definitely surprised to see so many glowing reviews, my experience ordering delivery with UThai was far from great. The roti canai was a flat, greasy, oily mess. The bread had become almost gelatinous with grease, completely inedible. The curry was also a stingy portion, there was far more oily bread than there was liquid to soak it up. The spring rolls had a similar problem, even the dipping sauce they came with. The flavor profile of the pad kee mao was off and also had textural problems. Shrimp and crab rolls were not rolls but tiny overcooked dumplings. Pad Thai literally had nothing in it but 6 pieces of tofu. Exceptionally bland... no lime, no peanuts. Only redeeming quality was the texture of the noodles. The dinner order of green curry came with an 8oz rice which is what small orders are typically accompanied with. Dinner orders normally comes with 16oz rice. No utensils. Seems to me, UThai is cutting corners wherever possible so it wouldn't surprise me when customers don't return. read more

This place is great for take out. I went on a weekday and got green curry and a beef pad thai during lunch time. It came with shrimp crab roll that basically a dumpling and the tom yum CK Soup which was really sour. The size of the rice portion for the green curry was a bit small, however, the size of the pad thai was really big. The food in general was pretty good for the price. The shop was small, but the person at the counter was really nice and welcoming. For the lunch special they offered the option of thai ice tea for an extra dollar, but you need to call an ask about it. (I ordered through yelp and they did not have that as an option) read more

I found the noodles in the pad see ew and pad Thai to be a little dry and undercooked (but I like my noodles super soft and moist) and the crab fried rice was a little soggy for me (could also be because the steam being trapped inside made it that way). While the food was delivered exceptionally fast and is decent, we had two issues with our first ever order. First of all, I asked them to make all of our 4 dishes spicy and only one of them was spicy. Why? Secondly, we received the smaller rice container I've ever seen. I've only ordered take out from here so I'm not sure how the interior is or how their service is in person. I got the shrimp pad thai lunch special and I chose the tom yum soup to go with it. I asked for the pad thai to be extra spicy but there was no spice at all. It was so bland. Also, the noodles were thinner than what I usually get from other thai restaurants. This place used to be called Thai Pochana, looks like they changed their name, staff and reopened. Their lunch special was worth a try and with all my Thai places I have to give the curry puffs a test. Curry puff is great (4 out of 5) it loses a point on stuffing and c.p.p. (cost per puff) $2 per puff is on the higher end. I ordered a lunch special of basil fried rice and drunken noodles both with chicken. The spice and kick on both were great. I would say it could use more protein and a tad more on quantity. All in all a solid place and a return visit is in order. read more

I would avoid the salmon. I like the people who run this place and much of the menu is good. I am more particular than most customers perhaps but I truly did not appreciate when I ordered salmon pan fried and specified rare i got well done fish. there is a good reason for this they are not cooking fresh salmon to order. they cook a load of it at the beginning of shift and warm it up. it pretty much sucks particularly at the price point. read more

I love this place for Thai food and frequently get takeout from here. The service is great and the portions are pretty big. Though the price can be pretty expensive for Thai food, their lunch special is pretty worth the price. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because there was one or two times that the dishes was too salty. I don't know if it was just that particular day but it doesn't happen too often. I always get the pad see ew with beef and the beef is flank beef. Normally it's cooked pretty well but it can be tough at times because it is flank. The place is pretty small and I won't recommend going there to sit and eat if you have a large party. I think the tables seat 2 people comfortably. Very unappetizing Delivery took an hour and some change I placed an order at 11:01 a.m. Delivery time as per the restaurant and Grubhub was 11:47 arrival. It arrived at 12:15 p.m. Cold, dry noodles that tastes like top Ramen Everything is soaked in OIL The Roti Cani is drenched in OIL And so are the spring rolls I won't be ordering from here again ever . I wasted $16.55. Also the customer service is not great. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed clueless and unresponsive when I asked her about my order.
