We were searching for an unusual look for Halloween and decided to visit Utopia. Now why is this store named Utopia? Well there is a simple answer I guess; Lets imagine a society that possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its people. That right that is a perfect fantasy! When I was a teenager, I along with many others dreamed of a place that you can live with absolutely no problems. Well this store is absolutely not Utopia, but does allow some of us to escape into our past or others to find their own identity. This shop offers many diverse items such as smoking supplies, adult toys, eclectic clothing, body jewelry, various hookahs and they also provide body piercings. I was just interested in a vintage shirt from the sixty's for a Halloween event I was attending. And instead, I bought something entirely different which was easy to do in a store that has some incredibly unusual options.

Utopia has been around forever... and I hope it stays around forever! Halloween is coming around which this spot is always good for of course... They do carry lots of year round things!! I like finding a large assortment for my modern day hippie side. Clear the space with sage, candles, different oils and Incense. An assortment of tapestries and clothing. Yeah got those knives, swords and random things. Plus So many costumes! Keep seeing this stuff on cbd - I have no idea about it but I'm curious to hear stories???

Not only did we shop there but it also served as a place to meet with friends and have social interactions. Not only did we enjoy shopping the stores, but the food court was always a great resting place to get some delicious, but probably unhealthy options Fast forward 30 years and malls are no longer the weekend family outing that it used to be. No more going to shop for your Easter clothes, Christmas presents or that last minute birthday gift that you forgot. Remember getting the family Christmas photo with Santa? I used to shop for my club clothes in the mall, but we won't talk about those selections. Oak Tree! Gone are the times of having to navigate through a sea of people and still bumping into someone by mistake. I can literally count the number of people in the mall today by hand. Keep in mind this is 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Should be prime time Clearly this isn't this Mall's fault. The slow death of America's malls have been happening across the country for years. This is just another victim. I was hoping the food court was still open but even that is closed This mall only hangs on by the grace of his anchor stores. Ikea is a big one. You also have a burger place, pizza place and several stores on the outskirts. If they ever leave, the mall will be doomed Try to support local business!

This IKEA is really good when it comes to security compared to the one in Brooklyn where you got security checking everyone's receipts to see if you stole anything. Since this one is in Long Island, everything is seamless when checking out. Both IKEA locations still got the same type of products. This Broadway mall also has a movie theater where you can catch a late night movie after shopping and eating so that's a plus! Movies inside a mall is a must for me!

I came to this location with a heavy heart…read more I was in Philadelphia last month and I left my wedding band in the hotel. It was a sentimental piece that could not be replaced. I was in all places, Disney Springs and my wife said lets look in this store for wedding bands. I looked and saw a few unique rings that were similar to my ring. I tried on a nice ring, the salesperson said should I wrap it up? I asked to wait, I wanted to keep looking in case it turns up. Not a problem, we have a New York store.. Did you ever hear of Roosevelt Field Mall? Um.. Yes! Walking into the store, we were greeted by Anna. She made us feel right at home. I told her I'm old and should be put down like an old horse, she laughed and showed me her beautifully designed wedding bands. My wife was leaning towards something funky and new, I wanted my ring to match what I've been wearing for 25+ years. Anna sized up my finger and my wife put on my new wedding band. Then Anna cleaned my wife's engagement ring as well? Anna made a sad situation happy. Na Hoku is Hawaiian for stars. Na Hoku captures the essence of Hawaii and the Island Lifestyle with collection of fine jewelry. Not only does the store carry rings - wedding bands, they have chains, pendants, watches and other fine jewelry items. I felt like a star after I left with my purchase. I love my new ring and I'm thankful for a nice salesperson like Anna.

My wife loves the jewelry especially anything plumeria related. Over the year we have come to this location for her birthdays, anniversary, and other reasons. We've greeted with excellent customer service until today. Got a mother of pearl pulmeria pendant for my wife this Christmas. She noticed that the gold chain (rose) didn't match the gold (yellow) border of the pendant. So we brought it back thinking it was an easy solution. The CS rep didn't not agree that it was a problem and that the Rose gold chain would oxidize over time to match the yellow border of the pendent..............And did not see this as a problem. So we paid for a piece of jewelry that doesn't match and that it could match over "time," is what she had the guts to tell me with a straight face. She was argumentative and not accommodating. We were fed up by then so I wanted a refund to which she gladly complied. The other rep heard what happened and actually offered the perfect solution. Why don't we return the pendant separately and get the gold chain. We both thought it was an excellent idea until the first rep just came back and said "it won't match anyways." Seriously. Is she trying to sabotage the store? I told my wife I can't support this physical location anymore and that if she wants something just get it online. I don't think the first CS rep cared about store quota or keeping repeating customers. I just hope she's not a manager cause this was a poor way of handling a simple issue. Basically expect no aftercare support.

Well I am reviewing their birthday party service... hoping to enroll our kids in a class…read more.. We attended a party last year and stored it away for a possible idea for our daughter's party. Reserving your spot for a party is simple. You can call and then swing by to drop off your deposit. The whole process is explained then including what to expect and what they provide. They also give you helpful recommendations on where to order food for your party at. A week before the party they call to get a final head count and to provide you with your remaining balance. The call was super friendly and provided me time to ask any questions. For the party they are ready for you at the door. If you are after a party, they clean up the space and get you going right away. The kids are brought into the gym and then split up into different groups with a coach for each group. Lots of action going on and they handle everything. No need to worry about your little ones. Just make sure you have your camera ready. They rotate from station to station so that each kid gets to experience it all. After an hour or so, they get the party together and then have the birthday kid "fly". It was really cool. After that they lineup all the kiddos for a group shot. Next up is pizza and cake. They handle serving and cutting everything. You just have to order the pizza yourself and by the cake. They have a freezer as well. Cups, plates, napkins, balloons are all on them. They also have a knife for the cake and a lighter for the candles. Everything was soooo easy and the staff was so friendly. Each parent was beaming with how much fun their kid had (and how tired the kid was haha). Absolutely somewhere we will consider for future parties!
